Retirement Village living! This place is amazing! My dad lives here in the winter, and Im privileged to be able to visit! Magnificent facilities, pool, gym.

Good place to live. Its a 55 and over park with many things going on from a park softball team to a choir and everything in between. Has its own Marina and a yacht club.

Ive lived here for almost 2 years full time. Its a great place....like a big family. Everyone is very friendly, tons of activities and you feel like you belong immediately.

My Florida home. The people here are so active! My wife dragged me here kickin and screamin. Now I love it. What a great place to call home.

Just moved here a month ago. Like living in a resort. 24 hr gated security & full background checks make this coop community super secure. Fitness center is excellent. Community is very friendly & welcoming. Love the docks and waterfront. Havent had a chance to try the tennis, shuffleboard, etc. Im recommending this place to my family. Not sure about the negative reviewer- I have only witnessed a well run close community here. The grounds are superb, the huge recreation center has free or low cost events every week to keep everyone in the know and socially engaged. The free water aerobics Mon, Wed, and Friday are great. I ride my bike throughout this community day and night and feel very safe. Loved seeing schools of fish, turtles, ibises, and the rest of the wildlife. Love it!

Great place to retire lots going on to keep you busy

I am not a resident myself but my grandmother was a resident for nearly 20 years as well as my mother for 14 years, aunts & uncles for better than 10 years... I spent about 2 months a year visiting for the last 20 years so Ive seen the park grow from the previous owners to when the residents bought out the park and on... The park is immaculate, properly maintained and the lot fees etc are well spent. Most of the residents are nice and understanding as well! Until recent years security was very good always greeted with a smile when entering the park and never an issue getting someone through the gate... I do know it always worked without a hitch, now they have new security that doesnt know up from down, which is why I gave them only 4 stars... Constantly people are being turned away at the gate and the resident has to physically drive up to the gate to get the person in. They forget guest passes and pretty much anything they are supposed to write down is lost. I do want to add this is only a temporary problem because no park can operate with security this bad for long. Dont let it dissuade you from reaching the wonderful atmosphere once you get past the gate!!

We tried to stop and see the place but the cranky lady at the gate wouldnt let us go up to the sales office. She then wanted us to drive our van in the golf cart lane, which was too narrow for our car, to get out. No thanks!

A lovely community with more than you need. Nice exercise facilities, friendly neighbors, lovely pools, right on the water. And its close to the market. Im not sure why its not listed as a retirement community. And its a co-op.

Love old bridge.i only work for a company that services there but it is so peaceful.The people are always so friendly and looks like there lots of stuff to do there including sitting by the water and watching the manatee.

I live at oldbridge village it is a great place to live.

Very nice place clean I would recommend anybody did some work in there for that same unreckonable company that I would not recommend to my enemies releveling trailers

We discovered Old Bridge Village after an exhaustive search for parks on the water and making a poor earlier selection. Were here to stay. If your looking for great Florida lifestyle with lots of activities, we recommend Old Bridge Village in North Fort Myers Florida.

Nice place for seniors

If your going to live in Southwest Florida this is a great place to buy or rent.

Two pools, boat slips and club house with pleanty of things going on . Two softball teams to play on or watch. Cant beat wintering here either owning or renting.
