Its a good place to go hang out and play arcade with the kids or without. They serve beer and its a pretty chill environment. Not a ton of people like other places but still a good place. The employees are all mostly helpful. Ive only experienced one rude employee there that would sigh and roll her eyes when recharging the cards to play. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a small place to play some games or even have a small birthday party, they do have party rooms.

If youre looking for good old fashioned fun this is certainly the place for you! I hate how arcades such as these are disappearing and this one certainly has a few gems that make it any gamers dream come true! The cashiers are all nice and friendly! The area is clean as a whistle! And the games are fun!

Its a great place to take the family! Very clean with lots of old school arcade games! I just wish their toys were a little less pricey. Or allow purchases on toys when kids dont win as many tickets as the adults do.

My son wanted a good basic arcade for his birthday party. They had rooms to rent and gave him 500 tickets for being the birthday boy. Simple arcade but lots of games. Seemed to be 3 or 4 staff members walking around at all times helping. So you didnt have to track someone down.

Wow! This place has a ton of Pinball machines!!! They also have a great assortment of redemption machines and prize machines. Also have 3 pool tables, shooter arcade games, retro arcade games, different coin pusher games, party rooms, and driving games including Initial D! Highly recommended! Great job Cactus Jacks!

I take my children out to Cactus Jacks we have so much fun honestly a family of 4 can go in with about 40 to 50 bucks and play for hours

I hadnt been there in 15years .. changed a bunch.. still the best spot for pinball action in the area.. some classic video game, and tickets games. We had a great time, came away with a small item to remember the day.

People at the front desk r so rude. This white old lady talk bad to me in front of my kids my youngest one is only 4 yrs. I was just asking her where to change the tickets and her response was i aint gonna count them for you and you can do whatever you want in a very mean way. So disappointed at this place and its our first time here

Tons of old school fun. Laid back environment with an awesome staff. Some of the games need some updating, but definitely has the best pinball selection around. You can tell they take pride in their pinball area, but thats not to say the rest isnt full of fun. My 4 year old has a blast, and I enjoy being able to show her games that I remember being in the arcade.

Best place to hang out with both friends and family, can even book parties and they have pinball tournaments every so often, plus they even have some of the classic popular arcade machines for a throwback feel. With a friendly staff and they even sell beers for thoese who prefer thoese drinks, like i said a fun and great place that everyone can enjoy.

Incredible how many games they have. Their pinball collection is amazing. Itd take you at the very least a couple hours to play each of them once. Drove from Missouri to play in the Silverball Showdown tournament. So much fun. Definitely coming back next year.

This is one of my favorite places to play pinball. Although this is a huge arcade and generally a family place, the pinball machines are in their own room. Often it was just me and a few business people after work. Also a place that’s open fairly late and providing inexpensive entertainment!

I had fun with my family. Once the machine didnt give me my tickets(like it was supposed to) i went and told alison g and so she came over and explained the game to my and we had a short little convo next she played to get me my tickets that i earned. She gave me an extra token and then the other lady came and was like whats wrong with this one so she explained it and that lady walked away so she played and said THERES 25 TICKETS THAT I WON walked away and rolled her eyes. Like yea your a teen or whatever and you may be having a bad day but dont ruin somebody elses because your a brat and dont want to help me.DONT ASK ALISON G FOR HELP!

So much fun! I went for the first time last night and we had a blast. My favorite part is the photo etching machine, but the games are fun too! It’s big, but not chaotic. It’s affordable, family friendly, and offers so many options. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely return. They serve beer, energy drinks, water, and a couple soft beverages. The prize room is huge! I love it!! I felt like a kid again . I like the music too!

Really nice place to take the family out to.

Most of the games were broken. A few of them didnt even give out tickets. One didnt even have the baseballs that were supposed to go with it. The basketball one didnt even track the goals made. Place has really gone downhill. At least the bathroom had a wall separating the toilets with doors this time.Very disappointed this time with its quality.

Wow awesome selection of pinball games and old vintage arcade games that take quarters. They have games that take tokens but the quarter games are whats up.

If your looking for family fun on a budget, this is the place to go! I give each one of my kids twenty bucks and they stay entertained for three or four hours! They offer birthday packages as well.

Loooove this place! Kids have so much fun and husband loves all the pinball machines. They rotate them out so might be a new one every time you go! They have great prizes.

I would not recommend going to cactus jacks. half of their machines were broken down or just ate your tokens. the staff was INCREDIBLY rude. i wasn’t checking the time and realized they were closing at 10:02. when i tried to turn in my tickets, which i had spent all night earning, the girl behind the counter said i couldn’t turn them in because “the machines are turned off. better luck next time.” my point is, if you’re looking for a fun and friendly environment, go anywhere else but here.

This was a first visit for me and I greatly enjoyed spending time with the family at Cactus Jacks. Its definatly larger than expected, with a nice selection of different ticket spitting games. It was pretty cool to see all the pin ball machines and the ole game Tekin that caused a many of brawls back when we were kids. This time no fighting as we all had a chance to kick each others butt again on this game. We had a great time and enjoyed a beer or two...

My nephew had the best birthday and the staff was super friendly and helpful.. highly recommended

This place is older but I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. They were also constantly cleaning the machines, which was nice to see at a place met to be touched by so many hands daily. Also seemed more affordable them some of the other options for this kind of venue.

It was alright. The staff was friendly and helpful, but it just was somewhat confusing to us first timers. One side is all games you play with quarters while the other side you have to have a sliding card that has credits on it. Only some of the games have a card reader on that side though, so you also have to get tokens. Each token is worth 5 credits and several games take 11-12 credits or 3 tokens to play. It has a nice family environment, but takes a little getting used to. Also, playing pool is by the hour in case you are interested in that.

This is a really great place to spend a little time. They have a huge collection of pinball machines (the largest in the southwest if I remember correctly.) Several old school arcades and lots of games that give tickets to win prizes. My only complaint is that I wish it were bigger. But it still has plenty to keep your interest for several hours.

This is the best arcade I have been to. They have dozens of pinball machines and they are all top quality and well kept. 3 quarters per play but I know pinball machines are actually expensive to own. Especially when they break. There are classic games like sky ball and basketball for tickets as well as first person shooters and others. I am a volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters so I brought my 10 y.o. little. We both had a great time. The only issue, and its tolerable, is the younger staff. They are super awkward and not much help. I had no idea what I was doing when I walked in and they had no idea how to explain the token system they use or which games required quarters instead of tokens. Luckily, the owner (maybe manager?) Was around and she is great. Super helpful and friendly. We will be back.

Really fun, cheap, perfect place for a date or a birthday party for all ages! They have Kiss, Metallica, Guns N Roses pinball machines.. And even have old-school, and crazy newer machines. All kinds of fun mini-games for kidw, pool tables for adults rented by the hour. Price 10/10, entertainment 10/10. Will be returning

$20 went a long way here. they have token/ticket machines, swipe card machines, and quarter machines (old-school, including pinball). staff was attentive.

Great experience and we had never been before. Its a little confusing between needing the card, tokens, or quarters, but is easily figured out after a bit. I loved the pinball room and spent most my time there. Overall good family fun.

The service is the best and the game are always fun! The collection of pinball machines is always impressive and the care that goes into maintaining all the these beautiful machines is awesome! Absolutely more than I expected! Its a great little adventure into the arcade scene and the kids will have a blast! Theres even a section for the older style arcade games. Some games earn tickets which you can cash in for some prizes. Its really a fun place to enjoy some family time!
