This is our new home basic now. Love this place. The park manager is amazing. She was very understanding and got us inti our place fast.

We moved in back in August. Great Park. Very quiet here. Management is awesome they are available if you need something done. We are happy here. Great tenants as well. If you’re looking for place I would definitely check this out

Cant believe we found a place with such a convenient, central location for this price! We love our neighbors and have never had problems with the office staff. Melissa, the property manager, was able to get us in very quickly, and was so kind to us every step of the way!

I lived her before and would do it again. The place is so pretty and great workers and work being done. This place is so clean and everyone is so loving and caring. I would recommend rivers edge to anyone. Rivers edge is a nice clean place and looking better ever day.

The park is in a great location, It has beautiful water views. Its five minutes from downtown Fort Myers, theres many places to go shopping with just a quick drive down the street, the park is very well maintained and the manager Melissa very nice, caring, and understanding. I have lived here for going on 4 years Management is awesome. A great community with wonderful neighbors. Incredible views. Hope to live here many more years. As long as you are respectful and pay your rent I Definately recommend living here. May 14, 2019 The property is under new Management. Melissa is very sweet and honest and she cares about her tenants.They are making tons of improvements. I am extremely happy here.

I contacted Melissa in the office twice. She finally answered and told me to contact Brandon for a tour and information on the application process. NEVER heard from Brandon zfter leaving him a detailed message. I guess they dont like disabled people or they just really suck at what they do.

Rivers edge is looking better and better ever year. The mangment her is so caring and loving. It is so clean and nice. Rivers edge is so clean and pretty. The homes in here are so many different pretty colors and clean.

The place is looking great with the Brenda gone! 100% Improvement but I am still upset about my security deposit that was kept for hurricane Irma damages and a missing closet door on a 1970s Mobil that was never there. We have a video of a walk through with Melissain management approving how we left it, then they kept our $900 deposit. There 2 years, never late on rent...charged for utilities that my lease said was covered. Noone will do the right thing, they just want to go to court.

Been here for 5 years dont have any complaints . Things are getting better and better since the new owners . Making the park look real nice .

Id like to retract my negative review. I recently re-visited my friends at Rivers Edge, and come to find out the new manager DID treat their home for termites, as well as making the other minor repairs they requested! Very glad to be proven wrong here.
