I’ve lived in this park for 25 years, originally thinking it would be a short stay. But later changed my mind when I realized it is a beautiful park and well managed with reasonable rental fees. It’s tree lined and nice space between trailers. It’s privately owned and strictly managed. It is not like the stereo type park. It’s close to shopping and freeways. It’s a beautiful setting for a family

We have lived here for about 48 years and we are still happy with it.

Have lived here 19 years. Never had a problem. It is a quiet park. Only problem is I have to physically write a check every month for lot rent and take it up to the office. Im waiting for Country Cousin, Inc. to come into the 21st century and let us pay our lot rent online.

Despite the unfortunate name, this is a really decent neighborhood. The landlord and staff are friendly and helpful. Things may not happen as fast as you want them too, but they do get done. Snow removal is timely and well done.Neighbors are great and often look out for one another. I’ve had a delightful time living here.-1 Star for the billing company that manages the water. Infinity Billing. Be careful, apparently, they believe they can charge you an infinite amount for water.

No amenities, no parking, no help with trees encroaching on homes. Stay away!

The residential development of affordable housing is an ambitious project to help house families in the East Lansing area and adjacent districts where housing is difficult to source. Supported by local schools and within striking distance of good social infrastructure, the development has been populated in short order and enjoys the added bonus of a nine hole golf course at time of writing.

No place like home... Little strict. Former tennet told me to pay your rent and cut your lawn and they wont bother you (mostly true!).

Great place to live- office manager Laura is kind & helpful. The owner & staff are constantly hardworking. Remi the part- time office mascot is a sweetheart. Family friendly community & Great neighbors.

Lacks street lights and snow plows go through too many time so it hard to plan to remove snow not knowing if their finished.Neighbors mulch and done pick up waist . Promised new light never got it.Staff are lazy and man who drive old loud white ram has a temper. To many trees that are uncared for make more work for residents.

The trailers are very nice looking on the outside and on the inside it looks like pretty much a big house, it barely feels like youre living in a trailer.

I was here for a job, country cousin? Sounds a bit odd to me.

The owners allowed a dog to bark when it could see us in our house and did nothing. I even had it on a video recording. I think the owners finally did something when more neighbors complained after we left.The owners also sold us a home and then and said quoted us a final amount. They added $10000 more because they forgot shipping. We were stuck because we had sold our place.They also tried to keep our security deposit.

I grew up here and have lived in 4 different trailers. After moving out of my mother home I bought a place in here for my family. I have been living here for 20+ years and I love it here:) My kids can play without fear and everyone is so friendly! The office staff is amazing! I have also referred other family to move in and they like it here as well. They keep it clean and safe for members of all ages!!

Nice quiet park other than the hwy noise but if you have a decent trailer you wont notice.

I been trying to find my own home for a few years. My visit to their lease office was the best customer service experience I ever had. I was welcomed by the residents that were in the office. Laura was the most outstanding lease agent I ever met. Kind, understanding, and made me feel like a person. Believe me! This kind of love is hard to come by. This park is the definition of a community, as they are very familylike.

Lived there for 12 years affordable housing

The owner of the complex is racist, narcissistic and lazy. He never respected my presence plus he called the cops on me for trespassing but really, I was visiting my cousin who lived there.

A great place to live, I recently went to a community pot luck picnic, thanks Lora and Russ for the invite to the picnic it was a lot of fun visiting with the owner and management and residents, had a lot of good food and conversation and I even played in the pounce house with the kids good times thanks !! sincerely, Rick Ciminelli

New side is okay. Old side is ghetto. Beware of management, they wont pay for anything. Trees damaging roofs, tearing up home foundation, even shifting windows and they wont go out of pocket to remove them.

My wife and I and two adult children are residents of Country Cousins and are pleased and proud to say we love living here it is a quiet and a peaceful place to live, with its country setting and beautiful trees and landscape, yet close to fitness gyms and to the mall and other shopping centers and close to some of the finest local collages that our two children have attended . Rose, Aaron, Brandon, were very helpful in finding the right home for us to purchase, and they have their own financing which is very helpful and convenient and helps to speed up the purchasing process, they also were helpful in finding a home that would fit our needs and financial needs also, they worked with us to set up payments and dates and helped scheduled them so that it would fit are pay schedules, we are glad we stopped here and out of all the other places we looked at this is the one we chose, we made the right choice, so stop by the office and meet Laura, she is very nice and helpful and will have all the information you will need to get you started on your way to a very good home buying experience, Sincerely Richard and Marylee Ciminelli

This park has a racially biased owner who constantly trys to get more money out of everyone living here and charges different people different fees, they sold me a trailer with a bad mold problem and then called it a premium lot all though the concrete slab it is on is sink bad. this place is a joke.
