My little family and I loved this apartment complex! So much that we were there for 2 years, 2018 & 2019 Wish it would have been longer. Wonderful staff. Brittany is your go to gal in the office and just an overall great person to be around!! The amenities are enjoyable for EVERYONE -- CLEAN -- The only thing we didnt like was raising our rent when we re-signed our lease, to an unreasonable cost for our growing family.

Not a safe place to live. And no one cares that your vehicle gets broke into. I have had my car and truck broke into several times. There is not a single thing that anyone will do. I even woke up to find foot prints on my front porch that was not mine or my family’s, this tells me that some one was wanting to break into the house. So if you move here and find your car broke into don’t say I did not warn you. This pic is how we fond the car at 9 am and they have broke into it during the day light since my camera did not pick them up.

I lived at Westlake from Nov 2019 until Nov 2020 and feel that it is a great place to live for the price especially when you compare it to other mobile home parks in the area and apartment complexes. The management and staff are attentive and responsive to maintenance calls and the resolution of lease issues. I lived in a one bedroom unit and placed 7 different trouble calls during the time that I lived there. Each of the trouble calls were promptly resolved within 1 to 2 days of placing them. The property offers many different ways to pay your rent including an online app based payment portal, western union, and a drop box slot that goes into the building so that your check is not sitting in some box outside. Mailboxes for the property are attached to the side of the management office and are covered by a roof so that you dont get rained on when you go to check your mail. During the spring and summer months the property takes lawn upkeep seriously. They aggressively enforce lawn care standards by posting grass cutting notices on doors. The notice gives the resident typically 3-4 days to cut their grass before they receive a force mow. This policy ensures that the community looks great throughout the year and if you are not a do-it-yourselfer with lawn care the property offers a $40 a month lawn care program where their contractor will cut your lawn 3-4 times a month. They even gave everyone in the community a free lawn cut once! Safety is an important consideration when choosing a place to live and I feel that Westlake is a safe place to live based on my experiences here. The property does background checks on residents before they move in and each of the people that I have had the opportunity to meet in the community were great. In fact, it is the type of place where parents are comfortable allowing their kids to play outdoors with minimal supervision. The unit that I lived in feature privacy deadbolts that could only be locked from the inside as well as a traditional deadbolt. At night and during the day the overall noise level is pretty low. I lived in a unit that was at the very back of the park and every once in a while I would hear loud car radios from the nearby Lake Overholser Park. Most of the time people drive slowly through the community as well, though there are the occasional people that drive too fast (This happens everywhere though). Another nice safety feature that the community has is its on site storm shelter. It is very large and can accommodate everyone in the community easily. Fortunately, this years tornado season was not bad and I didnt have to use it! Here are some of the issues I encountered while living at Westlake: I experienced 14 water outages that ranged in duration from less than an hour to a full day. None of the water outages were the fault of the property and they did an excellent job communicating them to me ahead of time. Also nearly all of the occurred during the day while I was at work. The natural gas company had to come in and upgrade gas lines. They dug several large holes throughout the community that remained there for several months. One of those holes unfortunately was in my yard. These upgrades were outside the control of the community and when the company finished they covered the holes they dug with dirt and fresh sod. Parking at your unit is limited to the number of spots in your driveway and according to the property rules any excess cars are supposed to park at the clubhouse. Most people in the front half of the park follow this rule, but the further back you go, the more cars you see parked on the sides of the road. This is because the clubhouse is far away from these homes. Honestly, I dont have a problem with cars parked on the side of the road because they act as an additional speed bump and force cars to drive more slowly. Finally, there is a field directly to the west of the park that caught on fire twice in the past year and filled the park with smoke. Overall Westlake is a great place to live and I recommend it!

I was going to move in here but things popped up, but Shala was AMAZING! She was the leasing agent I was with and she sure does a great job at getting you into a place ASAP! The prices are good as well, especially being in Yukon. Definitely recommend! They have some pretty nice homes too with nice floors and great appliances!

Its got run down trailers and to many cars allowed per unit also the roads are BARELY 2 lanes and have cars parked on the road blocking your way making it a marginally passable one lane and the speed bumps scrape the underside of your car. I have damage that will cost about 700 to fix...

My mom and dad just started renting here, Im very impressed with how clean this mobile community is. And before moving in there was a problem with one of the bathroom Toliets, thanks for being so quick and swift to fix the issue! Thats Awsome guys! Great job.

Office personal are awesome.. My rental is very nice.. Very few issues but office works with you.. Only thing I am not fond of is tight road ways.. But other wise.. A nice place.

Reasons to avoid this place:1.)The trash is not consistently picked up from your cans.2.)Stray animals are overly abundant. Sometimes they growl, bark, and are vicious.3.) Maintenance is not regularly or properly performed on the homes.4.) The managment has a yard mowing scheme and will call you a liar if approach with am issue.5.) The speed bumps paired with the drainage running through the middle of the street feels like youre driving on a giant washboard.6.) The mailbox area is always littered with too much trash even though its connected to the office.7.)The water bill is estimated and often wrongly estimated.8.) Insects outside of the home are the renters responsibility even though the trash isnt removed on time.I would very highly recommend that you do not move into this area. You can find houses or apartments within ten miles for the same price. This was my first experience with a trailer or mobile home community and it will also be my last. The above issue are my biggest complaints but there is so much more negativness to this place. The positive is definitively less than the negative. Good luck and heed my warning.

Staff & Maintenance are extraordinarily helpful, neighborhood is very quiet. Havent had a single problem since being here. Lots of vehicles parked along the street, but I guess thats typical for a trailer community.

I saw their ad on marketplace for a 3 bedroom. I called and told them about my credit history. They told me it wouldnt be a problem i would just not qualify for the special. I went diwn and filled out the application and asked how long it woukd take, about 2 hours since we have everything we need. I got an alert saying my credit was just pulled, great moving right along....the next morning i was told my application was still pending and the place i wanted to rent was gone but i coukd have another.. ok. I was also told they would be working until midnight to get me approved since it was the last place they had available. I called again the next day, they told me it was still pending and they didnt even have a place for me to rent anymore but would have some coming up soon. The next day i called again to see about my application. Still pending and this time i was hung up on. This went on for 8 days. I finally went somewhere else and ended up being the same management company. I found out that my application was never going to be approved because they stopped working on it after they pulled my credit. Why lie? Why not just say we cant rent to you? Why drag someone along knowing they are looming for a place to live. That is horrible service and awful integrity.

New management is horrible. I’ve been overcharged on my rent. Saying that it was a water leak which I know nothing about. I did a site swap and left trash on the curb for big trash day. Mrs Rachel which is a unprofessional manager said that there is no longer a big trash day, Which I knew nothing about. Also for a site switch I was chArged 350.00 but her assistant mentioned 250.00. Also during my site swap I had to clean it myself after she said that the cleaning crew would clean it before we moved in. I come in to sign my new lease for my new home and no one has the papers ready. We’ve never had any problems before her. I’ve come to a conclusion that she don’t know what the hell she is doing. I have 4 kids so a couple of medicine syringes falls out the bags that were put outside. And she calls saying that she had a complaint that needles were saw outside. 1. I don’t do drugs and 2. no one in my household is diabetic.. she’s charging me 100 dollars too have my trash picked up by her staff, which is not a problem. I actually want them too pick it up so that they could see Tylenol syringes on the ground since it seems as if I was being accused. Im pretty sure they will feel dumb as hell. This is not the place to be.. there are signs of a 850 rent sign but don’t do it because your water and sewer is excluded so It’s about 1000 a month. I’m pretty sure she is embezzling money some how.

Moved in a few months ago,and was told one thing only to be told something different now... Nothing like being told you have 2 days to fix an issue or face a 5 day eviction notice.... We were told we could keep our jet ski next to our porch,and now they are saying its not allowed! They should honor what they say instead of issuing 2 day notices or at least talk to you about it as apposed to some crapy threat to evict!!! Nothing like telling people one thing,and then going back on it... And it take awhile to get repairs done.... Been asking for 2-3 months to have a hole in our skirting fixed so that our house wont be so cold or hot in summer.... I would advise getting things in writing since they dont like to honor their word!!

We have been with Yes! Communities in the past. We always paid our rent on time and were quiet tenants. We decided to move up to the city and give them another chance after being let down by the Lawton, OK property. Turns our they put us in a roach infested property and they refuse to fix the problem. Not only that but the house was NOT CLEANED AND SMELT LIKE CIGARETTES. I am a smoker however I smoke outside my home and have 4 younger children.They did not clean the home nor did they provide pest control issues. When we unpacked, we put everything cold into the fridge and/or freezer. And to our surprise, the fridge didnt work either. It took them 5 days to replace it. Which cut into my families budget and we couldnt afford the deposit for the electric (due to us losing the cost in food and having to eat out) We are now due to get our electric cutoff and the property refuses to fix or help in any way possible. I called corporate and they havent returned my calls. Which is fine because I have enough evidence to take them to court of need be.I told them I didnt want to resort to those but because they refuse to do anything I am writing this review and taking them to court.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THE 5 STARS OR EVEN 4 STARS COME FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

The park seems to be always clean, quiet, friendly residents and a sense of community. Time and again when visiting I see improvements being made to the homes, but at the same time, no units look run down or vacant. The management team must be a good one, that takes pride in a job well done.

A call to the ADA needs to be made...and possibly a class action filed..this location is neither kid friendly Nor handicap friendly. Your not allowed to have a small pool so your children can swim. Because you arent able to get to the community pool...and when you are able to get to the community pool its not handicap accessible. Cant have a slip and slide in your yard either God forbid the children have any fun at all...maintenance guys are great just wish it was arc again.

The manager at this community is one of the nicest Ive ever met. Her whole team works their butts off for the betterment of the community. anyone who has anything less than positive to say probably is mad because they were breaking the rules and she called them on it or they dont pay their rent.

I agree its a nice community and is very quiet. However, the home I moved into was brand new.. they didnt put the skirting back on after the inspection and a piece of the siding is still hanging off. I have an 8 yr old and if hes playing he can get hurt. there are exposed gas lines I asked about and still didnt resolve the issue. Even though my door was locked, you can just barely push the door and it would come open. Yes, I didnt have my full month rent but when I did they asked for the current month all in full and it was only a few days into the new month. I feel they were not very helpful or understanding, if your tenant has over $1200 in hand to give them and would not wait another 10 days (payday) to get the current months? so lesson on this is NEVER BE LATE or expect an eviction.

I have 10 years living in this community and before it wasnt that bad like it is now under this manager. She is not nice shes very rude, horrible, and unprofessional with the residents. I wouldnt recommend to anyone to move into this neighborhood. Im Hispanic and she has a special treatment for my ethnicity that is called racism. We need a change for this community!(I wouldnt give this a star at all but I had to in order for me to post this comment.)

Not kid friendly. They do have a community pool, but their park has 1 slide. You are not allowed to have a kid pool, swing set or basketball goal on your property.

You are supposed to be buying a home but you have to pay pet rent which increases your cost by around $7000. Why would I have to pay pet rent for a place I am buying??

Dont let the 4 and 5 star reviews fool you...Wow.. Where to start. Guess with the manager. Unprofessional and very rude... Storm came through in March of 15 didnt get Windows replaced until I called to check on them. I was understandable as they have a lot of properties. SEPTEMBER OF THE SAME YEAR... Also had theiving problems. My neighbors lawmower was stolen, my kids bikes got stolen, my BBQ GRILL was stolen. Air conditioner went out and would freeze up. They didnt care. Still wasnt fixed when I moved out. Did I mention the manger was rude as Sh*%. I would rather live under a bridge then rent from them again. Worst year and a half Ive ever experienced renting anywhere... Electric bill ran 190-275 for a single wide.. Well with Windows busted and ac running cuz its 100000 degrees in OkC in the summer. Pool was always closed.. Shady matnance guys riding around steeling things. AVOID TRUST ME.
