Well kept...good management...

The past several months I have been assisting my sister and her husband in looking at local manufactured home communities in order to downsize their lives and move into retirement… We visited most of the manufactured communities in the North Fort Myers, so many of the “sales” or “management” personnel we encountered were rude, condescending and or callous in nature, especially at Old Bridge and Buccaneer...However that all changed when we met Denise Riley at Bayshore Estates, from our initial interaction at the call box at the gate to not only one but four or five different tours of the community and various homes we were always treated with patience, kindness and respect...We are closing on a home there in December and excited to become residents of such a safe. lovely, well maintained and managed community....I will be posting this review on social media sites as I feel individuals like Denise Riley deserve recognition for their kindness....

Very shady!!!! Bad about paperwork!!!! Will purposely try and take your stuff. Dad came down dementia and needed more care. So he went into a home. I contacted the office and let them know what was going on. They also change his plan from monthly to annually. So I asked for a payment schedule. They never gave me one. So after some time i just wrote a check and dropped it off. They sent a letter to the trailer knowing no one was there. That gave me 5 days to pay which they had already had and kept the check of full payment!! Never served me they served my dad who was no longer there. They took my trailer and all my dads stuff. Shady and nasty about it!!! Be warned!!!!

VERY attractive, well managed, safe, well maintained and clean park. Highly professional staff takes pride in the community. You wont go wrong to live here. 55+ community and people are VERY friendly yet not overly meddling. Great common facilities.

I loved it. I was just visiting for a week, but the people were very friendly, in other words, I was not treated as an outsider. I would live here if I could. It was nice, clean, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a home in the area to live full time or to buy a vacation home. Truly wonderful place. I cant wait to visit again. Thanks Bayshore Village for keeping the place looking neat and clean plus being super friendly to us outsiders.

Lovely community. Management are very helpful and go the extra mile to get you what you are looking for. The neighbours are all very nice and friendly. Love this place.

This community while kept well by the residents has played with full time residents they opted to have swimming pool the only one here redone during the summer months with the promise to have it done within 2-4 weeks work started June 27th as of today pool is still not open conveniently due to pool leaking which now requires another month before reinspection I say this because about 1 month ago the owners announced a Grand opening of November 24th when the snow birds all return. We full time residents had to endure a summer with no pool or beach access due to red tide etc I give this place a 2 star rating my wife and I are contemplating on moving out

Quiet and friendly place to stay. People are very friendly. All the place kept up nicely! Family has a place here.

Horrible put in $3.75 and got less than a minute time its a rip-off

The people that live there are friendly. But the lady in the office is IGNORANT. she will not give anyone any information about places for sale in that community except for HER friends. I stopped in & was interested in buying a couple of different properties & she threw my phone number in the trash saying I looked like I was on drugs. She said that to my friend, who went in right behind me . She isnt a very smart lady. You should look into NEW MANAGEMENT. I didnt see any pool either ???

My grandparents lives here for about 3 years now and I love to visit..... Everyone is extremely friendly, minus the lady in the office.... Great community, Im happy for my grandparents
