I live here been here for 18 years when Cathy and Charlie ran the place it was a wonderful community to live in. But the management running it now could care less. Rules and lease says.no loud music or disturbing your neighbors. But loud music happens all the time and no one will .do anything Not worth wasting your time moving here unless your a rule breaker . Needs new management....

Great place to live

Place is clean however they keep raising the rent year after year and I have been here over 10 years and I do not use any of the extras like the pool or the basketball court or the playground and I do not understand why I am needing to pay for those things. and they cherry pick the park rules. I have asked repeatly about cars parking on the grass which is a no in the park rules and we are not quite enjoyment of my home. slugs come in and out on the weekend and the managment does nothing.

Very clean neighborhood. Quiet as well. Has a good mix of different races. But a little too strict. But all in all, its a good place to live.

Really clean well kept mobile home community. Residents & Staff do take heed to children at play and supply them with several rain free bus stop areas. Really nice play area with a great outdoor pool & many other outdoor activities for the entire family. Water included with lot rent and trash pick up. They take pride in their community. You go Hawthorne City!!

Best food anywhere!

Very clean place. Plenty of speedbumps to keep the kids safer. Nice park and a pool! Alot of Mexicans that have attitude problems if your white. Not sure why though.

I lived at Hawthorne City in my RV and it was a very good experience for a cowboy like me. The managers were easy to get along with and really professional and honest. I enjoyed my time in this neat little neighborhood!

I lived in Hawthorne City for 8 1/2 years. The people that live their are good, hardworking citizens and the management, Cathy Rice, just happens to be a great person and manager. I would highly recommend the place as one of the best managed places anywhere in the area.Joe Jones
