My son received vouchers for his birthday. He was able to take two friends. They had such a fantastic experience. They did the high fly experience which was a highlight. The staff was very friendly, professional, and fun. We also were able to watch a team training for a skydiving competition, which was really amazing. We will definately go again.

Was not aware that I would be waiting for an hour before flying. Be weary that you may be penalized for showed up on time lol had to call to confirm my reservation becausetheir hours were incorrectly listed on Google, but that should be fixed now. Definitely pay to play, gets pricey for a fulfilling session. Still fun and staff hospitable, but definitely make sure you plan for all that extra time

Really clean and chill atmosphere (when birthday parties arent present). Friendly staff and although its not cheap, its worth it!I encourage everyone to see it for more than just a novelty. While its fine to noodle around casually, the the advanced fliers/coaches demonstrate absolute artistry in the tunnel.

A very unique and awesome experience for all family members involved! I have been skydiving in the past and iFly is about as close as it can get without actually jumping out of the plane at 15,000 feet. The instructor for our group (Chris) was very experienced and pro active with the kids and adults alike. Would go back in a minute.

What a solid experience for my son and I. We brought him for his birthday in Nov, now we are taking lessons. Our first flight was with Dan S. We are now under instruction with Dan D. A must do for anyone! Best part aside from the thrill, no egos from any of the staff! They are all there to help and quick to jump in to answer questions or provide feedback.

Awesome experience for both my kids (ages 8 & 4). The instructor, Liam, was incredibly patient with my youngest even though she was scared at first, but quickly warmed up to him. My oldest said it was super fun and an epic way to celebrate her birthday.-The staff and crew were courteous and professional.-The facility and gear was clean.-iFly offers military discounts.I purchased additional passes for future visits (I will be bringing my girls back)!Oh and my youngest was crying so much since she didnt want to leave so one of the staff members made her a Deadpool ballon. So awesome!

I did this with my best friend for her bday and she loved it something out of my comfort zone but she wanted to do it so i surprised her. The staff made me feel safe and I had a blast!! our instructor was LIAM AND HE WAS AMAZING!!

This place is so fun! My 11 yo was pretty nervous but our instructor, Doug, really helped put him at ease. He had a blast! The only negative thing I have to say is that its a little pricey, $80 per flyer and youre only in the tunnel for about 2 minutes... it was our first time so mb thats the going rate?? Hopefully well be able to go again soon

Signed up my nephew online, his mom submitted the release forms on line - so that was super easy breezy. Took my nephew in and he was so excited. Got checked in and then sat for a quick video on instructions. The instructor double checked everyone understood, then went to get geared up. My nephew was ready to go! He was so pumped! But when he did his first flight, he got a little scared (he’s 7). He said the fan was so big and far down. He decided he didn’t want to go again. I have to say, everyone that worked there was so nice. Tried to give him other options and get him excited again, but he was done. He did tell me how fun it was though. But that he’d come back when he was 10. Good on ya for trying, I say. I’d totally go back for me though. And for him - in 3 years ;). It’s also fun to watch some of the pros in there!!! Crazy cool what they can do.

We had a blast. Zach and Sarah at the front counter we engaging. Liam as our instructor knew we were there for fun and made sure it was. We had one grand father, two sons, and three grandsons in the group. Youngest was 5. A real treat.

This place was awesome! I would recommend 4 or more flights for your first time! I just did 2, the improvement from 1 to 2 was substantial, I am thinking with 4 flights you could really get a grasp if skydiving was something you wanted to get into. Our instructor Dan was very helpful and encouraging!

Have been to iFly two times...and will be going back! The experience, while not inexpensive, is worth every penny! Two must dos - 1) get the full-face helmet unless you like to have your face blown around and drool alot; 2) get the high flight experience where your instructor takes you WAY UP into the tunnel! The facilities are beautiful, the staff is great and youll find yourself smiling so much your face will hurt.

It was so much fun! The instructor was so friendly and helpful. Lots of people think you have to be young and in great shape to fly, I am over 60 and in average shape. I loved it and can’t wait to go again!

The girl working behind the counter was very sweet and helpful and my kids did enjoy it. However, they shorted us time and when I said something they just turned to the other 20 somethings working there, rolled their eyes, and kept shorting us time. When you are paying $50 a minute you expect to get the full minute. Any questions we asked them and getting things that were part of our package they behaved very annoyed and put out.If my kids want to go back we wont be going to the Oceanside location.

This was such an amazing experience. We actually went back the next day and brought more people. The instructors have such a love for their students and there is an incredible deal if you buy a return package before you leave. Such a deal!

My 6 year old daughter and I LOVE this place. Our first flights were very fun and now it’s an every weekend thing for us! TIP: buy a return package on the day of your flight and it’s much more affordable.YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS EXPERIENCE! Double the flying time as real skydiving at 1/3 the price.

Me and my family were on vacation and decided to try this out. The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Super recommend for someone who is scared of heights or scared of falling. My dad has always has been and found this as a way to enjoy the sky diving experience without all the anxiety with it.

So much fun! Instructor Dan was great. We went for our grandsons 5th birthday because he wanted to fly like a super hero. And he did! Even this grandma joined in on the fun.

It’s everything you expect and hope, and nothing you don’t. While I wish prices were lower, that’s the industry, and so I feel satisfied as hope to go again. Staff were all friendly and accommodating, not least of all our instructor Liam!

Staff are so much fun and caring. Have been twice for a field trip and they were awesome each time. Handled kids of all ages very well.

Little pricey but fun for anyone. We bought the exit package they offer when your done. The trainers were great too. Please keep that fun attitude guys!!!

Best experience of my life!!! The staff is extremely friendly and gives you a briefing before your flight so you know what to expect. I have so much anxiety about every day life but their instructors put me at ease. It can be intimidating but once youre in the wind tunnel, you dont want the experience to end. This is a much safer alternative to outdoor skydiving and really offered a unique team building experience for our staff. We used a conference room space for another event and everything was set up so well, we couldnt have asked for more.

My daughter wanted to fly for her birthday and this was an entirely excellent experience. Her teacher, Becca, was fabulous, patient, supportive and very encouraging. My daughter had a great time and cant wait to do it again. And now my other kids know exactly what they want for their next birthdays!

Excellent experience. The staff is world class. Instructors are very professional and make the flights fun. Rented the conference room for a company holiday party. Christy took great care us. Highly recommend trying this at least once in your life.

We had a great time, and would have given 5 stars but the photo vouchers that were supposed to come with our package never worked. I called the location and spoke with someone who asked me to email them my vouchers and said that he would call me right back with new ones...never heard back from him...

As a value proposition, I dont know - its over about as fast as a roller coaster ride. But the staff is wonderful - Becca is amazing - its well run and entertaining and everyone leaves with smiles on their faces. I guess that makes it awesome!

Prices are very reasonable for the amount of time, if you go make sure you go to the top! Well worth the small extra fee, Eric was our flight attendant and very fun with our kids would totally do a birthday there!

This was such an amazing experience for our 8 year olds birthday party! Christy was always responsive when I sent emails! The party room was great for after flying very private and they did all the work on food and drinks! The instructors were great and made everyone feel safe and excited!! Such a great time I would highly recommend to anyone for a party! We also did a date night here and it was so fun to do something outside the normal routine! All around an awesome place!!

We took the granddaughter for return flights at iFLY Oceanside. Her goal is to advance to the top flight level. The staff works well with kiddos of all ages, young and old. Come for the fun, a fabulous adventure and a great memory!

Very cool to have one of these in Oceanside! Price seems affordable, from what I can gather, its about $85 a pop. And discounted if you buy multiple sessions. Cant wait to throw my 11 year old kid in this thing and see what happens!

Poor customer service.(1) Bait and switch with the Costco gift cards (only usable on some products).(2) Instructor John and the control-booth guy had a disagreement with control-booth-guy throwing up his hands. John was not taking feedback from flyers. He did not pay attention to kids wanting out. For me, he would not stop touching me, overcompensating for perhaps a lack of training. Both kids and myself had a bad time. This was our 4th... and last visit.

This is a cautionary review for those considering going for first time. Three of us went as a family last week for fun adventure. Based upon staff recommendation we booked for four 1 minute flights per person. I realize now we were upsold, and I would recommend 1-2 flights as reasonable start if you wan to try. My son said he was tired/done after 3 flights, so I took his extra flight, giving me five minutes of flight. My son woke up 2 days later with sore shoulder. A day of ibuprofren and rest and he was fine. Thank goodness he stopped after 3 flights. I woke up 2 days later with neck and shoulder pain (note: I attended yoga classes 25 days in prev month so I had very good flexibility and core strength). The prolonged single posture I held with my chin up and neck compressed for five minutes really tweaked me. I took ibuprofen 3 days and ended up needing to go to chiropractor first time in many years. True, there is inherent risk in the sport, but I think 5 minutes for first time was bad advice. So be warned to take very easy first time. At end of introductory lesson, they offer to sell you flight time for less than half of what you paid initially. So if you like it, buy it that way. Also, we were told that pix and vids were included in the 4 flight per person package, but after we finished it was a new staff up front and we had to inform her of deal and assert repeatedly that was what we were told to get the access codes. I got the impression that there are lots of word of mouth deals and that staff work on commission.

Great fun place to go. A little pricey but for a one off treat its fun. We had an appt booked for 3:30 and had to wait a long time when we got there. Probably wont be going again but would recommend to friends for an experience.

If your a amazing skydiver with thousands of jumps you will be humbled in the tunnel.... I called my first session trying to coach a skydive student..... I fly.... Away...

Fun for the whole family * you wont regret it

It was a surprise gift from my wife and we both loved it. Liam was our guide and he was fantastic! He coached us thru everything we needed to do to have a fun and safe experience. Before we left my wife bought another round of flights for us.We posted our pics and video on Facebook and all of our local friends are now talking about trying it.

Stopped by iFly on my way to another place, thought I would check out physically what it has to offer. I was not disappointed in the least bit. Cannot wait to actually try it out!

We took a group of 22 teens from Camp Pendleton and iFly staff were so helpful and kind. I spoke with Christy on the phone and she was professional and a big help. She answered all my questions and had no problem helping me with any request or accommodations that we needed. Our teens had an incredible time and I can’t thank the staff enough at iFly for being so welcoming and providing outstanding customer service. Definitely look forward to attending again and speaking with Christy.

Ifly was a wonderful experience. We got there early as I was a little apprehensive about flying. We watched as the instructors were in the tunnel, it was like a dance. They were fun to watch with their tricks and it looked like skydiving. After watching for a bit, we went to the classroom and learned what to do when we were with the instructor. The whole process took 20 minutes, including a 4 minute video and precise instructions. We suited up and went in the waiting area outside of the tunnel. it was noisier than I thought it would be, nothing horrible. I waited my turn, and Chris took me in, very windy! What a rush...what fun to be that free and being held by my foot after he got me settled with finger signals. The second round, Chris got me settled again and then he flew with me! We went about half way up and came back down...up and down we went. We were flying in a circle, and as you have to keep your head up, you could see the people outside the tunnel. I truly had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Ifly.

So cool for the kids! They loved it. Pricey for the avg family but worth it for special occasions.

Couldnt have been better. The staff is really friendly, approachable, relaxed, and helpful.Becca and Bobby were so patient with first timers like me. I am not at all coordinated or athletic (massive understatement!), but it was totally fine--everyone has to start somewhere right? I went along with my husband because he wanted to go and I ended up having a blast and signing up for more as soon as I stepped out. The staff really made the atmosphere welcoming and fun to everyone.The windtunnel itself is a blast. Breathing was fine. Did not trigger any worries about heights or anything. It was comfortable and fine. I can feel my shoulder muscles a little but Im not sore at all.I had an open face helmet and goggles and my nose is a little dry. My hair is chin length in front and it came out from the helmet a little and needed 5-10 minutes of detangling--just a note if youre going out to dinner or something after. Im going to get a bandana, snood, or scarf for my hair next time to keep it in the helmet.It took about an hour and a half for us two, about 45 - an hour was inside the wind tunnel area, which is noisy and cant really talk--just so you know what to expect).10 stars out of 5. Cant wait to go again.
