When I first found this place I thought I had found a place to call home for a few years but immediately after signing the lease the problems began. With each issue you get the minimum amount of effort to shut you up. I have had to deal with leaking pipes, water leaks, mold doors not closing completely, screens off center and now a bad refrigerator that they are telling me is good. My food is sitting in coolers on dry ice but I am being told nothing is wrong. All this in less than a year. No one cares, it is just enough done to get a pay check. No way will I renew this lease. I hate to move again so soon but I cannot take the lack of respect and basic customer service. I hate feeling like I am a bother by just wanting the basics from a rental contract.

Because i live here. I rent and whenever i need anything fixed at my home they are always on top of it and quickly. I have had a really great 2 years here so far and truly feel like it is my home.

My personal experience was excellent its a nice place its quiet and peaceful I highly recommend the Old Dutch Farms area I hope you guys have the same experience as I did

It is a nice place to walk around at and they have a small park their and their is a path to island lake.

One of the worst places to rent from! The worst staff & managers weve ever come across. Corporate doesnt do squat either if you need help, so dont waist your time. I would absolutly give zero stars!!It takes months to get repairs done, and half the time they forget to make a work order. Make sure if you Ever ask for a repair to get it In writing so your not screwed like weve been!! There are new managers & maintenance workers every month or two, so a lot of time your work order isnt passed along and is completely forgotten about.I will Never recomend anyone to this so called community and I cant believe weve even stayed here this long. I cannot wait till our lease is up. The only good time here is when Meritus owned the park, but that was long ago.

Property is nice, and friendly people

They go through a new manager every few months, each one seems less helpful than the last. It takes months to get a repair done. Im considering withholding rent since they cant fix a repair I asked for 3 months ago. They raise rent every year. My neighbor is a complete lunatic, and management wont do anything about her. Not sure why this place is incapable of being professional and taking care of their tenants. I cant wait to get out of here.

Michele, in management(leasing office) has to be one of the MOST professional and caring individuals Ive had the pleasure of working with in a leasing setting.She keeps VERY close contact and returns calls promptly. NO MATTER HOW BUSY, SHE ALWAYS HAS A SMILE COMING THROUGH HER VOICE, VIA PHONE. SHE THROUGHLY EXPLAINS ANY QUESTIONS AND ADDRESS ANY NEW CONCERNS!!! (this is so important to a new resident when choosing the right long term community)But MOST IMPORTANTLY gets things done CORRECTLY, in a timely manner, so her potential residents can remain interested and VERY HAPPY!!!#ThankYouAndGreatJobMrsMichele

Good place to live. Got friends who live thier. But to much money a month.

The new office management that took over does nothing but threaten and harass you. The new maintenance people look like something from a horror movie and stares your children down in the creepiest way. This place has been good to us up until about a month ago when new people took over. Also don’t believe the pictures they post it’s not at all how the house looks. On top of that your house will fall apart like it’s going out of style and they don’t fix anything. All the way from carpet splitting down the middle where the house was put together to framework falling off your walls and around your doors. Your best bet is to stay away. There’s so many more nicer places then this.

Not a bad place to live, not sure how new maintenance an management is, we could never get anything repaired if we did it took a few months of complaining. The office will not answer the phone and or return any calls.

I live here, but own my own home. So cant say anything about maintenance issues. Our plowing is done regularly, so no issues there. The management company is very strict on if you pay your lot rent late, there is a fee and its added the day after the grace period.

(I visit, nit a resident) Im giving 3 stars only because of the lack of visitor parking. Otherwise, it doesnt seem like a bad place to live! Considering that its a trailer park.

I never had any issues with this community until Dottie took over the office. As far as she reflects the company YES Communities, I will NEVER live in another one of their communities and I know almost every other resident in this park feels the same way. They change your rent monthly and are the most unorganized office! Can’t wait for my lease to be up so I don’t have to deal with the stupidity anymore! And good luck getting ahold of anyone in the office! Always out on breaks AKA not doing their jobs!

The homes are decent, but management takes at least a month to resolve any issue reported. I had to wait a month for them to replace both a faulty deadbolt and a closet shelving unit. Thanks for thinking about your client! #sarcasm

My family and I moved in here almost 7 years ago and I can honestly say, this place has truly become the PITS! There have been several different managers since, however, as of lately (past year and a half), its become totally unprofessional. They continue to steal rent from their residents. The maintenance guys dont show up until you repeatedly call and leave messages, over and over. Then after they leave, there is always something missing. They have a FB page for community members to join, and most of us have mentioned the same things.When we have huge snowfalls, they barely have the roads cleared for their residents. As of lately, there have been numerous amounts of break-ins. The stray cats that run rampant, is ridiculous. The drug addicts in the community is the main reason I wont be renewing my lease. During the summer, Ive come home from work in the early hours to see my neighbor and his girlfriend on Aichebaun, shooting up in broad daylight. Ive called the office and they still havent done anything. They also curse out the young neighborhood children for walking on their grass. Research before moving in to this place. It has gone completely downhill, unfortunately.

I walked into my new home and fell in love. Sure there are a couple of things that I need fixed but it no crisis. Anything Ive called about has been handled quickly. Ive never had any conflict with the management. I love Nina. I bought furniture for the outside and just waiting on the weather to say warmer. I havent had any problems with neighbors. Its very quiet here. My kids and I love it here. I love the inside of my home. Im a black woman and I havent had any racial issues. Well anyway that exist wherever you go. Old Dutch Farms has given us a lovely place to live. We just go to work, come home and stay away from drama. I have that beautiful master bedroom with my private bath. I have a walkin closet. Im able to fit2 nightstands, a 6 drawer dresser and 5 drawer chest. My kids are on the other side of the house. Its so quiet on my side. Are you kidding me. I love it here.

This is a manufactured home park. Most of the homes are newer. The place is quiet and caters to families. Most of the homes are clean. They do rent out homes that need minor repairs. The parking situation is tight here, too.

Dont move here!!! These people want to squeeze every last penny they can out of you!! They are write up happy and they are snakes. The office manager Nina is rude and disrespectful. She has no business being in a rental office and dealing with the public. I should have moved to the park next to us. For the last couple months the water that came out of the sinks were the color of chicken broth!! They didnt disclose that and it ruined our clothes & Dishes. When I called Nina about it she chuckled and told me that the water was perfect!! The New trailer is falling apart. Ive even had to have the stove and dish washer fixed already. For the premium rent we pay we dont get much.... Do yourself a favor an skip over this rental property and find another dump to move into with less slum lord management.

The new manager Dotty is very rude and condescending. She talks to people like they’re garbage. She has no respect for people. I am leaving this place ASAP! The parking is bad, and if u need something fixed they will be late getting to u. Horrible place!

Lived here a few years now and i have family in here too.pros: great community and good neighbors. i have never had a problem with other residents.cons:Felt a bit misled and lied to about a few things over the years.The rental homes have cheap trim/counters/baths/etc.Got a write up to cut lawn with not even a 24hr notice before they would charge me money to cut it.Other empty lots have tall grass often worse than the customers getting written up.During the winter the roads are not maintained very well at all.Lighting is very dark in the park. the entrance is poorly lit and there are not very many lights along the streets.The low light can be a problem.My vehicle and other members of the community have had their cars broken into.The parking can be crappy depending on what street you live on.When doing work on future lots i have had large piles of dirt placed in my parking spot/yard.I hate having so many negative things to say but it is what it is.

Not the most respectful place... After moving in To a double wide In the front of complex they decided to shove a single right next to us And shortened our lot Smaller than all other double wides within the area. Then after putting the single next to us they shoved my shed off the Concrete foundation halfway into the grass. Then dug out a trench from the middle of side of our house over to the new single and left that trench to where animals can get underneath our house. They said they would fix it but never did.
