They are putting money into the park. Street has gone through significant repaving. They have taken control of older big trees that can crash down in a storm...consistently, they are being cut back or taken down. There used to be no kids in park, but now we have families. Kind of like seeing them out barbecuing and kids playing in the yards. Manager splits time between other parks, but seems congenial. Never had an issue.

Safety is bad and i will never live in this placeRobbery all the time is real bad and is hard to fell safe when homeless walk all day long around your mobile house. Or sleep in the front of the entrance.

I wouldnt suggest living in this area because of management

My experience of Stonebrook Village has been just wonderful the folks that work there are just very very warm and its just been great.I would suggest to anyone who is looking for a place to live need to go visit them The employees are going to be just as receptive and helpful and I think theyll be even exceeding your expectations. They are wonderful people.

The management here..oh wait there is no management here anymore. You call Angela tell them about a water leak and its not fixed. You tell them about boards missing thats the outside perimeter that they are supposed to maintain a month later not fixed. This place is a joke anymore the only thing they want is money..slum lords.

This used to be the best place to live but since the owner sold the property this place has gone down hill.. the new residents DONT care about their properties and the parking has become a nightmare for everyone who lives here. if an emergency occurs an emergency vehicle could not get through because there are cars out in the street all the time and it has become a huge headache. Nothing is getting done when we contact management about all the issues going on with the new residence ofmusic blaring,parking,trashed out homes, not a safe place anymore.

No parking, they park in t he yasrds like pigs.They dont care or it like they use toy before lease to own.I wouldnt live there that for sure.

A lot of illegals there and maintenance looks none existence.

Its a very nice place to live an has a beautiful entrance.looks like a resort as you enter.we love it.the management needs to be fair an not be so money hungry.their help does a lousy job mowing an ect.they have their picks an cater to certain people.the management needs to reviews the leases that people has sighed an not breaking the lease by going up on the rent when you have grandfathered in

Parking is a messy!!! Cars just be parking anywhere half the time you cant get through.

Roads are in serious need of repair. It looks as though they are filling the vacant spots with new trailers.
