Great for bday parties. Wonderful staff. They kept things going and the children entertained.

Recently had a birthday party for our 4 year old girl here. She and her friends had a BLAST. Lots of room and time to run around and have fun. Id recommend no hair clips for girls - they get lost. Maybe bring an extra pair of socks in case the originals get lost, too. Party room was a good size, the staff assigned to our party helped a lot, and the over-sized chair for the birthday kid is really fun for them. Food they offer is pretty expensive, but its good quality even for adults.

Clean place and fun for my 4 yr old grandaughter. Bring extra $$$ if your kids like arcade games. Pizza is from Eagle One and is reasonably priced for the venue.

Great place to take your kids. We love taking our boys during toddler days. Its affordable, clean, and fun. There are inflatables with slides and bounce houses, as well as a kids climb-it and arcade area. The owner/operator is a very sweet lady whos so nice to the kids. Glad to have the JumpZone in our area!

Went there to have fun but ruined my day. they lost me as a customerEdited:I was treated horribly by your staff on Monday (9/21/20) morning. I visit Jump Zone regular basis and no one treated me the way she did when I check the play area. Normally when I arrive, I ask the staff member how many people are in before I let my kid play due to COVID-19. That morning, I was just looking to see roughly how many people were in the play area in the ENTRANCE area (NOT in the play zone) because there was no one in the counter. My kid was still in the entrance as well. We waited but no one was there to help so I decided to take a peak, and your staff came out and start yelling “YOU NEED TO SIGN IN” “YOU NEED TO SIGN IN” “YOU NEED TO SIGN IN.” I asked how many people are in and she answered in a very rude, sharp tone. I was filling out the sign-in paper and accidently left something out, and she almost yelled at me to fill that part out. I was right in front of her, why she has to talk so loud and mean every time. She had very bad attitude. Who treats a customer like that? She thought we were going to sneak in? What kind of a parent do that in front of a kid? I have zero intention of sneaking in for $10. I NEVER DID nor NEVER WILL do that. The fact is I visit Jump Zone regular basis and I pay every time. I paid the Monday morning as well of course. Is she treating me by her assumption not by the fact? Is that what you do to your customer? I don’t think I deserve service like that. I did not raise my voice nor fight with her. But she definitely made me feel very uncomfortable and upset. That is disrespectful and not professional.

My grandson enjoyed this indoor play area filled with bouncy inflatables, an arcade room and a huge obstacle play area as well. On a hot day, this is a place to go. They have a concession stand and lots of benches for parents to just sit around while their bundle-of-energy kid wear themselves out! Oh, by the way, I did climb up to the obstacle course all the way to the top. Im 5 foot tall and 145 lbs. Hard on the knees when I crawled through the plastic tunnel. The airgun that shoots foam balls is a bit ear piercing. My grandson, who is 2, got scared the first time I fired it. There are 4 airguns at the top. Anyway, we both had fun. Wear socks!

It was pretty small and the seating was poorly placed so it was difficult to sit down and watch the kids. There was no employee in the play area to make sure the jumping equipment was working properly. It was super cheap for unlimited play though. The arcade isnt worth it. Half the games just took the change without working.

Was here for a birthday party and wasnt that impressed. Was very loud and felt unclean.

We tried several games and rides and most all of them took the money with no play time. But for $10 my grandson got to use some of his extra energy and enjoyed bouncing anf sliding.

Its a fun place for the kids but I think they should have more options available for the birthday parties. The smallest group they have is 15 kids. I dont know that many kids, I was just going to have four. I asked about being able to just purchase the superheroes without the party package, and they said it wasnt allowed. It seems unfair and I think yall should offer smaller group parties. I was more than willing to spend the 50$ to bring out the superheroes.

Great place for the kids. I was not impressed with the arcade though. It kept stealing the money we put in. Other then that it was awesome. Staff was amazing. The kids had a blast.

I will say the kids had a blast but as far as the packages it isnt worth the money. $250 i felt rushed the entire time and then come time to get out they want to tell me they could charge us a late fee so we just packed up and got out leaving my daughter to finish opening her presents outside on the floor. the pizza is from eagle one and tastes absolutely terrible, i was sick after getting home. i will not throw another birthday party here but a fun place for kids to just go play for a little bit.

This is our 2nd year having our Daughters beat here and it is always amazing. The staff is always very nice and willing to assist and accommodate. Connor gets a special recommendation from us as we are always very needy and he is always there. Whether its grabbing more chairs or silverware and plates or helping us cleanup or bring gifts the car. Hes definitely our go to. 100%

My son absolutely loves this place. I love it also, because he ALWAYS has a great time and never wants to leave. I just think that their drinks are a bit on the expensive side. I got a 12 oz bottle of Dr. Pepper and they charged me $1.25. in my opinion that is highway robbery, especially since they dont allow you to bring outside food or drinks. I also tried to order a cup of ice, so I could fill the cup with water because only ice cold water really quenches my thirst, and the lady at the front informed me that they didnt have ice. Thought it was a little odd.

NEVER BOOK A PARTY AT THIS PLACE! This establishment has gone so downhill. We had a horrible experience. We booked a character that didn’t even show up, leaving my four year old in tears. Our helper was barely present, the equipment was damaged resulting in several children being hurt. The management was completely inept and unprofessional.

Its good but 10 per kid is very expensive I got 7 kid is and jungest twins 3 yr old have pay same. Not good about that rest is ok.

This place is not secure by any means. Anyone can take off with anyones kid.Adults are free to come and go even if they didnt bring kids as I pretty sure front desk wasnt payingthat much attention after the experience i had.Sure my kids had fun, but... Its not a safe place so i wont come back.If they were to make up rules that state all parents must be accompanied by a child and had a better way of making sure my children are safe id come back but... Not until then.

I recently had my sons Birthday party there and even though I booked my party online and the called to confirm and told me to show up 10 minutes early they were not ready for us. They didnt have a cart with his name on it or the chalkboard outside of his room. Guests were looking where to put their presents & the room. After jumping for an hour we went to the room and the very young girl working asked if there was anything we needed and I said YES the 3 pizzas we ordered would be great. She said they had not received tha order, but had received the drink order I placed online when I booked my party. So I had to disappoint a room full of four year olds and their parents who were told there would be pizza. When I tried to explain this to the manager I say that very loosely. He didnt care and just told me that he would inform the owner of the website. It is on you that you didnt verify everything when I walked in. I will not be back and I will tell everyone I know how awful my experience was.

They have everything to offer for the perfect birthday party for your kids! The prices are fantastic,and they have staff who will dress up as your favorite Disney princess,or your favorite superhero. They also offer party rooms,where you can order cake,pizza and snacks!

They need to update their hours. We went there because it said they were open until 4, but when we got there they said they close at 3. A good place for kids to have fun though. Just have to be careful with the bigger kids running around, nearly knocking down toddlers.

This place was fun for an hour or so. Good for kids who are 4 or 5. The toddler area was not a space where parents could get into the little jungle area, so if you have younger kids (18mo-2yrs), she was not at all interested in going in there without me, so not much for her to do while the older one played and jumped

Over crowded not much supervision by staff. Massage chairs would be awesome if a paying customer could actually use them. Non paying customers just sitting in them so they arent of use for people who want to use them. The seating in this place for parents is terrible. Hard metal seating so i understand why people sit in the massage seats. Kids had fun so thats why i actually gave them 3 stars.

Overall my son had fun, definitely gotta be careful of the bigger kids.Workers were nice and helpful.Need to fix some of there games, alot of them were out of order.

This place is a joke ruined my daughters bday we wanted the princess room! We didn’t get the room staff don’t know what they are doing manager was rude couldn’t just admit it was a mistake threw us out of the room! I was so upset!!!! Wouldn’t let me have the room I asked for!!!

Went for my granddaughter bday party and was disappointed. My daughter-in-law called to inquire about a party and she was sold the highest priced package for 25 kids bc whomever she talked to quoted that price to her. We didnt even know 25 kids. The room was suppose to be decorated, but when we arrived nothing was done or furnish. We tried inquiring about what comes for a $250 package and basically 45 mins in a room and 1 hr of jumping time. After we did all the decorations we had to hurry up and give her the bday cake so we could leave on time. She ended up having to open her gifts at home by herself. Would have been wiser just to pay for the 8 kids to jump and had the party next door at pizza hut. What a waste of time and money, lesson learned.To the owner: Did you not read my review? She did call and was only offered the one package of $250. When we arrived at jump zone and went into the room it was completely bare, NO decorations. When we kept trying to talk to your staff, all we kept getting was the round around. I do not appreciate how you are blaming this entire issue on my family. I even tried calling your corporate office as this was happening only to get a recording. I left a message and no one has contacted us yet. I would appreciate it, if you as the owner, acknowledge what your company has done to my family, especially to a little girl on her 7th birthday. You have a blessed day.

My Husband and I had our daughters birthday party here this past Thursday. I am very pleased with the customer service Stephanie and her staff provided for us. I was over an hour late because we literally just moved from Cali on Monday and into our home Thursday. Our movers didn’t leave until 4:50 and our party was at 5:30. After getting lost and getting stuck in traffic we nearly missed our party. Every time I called they assured me we were ok, they allowed my family that was attending our party in to play while they waited for us to get there. When we arrived they were very understanding and allowed us to still have our party. The prices of the food and drinks were reasonably priced (We are from California were everything is over priced). Jen was our party host and she did a great job! Jen was friendly, on top of everything and most importantly was very patient with us. Stephanie just in case you read this I didn’t feel rushed at all, I just wanted to respect you and your closing times. You had already gone above and beyond to accommodate us and we wanted to make sure we were respecting that! We booked the princess room, I was so grateful for the way the room was decorated because with the move and everything I didn’t even think about decorations. Thanks again for everything I will gladly book more parties here in the future and will surely refer others as well!Tabitha Isley

Great place to have a party just just come and play for the afternoon! This place has added items in the last year and is turned out to be such a great spot to happy lots of fun over and over! Bring socks and remind kids to keep clean hands-Hand Foot & Mouth Disease.

They have a new piece added to the play area that is fun for all ages. They keep the place very clean and well-maintained. Everything except there is an odd smell in the place, including the long hallway leading up to the storefront. My kids are easily entertained here and we have had several successful and reasonably priced birthday parties here. This is a good place for summer fun out of the heat.

Wonderful place for a childs birthday my wife and I just had our three-year-old sons party there he had an absolute blasteven though hes only three years old I saw a kids there as old as 12 and 13 all having a great time I would strongly recommend this place also the hostesses were out of this world the best host hostess is that Ive had in awhile thank you guys very much for your service and well see you soon

Cute for kids, although not what i expected. It is indoor inflatables. I figured it was like a kids trampoline room. But still good for what it is. Just gave a 3 for the disappointment.

My five year old granddaughters birthday party here today was enjoyable. The hostess kept things moving and was attentive in making sure all had drinks, pizza, cake, etc. The young lady dressed as Ariel was gracious and helpful to my granddaughter. A negative is the machine noise which made it a little difficult to converse. But the younguns had a fun time and thats what matters.

We have had a birthday party as well as attending other birthday parties at jump zone. I highly recommend making an appointment to have your little ones special celebration here. The host or hostess really made the party fun for us. They were very attentive and gave us everything we needed. We would get small reminders about the time, something mentioning that it is a good time to open presents, or its a good time to cut cake. The little reminders were awesome. Our hostess passed out pizza, drinks, etc. We ordered pizza with our party plan and they gave us eagle one pizza. For me, i was very pleased because that is our normal go to pizza already. Overall, it was a great time. My 7 year old has already mentioned that she wants to come back here next year.

This place is awesome for kids. You do have to watch out for the older kids but I dont ever have an issue telling an 8 year old to watch out for little kids or to stop screaming in front of my 2 year old lol I wish they didnt have arcade games that cost additional money, because that gets annoying having to deal with my kid asking me for quarters Weve spent at least 3 hours here before and my 4 and 2 year old were running around the whole time. Its fairly clean I guess

Some places for kids to jump, not much else. Expensive food to be expected. If youre worried about physical harm, they dont want weapons here, so steer clear of this place if you dont like places where only bad guys have guns. They ask for more information than they need about your kids and are strict about timeliness.My wife is blind and some Mexicans quietly blocked her way and laughed about it, this place proceeded to service them like any other.

We always have fun here. The ONLY thing I would suggest is a security checkpoint at the exit (maybe something similar to what Chuck E Cheese does). The place is large and the kids like to play and run. If you take more than one child, it may be hard to have eyes on both/all. They also give military discounts.

It wasnt a well lit place so my daughter was afraid to jump in most of them. Very dark inside the jump houses. My friends kid found a razorblade wrapped in paper in the big climb thing. I took it to the owner and she said oh thats great thanks I at the very least expected her to to do a check for more, but no. We made the kids get out of it and left pretty quick after. We wont be going back due to that alone.

My kids and i had a blast! It was worth every penny! The owner was there, walking around and checking on everyone. He even was making sure everyone followed the rules. The staff was super friendly. Ill be back soon with my crew for more fun!

Well my daughter had her party there, it was great, but I just dont understand why we have to leave after the party, I mean I pay for each kid, so I would think they would get to jump some more, but I guess not . It was still fun but my guests were disappointed.

SAFETY ISSUE. Wear rubberized socks. Or heck, dont go. They require the use of socks at this location. Anyone who has run on smooth surfaces with socks knows... you slip. My son is an average 6 year old boy and his legs slipped out from under him on his way out of a bounce house, landing on his head on the hard floor. He was lethargic and vomiting as we drove him home and we went to the ER. He was diagnosed with a minor concussion. I would never let my kids touch a bounce house again wearing socks. Bare feet or rubberized socks or not at all. Be careful! So many kids are injured at bounce house and trampoline places! I did not know before we went.

Went to a bday party there and the staff seemed really helpful with the rooms, presents, cutting the cake, etc. The only thing is that i feel the food is terribly and ridiculously overpriced. Otherwise, seemed a great place to host a party. Or something to do on a rainy day...

Great place for kids party! It was very organized and prices seemed to be reasonable. They let the kids play for one hour then made the announcement for party guests to head to party room, which they decorated. The child opened her gifts while staff would clean up all wrapping paper and organized gifts. Cake was served by staff and they cleaned up all trash. They then followed you to your vehicle with gifts on a cart to help you load them in your vehicle.

THANK U SO MUCH FOR UR RESPONSE, YES WE ONLY SPOKE THE SECOND I WALKED IN THE DOOR LATE AFTER EXPLAINING TO THE LADY WHAT HAPPENED AND SHE SAID THAT SHE HAD TO CALL YOU TO GET YOUR PERMISSION, THEN I SPOKE WITH MY OTHER HALF OF THE FAMILY AND TOLD THEM GATHERED MY THOUGHTS AND ASKED IF I COULD CANCEL THE PARTY THAT AGAIN WAS NO PARTY AND THATS WHAT I WAS TOLD THAT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE TO DO. I HAVE CALLED JUMP ZONE PROBABLY ABOUT 15TIMES & had to leave msg w/ Kyle, Im sure that this is a great place for kids and families and birthday parties. Unfortunately, that was not my experience in any way shape or form and I have tried numerous times to reach out to the manager Stephanie spoke to a manager on duty named Kyle who said I need to speak to Stephanie. I have called the corporate franchise and they have asked me to give the manager a chance to make it right before I take further action. I scheduled a party for my soon-to-be 3 year old. On my way there we were in a car accident where my son had to be removed from the car buy a fire truck and the rest of my family were following all the way from Cushing Oklahoma in which case my cousin got in a wreck with her four-year-old son in the car who unfortunately did not make it and the rest of the family of course went to the hospital with them. When I arrived at jump zone after calling multiple times of issues that I was having in trying to keep my composure when I arrive there is no party because of the accident and no birthday children except for my son who was the birthday boy. The first thing I was greeted with by somebody who was left in charge was that Stephanie wanted to charge me an extra $50 for being late. I asked to cancel because clearly there was no party and we had just been through a horrific event and her response was with no remorse whatsoever that the deposit is non-refundable and it would cost more money to cancel the party would to actually have the party. We use the quote unquote party room for maybe a total of 5 minutes because of course there was no birthday children there whatsoever except for my child the birthday boy, we use absolutely none of their stuff I brought everything on my own, and my son jumps for maybe a total of 10 minutes total sporadically by himself because again there was no birthday party and we are going through a family emergency I did not know how bad it was because I was trying to deal with keeping composure for my son first and foremost. In all I was charged a total of $209.82 which is the $100 non-refundable deposit plus the $75 for the rest of the quote un quote partyand the other side of my family we bought one pizza for 1499 five drinks for a total of $6.25 and one water for $1 Equal a total of $21.34. due to the circumstances and that I called many times letting you know an accident was involved plus they could see that absolutely no kids showed up to the birthday party I fully believe I should only be charged the $21.34 plus even add another $10 even though hes only two years old for the 10 minutes sporadic jumping he did. Worst day worst birthday party worst customer service by a manager who I had never even got to get a hold of thus far! I am planning to take this much much much further I agreed with a franchise owner to try to handle it with the manager however since I cannot get any response back Im going to continue with my plan of action which is unfortunate that I even have to be doing this at a time of grieving!! Which is really sad because if they would just do the right thing they can probably get a lot of business from us later on and my huge family!! That $200 that I paid 4 for a party that never happened could be going to helping plan a funeral and grieving families! I have the news stories to cover it everything that I need. When I walked in given the situation why couldnt I have just cancelled like I begged to do instead of immediately have to speak to somebody about being charged an extra $50 for being late that is!!! I really hope this company / franchise has any sense of moral dignity!

Kids had fun at my granddaughters Birthday party. Our host was great. We were highly disappointed in all the arcade games, half of them were out of order and there was some that took your money.

Went on a Saturday and it was packed. Kids really enjoyed the bounce houses. Dont try the arcade games. Half of them didnt work and stole your money. Stickers all over saying play at your own risk, no refunds.. All the hand sanitizer stations were empty and not enough seating for parents. But overall a fun place to take kids to burn off some energy.

So fun, the kids love playing here. They are updating to add a really large, cool play structure. The games dont all work though and steal your money so we dont use them anymore.

Really loved this place they got all sorts of stuff for your kids and you to do it is a bit wild with all the kids running freely but they also have walkers and other things for kids who arent big enough for the blow ups their is also a separate blowup that is for like 3 and under

My grandkids jump for joy whenever we even mention this place. They think it is great. They always enjoy coming here for birthday parties or for other special occasions. The place is always well-run, and safety first is a byword. If youre looking for a great place to bring your kids, this is pretty good.

I have been bringing my kids here to play and for parties for a couple of years now. I love the open floor that lets your kids run free while still being able to remain in sight.The only thing negative I have to say is that the newest structure has air guns that are VERY loud and makes the experience less enjoyable.

Our family went to Jump Zone a week ago. It was a nice experience. Not a ton of bouncy houses but our kids enjoyed it.

Kids love coming here, and great prices. $10 on the weekend for any kid. The food and drink prices are pretty cheap especially for a kids entertainment place. Sometimes it can be kind of hard to find a place to sit and the seats are not too comfortable if your kids are going to be jumping for a long time. The birthday party room is somewhat small, but probably good for a party of 10 or so but they do bring your cake and presents to you when youre ready so they arent in there the entire time taking up space. The party planners are really nice and helpful. Every worker I talked to was very nice and polite.

Tried to book my daughters party here but they said they don’t allow outside food. So I asked if they had food there and they replied “no, we order pizza” well isn’t that outside food? So I asked where they order the pizza and they said EagleOne and it’s $13 for a Large 1-topping or $15 for multiple. EagleOne pizza is only $5.99 for a large! I spoke to the owner and asked if I could pick up the pizza to save on cost becuase I know you are getting a kickback for charging that much extra. Her response, “we have to make money too and I don’t discuss how much of a kickback I’m making.” I mean, I get that but at least be reasonable.Nonetheless, I booked her party at Playbox and will be booking my sons there too! Also, u can bring your own food! :)

Place is clean and staff is nice. They dont really keep track of which kids have socks on. They wont let you use a card if the amount is less then 5 bucks.

This is the place to go on a cold rainy day with your kids. They always seem clean when I go. You can stay as long as you like for one price.

Place was well laid out, the room was large enough and the party coordinators were super helpful and accommodating. Im sure it says somewhere and maybe I should have asked, but my last experience in a different jump-house place was different and the birthday kids were by themselves during jump time. I wished Id known my kids birthday party was at the same time as three others...so three parties worth of kids all in the jump houses and twenty to thirty or more parents milling around at the same time made me feel like I was at chuckee cheese.

I would have given more stars. A few things I found out while being here. They order pizza through Eagle One Pizza which is good low price Pizza. Youre not allowed to bring in your own food or snacks or your own pizza. You buy their pizzas that is from Eagle One and prices are exoloded up and their sodas. Its a cost of doing business but for the kids to have fun I dont value that cost.

We come here often. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The equipment and bathrooms are always clean. The new owners are great! So if u have came in the past and didnt have a good experience, give it another try. You will be pleasantly surprised.
