Great. Clean. Affordable?? Maybe. It seems a little high for a trailer park. Especially one thats in the area its in. Could definitely lower the rent a few hundred. Especially with how many trailers they have in there. Making bank off people and expect their money asap and like to give late fees way to soon

I wanted to give shout out to one of the team members their Eric Bader. He has gone above and beyond in every aspect I could ask for. Answered any questions I had, even the stupid ones. Very honest and upfront about everything. Held my hand every step of the way until we signed the lease. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to move in.

Its an awesome neighborhood, the office staff helped a lot with paperwork and getting us qualified. Theyre also a wonderful group of people to talk to and work with.

Worst choice a person can make. Its Pottersville from the movie, Its a Wonderful Life. The organization should have a class action Usury Lawsuit filed against them. They prey on unsuspecting, low income families. Its grotesque and very sad.

Management lied about the trailer we rented,said it was new,we found out they had bought this FEMA trailer from out west,it had bad mold damage that they covered up,my family got so sick we had to break the lease due to the mold and formaldehyde off gassing,many families have moved due to this same problem,beware renting here

Management is overbearing and if they dont like you, they will harass you.

My daughter and her fiance moved here a few months ago. Tragically they had an accidental fire 2 weeks ago.. Thepark management was so supportive and helpful. Located a new rental home in same park and helped anyway they could. Tbey have 2 children and our family feels better that this is the community they have chosen as home.thank you to management and concerned neighbors who brought out blankets and coats on a cold night.

I must say that, My husband and I had a horrible experience when we purchased our home. The management and office staff turned over 5 times in the first two years of our residency. At around year three, we decided to pay off our mortgage as quickly as possible and move out. But about this time last year, we had fallen into a rough patch in life and weren’t able to pay our mortgage and lot rent. Myself and my husband were facing foreclosure just before Xmas along with finding a place to move our 5 children and no income. I went to talk to management about our situation. Sherie in the office listened to me and did everything in her power to make sure my family and I stayed in our home! She went way above and beyond anything her job required of her to help us! We have a wonderful staff and management here now!! They are awesome l!!!

Place could be nicer for what lot rent cost you would have someone to keep the neighborhood cleaner thats ok helped someone move out

We had a few bumps in the road at first. We were told several things that werent true and that was frustrating, but after the office lost one employee; things turned around for the better. The employees have always been nice and polite to us. Maintenance gets in and gets our items fix in a timely manner.

So, Ive lived here at Burntwood for 12 years of my life. I learned to ride my bike for the first time and many cool tricks. I love the pool and the park with a basketball court. Would love some slides and some other playground-type additions for the wonderful kids all around the park. Sometimes I do wonder what the heck is going in the office. But, I love playing with the kids and protecting them so that they can have fun and enjoy a good childhood. The Solitaire home additions fill up the empty lots and many great families move in and out. Yes, its a trailer park, but with new stuff popping up everywhere its a decent place. I sure would love if I can speak fluid and decent Spanish because I would to meet all of the families who dont really speak good English. To summarize, Burntwood is definitely a family and kid friendly environment to anyone moving in. But, maybe the prices and maintenance are a bit out of hand. And I still live here.

If youre thinking about moving here, please reconsider.Ive compiled a few reasons why you should avoid this place:1. They will charge you up to 200$ more than the amount on your lease agreement.2. After you have paid, they will regularly turn off all of your utilities and charge you an additional fee of 30-50$ and dodge any request for an explanation.3. They claim that the homes are energy efficient yet the electricity bill is outrageous regardless of any measures you take to minimize it.4. They turn off water for the entire park with NO NOTICE and always say they dont know when it will be on. In one instance while living here it was off for FOUR DAYS.5. The maintenance workers do their job well, but you will have to call them at least once a month. These trailers in very poor condition on the inside.6. I met a few really nice people who lived there, but a MAJORITY of these people are not good neighbors. I had the displeasure of living next to tweakers who liked to play their instruments at 9AM and some younger kids who were always partying in the middle of the nights. Complaints to management solved nothing.

I honestly don’t know what some of those negative reviews are talking about, the ladies who work in the office are so nice and always willing to answer any questions I might have. And the i always see a couple of the maintence guys (Tyrell and Jake) all the time working non stop making sure all the tenants are satisfied. I’ve lived here for a few months now and literally had no problems whatsoever.

This place use to be great, in the last year have seen the new management run this place into the ground!!!!! They lie on the regular telling you one thing then not following through, they can not keep the water running at all. Water has been off at least one day every single week, sometimes up to 3 days a week, its been like this just in the last year. In the last month the trash service has gone to hell as well, trash suppose to be picked up on Monday, take your can down Sunday night and here it is Wednesday and still trash has not been picked. It has been inconsistent for the last month you never know when its going to get picked up, sometimes is been Thursday before it gets picked up. Meanwhile got animals getting into trash and spreading trash all over everywhere and trash piling up inside homes cause there is no place to put it, office does nothing about it and says bring your trash down and dump it in the big dumpster, well some people work different hours and arent able to have access to the big dumpster which is locked up from 5pm to 10am. Getting very ridiculous and to the point it makes you want to get lawyers involved since you pay water, trash, and sewer fees here for services that arent being provided the way it states in your lot agreements. You would think with as much as the water is off water rate would go down but keeps getting hire and hire, use less water pay more money, yeah that makes a lot of sense. Community is great, the families here are friendly and do what they can to help each other and the school district if fantastic, only draw back is the staff especially the management, this current manager has been here just over a year and half or so and he has run this place into the ground, sorry but he needs to go if he cant keep water and trash services going, thats pretty basic stuff.

Moved my daughter into this community. First time being out on her own. She always felt safe and the management there is great. Any maintenance needed they were right there to help. Any complaints management took care of. Awesome place to live and be safe.C Brown

Pros: Neighborhood is nice, neighbors are friendly most of the time (mostly if they are home owners), the grounds are well kept and the school system is great.Cons: Management frequently changes and is mostly terrible, water is shut off frequently (thankfully they now try to give out notices hours beforehand), lot rent consistently is raised, the pool is open when management deems it appropriate (not just as the hours posted state), and fines are handed out for miniscule reasons.Suggestions:It would be nice if residents were given a break once in a while if: 1) they have lived there for a lengthy amount of time &/or 2) they pay their lot rent on time regularly.Also, it would be nice if management would establish some sort of community building events, like block parties or holiday parades once in a while.

Although we didnt move here I would still recommend it. Prices are good. The trailers are really nice. Right next to the school. Nice pool and playground. The neighborhood is full of nice people, not all white trash like you would expect from a trailer park (not trying to be judgemental). We just decided to go with a different town thats all. Lots of kids. Great community. Pet friendly :)

I have family that live here and I love visiting them here it is quiet

We lived in this place for over five years they took over and leave management at least 15 different times in the five years that we were there the last one Victor he had it in for people that own their trailers he wanted to in my opinion trapjes into Solon or trailer back and or or putting a small lien on it for material that to upgrade our trailer in my opinion that right there is against every moral I know and I couldnt take it anymore.

I own a mobile home in this park. The water is constantly being shut off for repair. They raise their fees to cover their charges. Managers come and go. 6 different managers in the last 4 years. One of the highest lot rent fees in OKC. If I could sell my home there I would! But on the brighter side its a nice community people wise! The schools are in the Moore district so if you have kids is worth the misery the management give everyone!

Force weed eats. Force mows. Monthly house inspection. They make you sign a form stating they guarantee no bed bugs and if you find any. It is the renters expense. Which in the first night. We had them.

Man idk what everyone else is saying on these post. These ppl here are great. Ask them about a problem and they are literally on it. The managers here are respectful and honestly tell it like it is. I believe the ppl who made the negative comments on here and just butt hurt cause either they didnt follow the rules and guidelines set by the managers or they expect the maintenance guy to just hop when ever they say hop. I get it if they do t make it here in time there are several units here they have to maintain but these guys are on the ball with getting things done.

I lived in a mobile home park for 10 years, and I learned one thing. Make sure you get good neighbors. Because the wrong kind will drive you nuts. Especially if they like loud music, or loud parties. This place is fairly good as far as it goes, I just worry about the fact that trailer parks have a tendency to attract tornadoes.

Wish I could give zero stars, where to begin!? They pull people in with great move in specials, and act super professional, and kind at first to get renters(almost looks too good to be true), THEN give you hell...always going through different managers 6 in the past 4 years! Water is always shut off for repairs, spike up lot rent unexpectedly to cover their own fees, and charge the most for a lot then anywhere else around... Rip people off left and right, oh by the way you might as well throw out your lease because THEY DON’T FOLLOW IT, they make up the rules as they go... Mananger now thinks he is so professional but he is deliberately rude and ugly to people for no reason, you could pay rent on time every month and hed still complain, one time he told us rent was due on the 30th!!! like what!? His attitude is disgusting, we had always paid our rent when we were supposed to pay it.. This place is a money pit, they will fine you for anything and everything they can find, once when we first moved in they forgot to put the plug to our sewage back in when replacing a toilet which contaminated the air with raw sewage insode of our trailer! Yes poopy air(then we had a newborn son NOT GOOD), heres the worst part one of the maintenance workers came into our house around 10 pm to fix it without telling anyone while we were sleeping barricaded in our room, because they knew it was a HUGE health hazard....in ending, this place is a money pit, horrible management, always a problem, no water half the time, and nothing ever got fixed... no matter how desperate you are DO NOT DO IT... Please take this advice youll regret it... We were there for over 3 years its a big no no

Toilet leaking since day one, maintenance came and broke the front door trying to replace the screen door THAT FELL OFF THE DAY WE MOVED IN, now both doors are severely damaged, roaches since day one constantly getting worse, two weeks of no response on any maintenance, dryer outlet is dead from day one and they refuse to fix it, oh and my neighbors obviously dont have a job and are have siphoned my gas, maintenance tells me that i should be more cautious because its just some meth heads (probably my next door neighbors) trying to get some drug money. THIS IS THE WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, I WAS LIED TO!!!!!

They change office people so often you never talk to the same person twice. They also turn the water off to the whole trailer park at least once a month and you never know how long it will be off. They want the rent payed on the first but never give you the bill till after the first. And their trailers constantly have settling cracks because they put the trailers in wrong.

This trailer park has bed bugs and roaches!! They never send maintenance no matter how many times you call about anything maintenance issues minor or major. The manager is rude. Absolutely the worst place Ive ever lived.

Do not move into this hell hole. They have a lease that they want you to follow but then when you go to management with a complaint they wont fix the issue. My closet has flooded twice since June 1st they still wont clean the mold up from the damage. They also have a no parking in the street rule but then wont honor it as well and allow people to block your driveway. When you complain they say it does not matter what you lease says follow the community guidelines.

Such crappy management, they dont care about their tenants. DO NOT LIVE HERE! My rent was originally supposed to be $875, and now its $975! Im 19, i cant afford $1000 a month! We put in our 30 days notice and now they are saying we have to pay them almost $4000, BEFORE we move out of here, AND in the middle of a shower, (3 days after we put in our 30 days notice) they such off our electricity. I just paid $975 yesterday, for this months rent. Explain to me how they are allowed to shut off our electricity AFTER i paid them almost a $1000?! We paid our electricity on time threw OG&E, called them and og&e said they didnt turn off our electricity. I definitely do not recommend anyone to live here, unless you want to get screwed over!

Honestly dislike this place cant wait to move out they cut the water off with out letting people knowing. And rules of the park they want it to look like no kids live here.
