Friendly,kind, generous people living here. Staff and Owner are very accommodating. Prices are very fair. Not the greatest neighborhood but The Park itself is very safe. I would definitely recommend this RV Park for short or long term stays.

This is a small RV and mobile home park with a community laundry room and extra parking. The owners are very friendly and they keep a maintenance man on site. The price is right, very reasonable for these RV lots. Many of the tenants are long term and watch out for each other. They have a very nice close-knit little community that balance inclusiveness (holiday get- togethers) with being non-intrusive (not nosey or bothersome). Very friendly and laid back atmosphere.

Tom Meres park on N. Tamiami Trl. in N. Ft. Myers is home. Safe area especially here. We all look out for one another. Laundry facilities and a great maintenance manager of the park. Lawns kept manicured, weed maintenance and blowing of trimmings. Roads maintained along with trees and bushes. If you need a safe home with reliable management...this is for You.

This place has changed my families lives. The owners are awesome. And there employee Joey is the parks backbone. If he is called at any hour he comes an does whatever hes needed for.

Friendly staff, does cookouts for holidays, fun for the family, newly rebuilt fishing dock to fish off.

Owner is really nice and when your back in the park its so nice and quiet you cant even tell that your right off a main road maintenance staff is extremely friendly and helpful almost all the tenants get along and some tenants have the cutest friendliest little dogs. Over all the place is welcoming warm and peaceful.

Great rates, washer n dryer on site, and the handyman is so kind and always there to help you. Even the owner is very outgoing and helpful.

Small mobile home park no rec house, office or pool. Still need to pass security check to rent space there. Maintaince man on duty daily
