Fantastic place to live. A 55+ gated community that is well maintained. A manufactured home community where most residents own the home and rent the land. Inclusive in rent are all resort style amenities, trash and landscaping. You’re responsible for bush or hedge trimming on your rented property and keeping the exterior of your home clean.Residents are super friendly and there are many activities to keep anybody happy and busy. Im very happy with my community. Recommend to anybody looking to live the Florida dream!!

55+ community. 9-hole golf course and several small lakes. All homes are on cul-de-sacs giving a nice cottagy feel. Most are on leased lots making the purchase price of the homes very affordable.

Spent a wonderful two weeks here visiting a friend. Went to their Saturday coffees, play Bingo enjoy their library and even attended a live play which was hilarious.

Very nice gated community. Very quiet and very pretty and yet many things to do if youre interested. The lot rent is high and the management needs to be replaced.

Beautiful golf course and club house. You can play 18 holes here. if you are limited on time or whether it be physical limitations you can play just 9 holes if needed. It is open to the public too. You must try this at least once. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Although Pine Lakes is a 55+ community it still offers access to golfing and the Pub restaurant to the outside communities at reasonable prices. Driving through you’ll often see pretty animals.The Pro Shop staff are wonderful and the Pub Restaurant serves delicious food and the staff is great.

It is a great place to live. Lots of things to do and the people are friendly. The streets are cul-de-sacs and the homes have garages.

The Breakfast is very good, reasonably priced, the service is fast. Coffee only $1. Great pancakes.

Regarding the Pine Lakes Restaurant:My TWO STAR rating is because it took the staff TWO HOURS to serve our table of 7 breakfast. It would be ONE STAR because of the VERY unprofessional manner that they treated us, but the food was good. We were reprimanded by 1 server because we failed to forewarn them of our party size, however we had done so, the night before.My review from 8 months ago was 5 STARS:Great meal for a very fair price!AWESOME servers too!

My grandparents owned a home here for 20 years. They passed a few years ago. My family visited today for the first time in a decade. I was happy the music was updated from Perry Como to Billy Joel over the past 20 years,. I was hoping the NEW 55 AND OLDER were more accepting of visitors and children than the previous decades. Surprisingly, they were! They were happy, polite, spoke with me and my children and made us feel welcome!!! Kudos baby boomers!!!! There was however still one impolite and nagging women, but everyone there assured me that my family was welcome and that she was a B..... Also I was told, not to worry about her attitude because there is always one A-HOLE in the bunch, Lastly, the residents told me that she didnt even live there, she was also a visitor!!!! So, the pool was amazing and so were the residents!!! Happy Cinco De Mayo!!!!

It was the busiest park. We had ever been to wow!!! The pool was so full of people it was like a bathtub. With 3 people in it at the same time lol but most were kind and friendly. Polite

The waitress was RUDE! Barely spoke two words to us. If it hadnt been for the guy that brought us our meals we would never had gotten any creamer or sweetner for our coffee. I know she was busy but she never ever came back to ask us if we needed anything or if our meal was ok. She even threw our check down on the table while giving me looks. The service was so bad that I couldnt even tell you about the food. We will never set foot there again!

Wow, is what I say. I was quite surprised at how well this place looked. Homes are spaced apart nicely and the grounds are well kept. Nearly every home has an attached 3.

Had a great time with my Father here. I would recommend playing this course to just have fun. Play to enjoy and not worry about your score. The greens dont roll real smooth so a lot of putts you roll arent true. Yet, is a small track so you dont need your driver but maybe a couple holes, so if youre hitting your sorry irons well, then you should be close enough to the hole to not have to worry about putting too much, lol. Had a great time and meet some cool people. Also wanted to add that some of those cool people were from a different country. Its a country close us here in the USA, meet some cool Montreal Canadians! Overall, my dad and I had a blast. I will say the service is great and the cloud pro is extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He have my dad a free lesson just cause he had the time. 5 stars friends

Beautiful adult community, nice grounds, gulf is popular. They have a great restaurant. The trash to treasure Levant was fabulous.

Glad my mother is moving here. Looks safe and lots of activities.

My family owns a few lots in here. The spaces are wide abd the neighbors are quiet and friendly. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy. The only concern I have is for the lot fees being paid the amenity spaces need to be updated. It looks like It was last updated in 1980. 40 year old look makes you feel like your back in the past. It would be nice to see updates.

Very nice surroundings. Nice people. 55 and over. Lots of things to do. There was a good cart parade. They were all decoratted with lights. Very proud of their time.

Dave does a great job the small area. His system is good, And he moves things right along . It would be nice to have more time though.

Pine Lakes, and the sister community, Lake Fairways, are inhabited by wonderful people enjoy the Florida retirement lifestyle. Each community has a pool, a hot tub, a snack bar/restaurant/bar, golf course, tennis courts, bocce courts,..., And a great clubhouse. If youre bored while living here, its your own fault. There are so many activities every day!

Spending some time with some old timers we came here I had the prime rib really good certain days they bring in a band

Had the nightly special. Chicken cordon blue and mashed potatoes. Cup of baked potato soup. Very good.

I went to visit a client who lives here. The homes appear to be built well and the outside is maintained well.
