So they get 3 stars because they arent the best, nor the worse!If YOU ARE NOT A MINORITY, you could rate this 4 or 5 stars all day!!But for those of us who are, expecting racial bias may not be new, but here is almost expected! One of the residents here (more than 1 honestly) even admitted that there are more than several... how do u put this... people who are stuck in their ways! So best of luck to all who read this and plan on moving in. Not a bad area. Most are friendly (go with your instinct on whose not!) And for this reason 3 stars is a maximum rating, because I cant help that I was born a color and am judged for it (which leads to less opportunities than the majority [white people])

Noce place, caring community, people arnt perfect but in a bad situation like the covid 19 issue the have been giving food and forgiving late fees.

I live here... Live by the pool and bus stop. Its so noisy with cars for the bus stop and music in the summer at the pool. Other than that.... Its ok to live here. Have been asking John for 3 years to have a tree removed. The tree is so close against the shed that the shed is taking on a new shape from being continuously hit by the tree from the wind. The shed is being destroyed by the moss and algae. It makes sense to keep a tree that is clearly sick, the leaves have black spots and the trunk is covered in moss and algae.But hey we got a brand new asphalt street this summer..... There was nothing wrong with the old one.

Looks are very deceiving! The office treats consumers horribly.I moved out in December 16, after living here 7 years. I sold MY trailer to my new landlord. Novi Meadows filed a law suit saying i lived there until MAY without paying rent!? John was there while I was moving, talking to me, as he was upset that I did not sell the trailer back to him, Novi Meadows. Of course because I moved and he did not know where to send these fraud eviction papers, the court process started and I never even knew about it. The lawyers stated he said I lived there for an extra 4 months without paying rent, But as of January 17 my landlord passed away in a car accident and his son, sold the trailer back to John! Thanks to him, I could not get a another place in my name, my children and I were homeless for 5 whole months. Its hard not to harbor hate in your heart for people/deamons like this

As someone who has lived here for a while I can tell you they treat you like trash. They do very little to warn you about stuff they will leave notices on your door very haphazard lie so that they get blown away they can charge you exorbitant fees. They harass residence all the time and thats only the tip of the iceberg

Never a dull moment to say the least.In August, a man murdered his girlfriend, not far from where my daughter and her husband and family live. Often see the police at a neighbors down the road. Quite often the fire department, police and an ambulance are in here.Sometimes though, sitting out on the deck, it can be quite peaceful and quiet. It is a large park too.Their are also a lot of nice, down to earth, good people in here too.

I enjoyed my visit... Parking is limited.

Dont ever move into this park they violate you for every little think i can even have my own damn car sit in my driveway!The people in the front are rude as can be

Manager needs to act like a manager and not help start trouble and learn facts before defending the wrong people and not threaten minors

Would give NO stars if possible. They sell you homes that are not checked out and then lie to your face and say they were. They really should be ashamed of their actions. Phonies for sure! Dont buy unless you have proof your home isnt bout to cost you more money after paying a price that should have covered the repairs on things they say were checked. Got taken big time and now have no re-course, will be losing money that is not available. Makes me very sad to have to say but would rather share than have someone else get taken. Be sure not to get taken in by their lies and phony smiles. SO SAD people do this to other people..

Love Novi Meadows. Both Larry and John have been fantastic. Our new home is awesome.

I live in the back near the storage and its pretty quiet. No one bothers anyone. Not a bad choice for the price.

BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS!Do not buy here! We wanted to get ready to retire and bought a mobile home here. We moved in and a few days later we found out they sold us a trailer that was infested with bed bugs. We spent thousands of dollars trying to get rid of them to no avail.26244 Georgia Avenue is infested! Stay away!We ended up just leaving everything we owned and moving out. We lost a lifetime of books, furniture, and all of our household items and now have to start all over. Our retirement put on hold.I would give 0 stars but the review wont let me.

The community for the most part is nice and fine. The manager john vanwingerden though...he just lies to everyone. The old manager Dan never did that. Hed just tell you how it is. Dont expect to get anything accomplished with your lot if jon is in charge. Even if its the parks fault as to why its that way.
