Quiet. Very relaxing. Excellent for a little, easy trail with nature. Great place to just disconnected from the busy day and have a moment with yourself.

Nice little park. River access is somewhat limited by undergrowth.

Larger than expected park. The great oak tree is beautiful. there also another giant tree on the east side of the property. just cool to see the efforts put into this historic space. The old ruins remind us how fast nature recovers.

If solitude is what you are looking for youll find it here. 2 hours on a sunny Sunday afternoon and I saw 1 other person, he was walking his dog.

A very interesting place to visit for sure. It has the remains of an old family pool, called Pleasureland amidst the trees. Whats left and visible includes a giant pool, a playground, and a mini golf course. Makes for a neat trip.

Wonderful place to walk at lunch with many trails, some along the river. Interesting to find the old abandoned amusement park structures as well.

Ive only been in the gravel parking lot, so I havent explored more of the park just yet. Its a good location to leave your car and then go on a bike ride on local roads.

Beautiful park with quaint, abandoned remains-- very cool to trek through. WARNING-- the gravel parking lot is ridden with nails and screws. DO NOT PARK HERE lest you will have a flat tire. I suggest parking in any surrounding area and then walking to the park.Setting that aside, this park contains a few remains of the former Pleasureland, Mullers Park, FRG Sports Complex, and Sandy Beach. You will find an old pool, a rusty playground, building foundations, many old concrete picnic tables, and an overgrown mini golf course. Excellent for anyone who enjoys abandoned places and urban decay, or anyone who likes uncovering mysteries of times gone. The park has been cleared with dirt roads and garbage cans and given little street signs, which is a cute touch. Again: DO NOT PARK HERE unless you have indestructible tires.

A surprising amount of wildlife for such a small, unassuming park. On my lunchtime walks Ive seen a red fox, a pileated woodpecker, and several deer, among other, more commonly seen species.

Just an interesting and isolated, dog friendly undeveloped area in the heart of suburbia.
