Love it my father lives there and the manager Sandra at this place is super nice she is always helping my father and going the extra mile for him so grateful that such of good person is there to help you when you need it thank you Sandra you are the best manager ever this park had!!!

Cant keep up with the rules for some reason. Some people can do anything and nothing is done. They should get out of the office more..

Something is always broken, especially the water. This time it has been down for over 24 hours. The pool and spa always has way to much chlorine if they are not closed. People drive like idiots and all management does is make empty threats, they never do anything. The gate is always broken, last time it was open for 45 days, claiming they were working on it. The main road in floods and they are working on it again. I could go on and on. And even with all the issues they still raise the rent.

Its a great place to live. Many amenities and the management combined with the HOA have something on the calendar to do almost every day and night.Ive rented 2 years here and decided to buy in last month.

This park gives one more bang for the buck than most parks in the area. Quiet, neat as a pin and friendly. The pool and club house are exceptional.

Been here 12 years, going down hill. Lots of people under 50 years are moving in and after they get in they move others in. Lots of renters that dont really add anything to the community other than paying rent to management. Water goes off frequently, without warning. Pool frequently has issues, I could go on.

If I could give this place a 0 star i would!. My father who is of Hispanic origin and retired tile installer has been in battle with management since the day he moved in!. The level of discrimination and racism from the management and owners of this community is unprecedented and disgusting. People who move in here look forward to relaxation and peace but since day 1 they have made my fathers time there a living hell. Refusing to take his monthly payments because they feel he must finish their checklist and when he does complete them they find more ways to keep his CONSTANTLY working on the house and outside. If this is a retirement community why have you not given my father the proper rest he deserves? It seems like they would rather have him evicted rather than his hard earned money....my heart hurts daily seeing my father jump through hoops for these people who threaten to evict him every week. There is no peace for him his blood pressure wont go down from the constant feeling of being evicted!! How sad that in this day and age they still show their discrimination and hate towards my widowed father who still just want to rest and enjoy his home with his dog like all of us Americans but this property could care less so please consider somewhere else or be cautioned if you decide to move here.....p.s. there is a open case for discrimination against the property and managers and we will get to the bottom of this! Upgrading to a 4 star review. Great yard sales in their very pleasant neighborhood Fantastic Serendipity Craft Shows. Need to stop by for the Fall/Winter shows as one of the resident makes some AWESOME MIX BERRY JAM. I had given the jam out for Christmas gifts, last minute gifts and Hostess gifts to(bottled in real decorative Mason jars)Etc.... Which is why I deplited my own personal stash of jam. Heritage is another Awesome Community Park. 6 Lakesis o.k..... just not my cup of tea. Good Luck on your adventures......

Very nice clean 55+ park. Friendly people, clean pool and lots are well maintained.

Our manager Rhonda is great. Rhonda is very helpful and friendly. Serendipity is a quiet community. There is always something going on here for the residents. The club house, the pool, court Iyards, etc are very clean . The park is clean and pet friendly. There is always someone to help you. We have a food pantry to help our neighbors in need. Rhonda works very hard to keep this park going. Even with the snow birds here, the park is quiet and there is plenty to do. We have many volunteers and of course we always need more. I have lived here for 1 1/2 years. We are close to all the shopping you want or need. Just a couple of miles down the road. Also before I forget, Rhonda listens to our issues and if she can, she does what she can do to solve the issues or our suggestions. Rhonda also has a boss she has to answer to. I lived in a lot of places and she is the best and very opened minded. As a manager, she does what she can do. Living at The Serendipity Mobile Park, you wont be sorry. Come and check us out and ask for Rhonda. You will see what I am talking about.
