Ive been in this place for almost a year. Spent my first 8 months trying to get maintenance to do their job. My floors only got worse. I fell through my floors 3 times and my boyfriend fell through once! They will randomly jack things up via rent or pet rent. I told them there was a weak spot in my bedroom and they said it was only carpet padding. Now there are more holes in my bedroom floor. My boyfriend tripped over one of them going through our door. Also in my laundry room had a hole in it and more weak spots in my living room. Still a weak spot they have yet to fix. My roof needs fixed and maintenance likes to argue with me on how little I know. My AC still needs to be fixed it is beyond hot in my house. That has had yet to be done. Told them my fridge was leaking I have called, left emails, talked to maintenance face to face and nothing happens. I have done everything to get them out here. I had to scream and rant and threaten to sue them to get them out here. While on the phone with legal aid looking for a lawyer she was yelling at me. Im now being targeted by Darla the new person in charge. In less then a year I have been here (Sept. Will be a year) they have gone through 6 people for management. Everything about this place is a joke! I have always paid my rent on time in full every month. Never caused issues until recently. I am over it! My house is not safe and they take so many short cuts to fix anything. I wound of all of a sudden getting citations which never happened before. I keep to my self. I call, email and even talk face to face with them for them to fix things. They started to ignore my emails and phone calls again. Nothing like getting dirty looks from maintenance.

This location actually has a disc golf area set up and is quit nice

The park itself was clean. Wide range of age of trailers some were maintained others blinds were broken and missing. The trailer I was looking to rent was new so in great condition. When I got back to office, I was informed that I had been approved. I just needed to bring in my deposit the next day. Anyone who has had credit problems knows how difficult it can be having to discuss your difficulties. So I was thrilled. The next day I received a text asking when I would be in with deposit. I responded I was in route. Almost immediately the leasing agent sent me a text saying I had been disapproved because my score was below 400. I was so upset, disappointed and confused. I knew my score in any fico model was not what had been reported to me. So I waited for the denial letter so I could discover where and what was reported causing such an immediate reversal. Nothing ever came to my address from the Yes Community. So I sent and email. The regional or district manager responded. Informing me that they never disclosed to prospective tenants what agency assisted in their decision process and also stated it was completely against company policy to inform tenants what their score was. They asked me for a specific name so the leasing agent could get additional training. I suggested training entire staff as I would not provide name. There response was both unsettling and against federal housing and fair credit regulations. If you are denied credit because of information the agency reported was used in the denial process. You are entitled to request a free report from that agency. I think the senior staff at Yes Communities might wanna attend some refresher training. A very bad experience and how it was handled was beyond horrible. So much for Yes!!

Quiet place kind neighbors overall good experience

Just being Completely Honest, they are sub-par, at best. their sushi bar is a joke, the food overall is not bad, but just so limited and a small all you can eat place. I was expecting a better quality and variety of great food. it isnt there folks. I do not recommend this place.

Must not want people to live in their community because they dont get back with you I checked out the area not the best and run down homes as well for the price

Management is friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean. Theres a nice playground and even a small dog park to let your dogs play.

I live here now and I love this place the office staff is awesome and I love the community its nice.

It is a good place to live but the surrounding areas you need to watch out for

Work orders not always taken care of (still waiting on work orders from four months ago). Office staff nice. Noisy neighbors, dogs allowed to run free, children arent supervised by adults (notice was sent to residents but nothing enforced), security is around but not really, we were asked if we would like to purchase the mobile home we are in but its just as much as a house and even though weve said no and listed reasons why we still get junk mail and phone calls even offering to move us to another community they own. Hindsight is always 20/20 but when we moved in it was fine and we have watched the decline.

Have friend there nice and they have dog park aswell as a park for kids

I have kids and grandkids that live in this hell hole of a place... they make it seem like its a nice community to live in.. However nothing could be further from the truth ... they fix nothing but expect thier money on time every month... do not believe a word these people say to you the majority of the mobile homes are very cheaply remodeled and will start falling apart within the first month you live there... they are over priced and under managed... and no one can give a direct answer to any question... they always refer you to corporate whom by the way doesnt answer and/or respond..

I wouldnt even give this place one star. They are very unprofessional. I have ant problem that seems to be getting worse, it doesnt matter how much I keep it clean, they are still crawling everywhere, I have a tree that is growing right on the side of my house that will mess up the foundation of the house, my garbage disposal hasnt worked since I moved in the kitchen floor is still messed up, the glaze from the tub that kept us from moving in is cracking.. I have reported all of these problems to the office and so far it has been three weeks and nothing still hasnt been done. On top of that when we signed the lease to move in we were told that it was all electric that we did not have to worry about gas. Apparently there is gas and they shut it off without letting us know in advance so none of my kids could take a bath because there isnt any hot water. They still werent going to tell us until I went up there and confronted them about it and on top of that they charged me a 53 dollar utility transfer fee for the gas that we didnt know about. I would not recommend this place to anyone..

I love living here. Its a relatively large modular home community with a park and a swimming pool.

Dont listen to these so called good reviews.. they are bias... and not from a person that has lived there..

It there was a less than star I would have chosen it. This is a terrible place to raise your family they claim they are community based but I have had skunks living under my mobile home for over three months and have made several complaints to management with no results. I have four kids and two of them have breathing problems and this management has not even tried to fix the issue

Need better maintenance man last one was good

This is one of the nicest MH communities in OKC and the manager is the bomb!

The rent they charge is aweful not worth it. 700.00 a month for a two bedroom 1 bath that was built in the 1970s. And just recently got a water bill where I was charged for 9,000 gallons of water that I didnt use and one of my neighbors said that they had a water bill for 17,000 gallons. Pathetic!!!!! And ridiculous!!!!!

They refuse to fix anything leaving residents to live in disgusting and dangerous conditions. Both management and maintenance are unprofessional, uninformed. They make constant promises to fix problems only to leave them to worsen for months and months.

I have lived here going on eight years and we all try to go by the rules and take care of our properties.

Maintenance is inefficient, but units are priced fair.
