Although uponintial arrival finding the place old and dumpy there new maintenance guy has turned this park completely around! Everything has been cleaned up from landscaping to trash. This guy is a non stop worker. The residents are happy to have a person actually making the place they live attractive

Was good when I first moved in. Recently changed owners and well. Been going down hill since. Giving it a one star and thats a half star overrated. I have photos of one of our 2 managers going in to resident mail boxes. Which is a federal felony. The only persons authorized to go in to mail boxes is a mail carrier. New owners and management have been extremely hostile towards the residents. Dont move in to the park. Nothing but a headache.

Seemed like a nice enough Park the people were friendly the prices were decent I havent lived in it so I cant say much more I didnt meet with the women from the office but I do understand that they have a buy here pay here with some homes in their park thats really an awesome thing for some people be able to get back on their feet

I lived in an efficiency unit and it was perfect for me. Clean, cool landlord lady lol and would recommend to anyone who needs a quick place to stay without going bankrupt! Also the application Process was easy, quick and free!

Do not waste your time and money. I lived here for 7 years and nothing but problems. Anyone that says its nice to live there obviously hasnt lives there long enough plus if you have a problem they wont solve it. All they do is keep giving you excuses on why they have not taken care of the problem. Plus druggies roam the trailer park at night looking for a place to break into. I caught 2 trying to break into my trailer plus another time at night. Trust me you are better off somewhere else. Lastly if that doesnt tell you how bad this place is then maybe this will. They finally got a landlord that actually cared about thier residents but they didnt like the fact that he was actually doing something about the problems so they fired him. He was indeed the best landlord they had in the 7 years I was there but like I said they dont care to do anything but take your money. If you do live here you will probably go thru 2 landlords before 6 months has past. Trust me when I say go somewhere else youll be happier you did. I am 100 percent certain I have the right park and HA one landord in the past 16 years try 3 in 7 years. Nice of you to try to cover your mistakes though.

Jones noble Trailer Park is honesty a very quiet neighborhood. Nobodys trying to get into your business. There is no drama going on either. Everyone keeps to themselves. The trailers are pretty decent The neighborhood is kind of confusing on the entrance and the exit but overall its a pretty good neighborhood nobody really messes with you.

I stayed here on a weekly rental and it was great. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The one thing I liked the most was that I felt safe and secure. I would def stay here again and Im going to tell everyone I know about Jones mobile home park.

A great place for folks that are looking for a less expensive rental. Close to almost everything a small family could need with a bus stop at your front door and several good grocers and eateries within walking distance.

In the almost 5 years I’ve lived in this park we’ve been through 3 landlords. Rihk has been the best one He has bent over backwards for every tenant in this park. He’s tried fixing everything that needs to be fixed only to be let go for no reason. This park is losing the greatest landlord no one else will ever compare to him or even meet the standards. New landlords and they’ve already messed up in this park. Don’t move into this park it’s not worth the headache nor wasting your money over units where the floors cave in, the walls have mold in them, the roof leaks and the owners don’t want to fix or they fix it very cheap where it just causes more issues to the trailers.

Great accomodations for the price. I stayed 4 months and enjoyed my time here.The managers were friendly and took care of the park.

Its a dump! From the 8 people I know in there they all say the maintenance is the worse. They need to cut the grass and lower the speed bumps. I hit my frame all over in there at 5mph. Not to mention the pot holes

Its ok. The trailers are too close together and they ask for too much rent for the quality. But it does include utilities including wifi. Very little in way of security features in park. Although one thing going for it is the staff in office are very nice people, easy to get along with.

Theyre firing all the wrong people. Who they need to fire is Rhonda. Shes worthless. She has no clue in how to do manage a thing. Shes such a clues individual.

Never been so disrespected in my life. Ive fully cooperated and paid faithfully. Get harassed after askimg for repairs and my house guest id background ran as if its being put on my application when my house guest doesmt live with me. Hints the word guest. Mold possible building from a leak not fully repaired. Being told my house guest cant live here one day then 2 days later their volunteer telling me today that they told me when Rhonda didnt thar he cant be here on the property. Threating me and my house guest that she will trespass my house guest. Then rhonda saying im paid up til tomorrow which is friday. Ive never been so humiliating walking back from circle k where whole neighbor hood could hear. So unprofessional whoever that old lady volunteer is. Now i am homeless cause of this. Was suppose to be allowed a house guest 2 over nights a week now being harassed and threatened out of here. Dont live here is what i recommend ive only been here since july 19th my first time renting.

My family has lived here for two years. Most all of the people in the park are good people. The manager is friendly and replaces things quickly when they break. She tries her best to work with people who are reasonable and respectful. They inspect the trailers often to make sure everyone is living clean and following the park rules.Located close to stores and a short drive to downtown Fort Myers.Sadly when you have weekly renters you get questionable people in the neighborhood. It has its share of drunks, druggies, and thieves. When someone becomes a problem the will kick them out. I still keep all my doors locked all the time. The trailers that are self owned are well maintained. Some of the ones that are weekly are old, cobbled together, and some should just be pushed over. The roads are bumpy and can fill up with water when it rains. There are many free roaming cats so rats arent an issue.Over all if you need a weekly rental this is one of the better place to rent weekly.

We absolutely love this place! Friendly staff and friendly atmosphere, all with good rates. We will be back.

None of the office people are helpful when trying to rent from them. Over priced for tiny space. They are very judgmental. They dont update the for rent web site. Plus they post older better looking pictures of the rentals or the completely wrong trailer.WOW IT TOOK 2 YRS TO RESPOND...NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT SPEED BUMPS... YOU DIDNT TAKE THE TIME BACK THEN TO RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS . IT WAS OVER 24 HRS TO GET A RESPONSE.3 OF THE PLACES I SEEN ON YOUR OWN WEBSITE LISTED FOR SALE TURNED OUT TO HAVE BEEN SOLD DAYS TO WEEKS BEFORE. THE PICTURES WAS OUT DATED. DEAL WITH THE TRUTH .IM THANKFUL I DIDNT BUY THERE.

The individual they have as a manager for Jones is a joke. She’s as dramatic as it comes. Everything turns out to be a bigger issue than it originally is or was. She has no composure or skills to be running such a massive trailer park. Other than the park not being ran correctly, the park itself is a nice community. Stayed here for about 2 years.

As the manager of this park it saddens me to see the negative reveiws.I have put alot of heart and soul into the running of this park however there will always be those who are just not ever happy or satisfied.This is a very quiet and decent RV Park that is totally affordable.We are not pet friendly in the rentals and thus individuals sneaking pets in are asked to leave but that part is never represented in the reviews.In order to maintain residence in our Park you must also pay the fees necessary. There are many negative reviews posted but in these reviews it is not told that the individuals were asked to leave after many weeks of non payment.WE at Jones Mobile Home Park take pride in our day to day operations and love to please all of our residents. Do not stay in any of these properties owned by this owner. All their properties are roach infested. All his property managers are crack heads you can go and see for yourself. All his places should be shut down.

Laurie is not the manager of jones. Rhik is the manager. The reason I’m giving a 5 star is because Rhik does a fantastic job running this place. Before Rhik Laurie was running this park and ran it to the ground. She argues with all the residents here. No one likes her here. Don’t know why the owners even have her around. Rhik can run the park perfectly fine on his own. She’s a gossiper and a problem starter. The park will do much better without her.

They charge alot of money and do nothing to beautify the park ferral cats run wild dont live here if you have another choice

Jones Mobile Home Park is a great place to live. I bought a home there will owner financing for $1,200 down. I dont even need a car - I walk to the post office, Winn Dixie, the drug store, and about 10 restaurants. They have Bingo every Wednesday night, and monthly barbecues and garage sales. The people are friendly and I feel safe with the great neighborhood watch program.

They treat you like you are a second rate human. The mobile homes are run down and the charge 3 times what their worth. Stay away from this dump.

Just so everyone knows who you guys have to deal with.. I lived in Jones for almost 3 years and I just moved out and they dont give anyone there deposits back the so called manager Laurie is a liar and a bad junkie. They dont fix anything I have pictures and proof of when the hurricane hit they never fixed the electric box and when it rains the power goes out u have to go outside under the rain to turn power back on its sad that such good people live in there and that no body including the owner and the manager aka Laurie dosent care or does nothing for anyone. My advice is everything is a lie they promise you the world to stay with ur money all the traliers in there are full of mold. Im taking them to court for all these problems and lies. I have proof videos and pictures of all the problems inside this trailer park. Everything in that place is a lie and a joke.

Winds as low as 70 miles per hour are in fact quite capable of overturning an unanchored single wide trailer. At around 100 miles per hour (110 maximum), pretty much all mobile homes, anchored or unanchored, begin peeling apart. Therefore, despite the cheapness of living in a mobile home, there is still the stress of when there is a hurricane nearby. True, there may be insurance available for mobile homes, but there is still everything a person owns, such as TVs, couches, sofas, beds, fans, heaters, clothes, drawers, dressers, and all that other stuff that makes a house a home, and it costs massive amounts of money to insure all that. There are also certain things that are simply irreplaceable, such as photos, videos, VCRs, 78 records, record players, VHS movies, vintage and/or antique items, including such sentimental items that could include your grandfathers 1950s Dominion box fan, your grandmothers crystal lamp, and many people simply can not even bear to replace all that with todays Made in China junk.
