This park is nice...sometimes there can be some suspicious characters but for the most part of is peaceful and relatively clean...the basketball court is spacious and the trails next to the park are accessible though I would not recommend going anywhere near these trails alone or at night...

When I first moved here, this was a great little park. It is now overrun by druggies that live in the riverbed.

My grandson and I visit the park every morning its very nice and clean and neat except for a few homeless that are there but a very nice park

Nice park for any event or just a walk. Playground, basketball, baseball close to gazebos. Bathrooms are well maintained. Too bad you cant reserve gazebo for your parties. First come first served.

Its a beautiful park, bigger than looks. Grass for running or playing soccer, a full basketball court, volleyball court and play ground. You can access the San Luis bike trail just through some a field.

They have nice basketball courts/volleyball court and it isnt very crowded most of time. Its a well-maintained park and the only bad thing is that I dont think they have restrooms

This park is open and very green. They have a limited amount of tables and each table has a grill next to it and trash cans are visible. They have a volleyball court and a basketball court. Parking is on the street around the park no specific location. They have 2 separate play structures one for toddlers and another for 5-12 year olds. The bigger one is 3 stories with 3 slides. This park allows pets and has a sidewalk around it for scooters and bikes. Giving this park a 4 out of 5 because the only restroom I saw was 1 blue portable one. There is a McDonalds around the corner just in case.

Nice quiet park. Lots of shade and seems like its never over crowded or loud. Just a perfect spot to get away for a bit. Great spot to walk the dog but it isnt a no leash dog-park. There are trails beyond the fence, (past the basketball court) that seem to follow the bike path. Not sure how far. Just some dirt paths, no trees, probably a dirt bike or four wheeler tracks.

Ive been to the park on two weekdays and it was very quiet. One one occasion. I let my dog go off leash and he had a wonderful time. A homeless person was cleaning up the park, which I thought was very nill

I grew up at this park

This is a really great park. It has a three story playground for older kids with at least four slides. Also it has a large bark area and hang slide bar, a climbing area, and little mushroom seats that you can walk or jump on. It also has a little kids playground, a large grassy area, and basketball courts. Its clean and well-maintained and it seems pretty safe. There are no big bathrooms, just a blue porta potty

Very nice park! There may be one or two homeless people but they just kept to themselves.

My grandkids & I enjoyed our 1st time visit to this park. It was very clean ! A nice big park . They have a biggrassy play area as well as a playground for kids ! Cool breezes running tbru ! A comfortable park and kids had a blast ! They also have a sidewalk that kids used to ride their bikes on while other vistors walked arou d on . Great friendly atmosphere ! In Oceanside, CA !

I like this park to take my little one. Especially, when its hot and sunny outside, the trees make good natural shades on the playground in the afternoon.

This park needs a letter to the city for up keep but I love the playset its super fun

This is a great little neighborhood park. It has an awesome playscape, with three decks connecting to all sorts of fun elements. My 6 year old loves it. Its also an easy connection to the San Luis Rey River trail, which mean you can bike for as long as you want, too. Or just throw down a blanket under the super cool tree that shade the park and relax.

My kids love this park. Its very cold though so bring a sweater while your kids are enjoying the park.

Lots of shade. Volleyball court with net, but sand is pretty hard. Play grounds for many ages. Basketball court. All around really great park.

Fun park. Would go after dark and a lady had her dogs on the table but overall ok. Lots of homeless people but they dont bother.
