Kind of run down

The owner of this property James Butler is horrible, trailers are rotten, roach infested, roads are raggy. Trash is clean up once in awhile but it is up to you to clean your yard where all the trash is removed and throw away the maintenance man trash because he leaves it after he finishes working. My stobe has been broken 5 times in the two years here. Floors rotten, tub has mildew around it and when I gave all information on what was weong with my trailer, they took forever to act concern. I thought this would be a blessing cause tent is so expensive but YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET.

Very limited parking space. It sucks if you have family visiting from out of town because there is really no where for them to park their cars. Everything is so close together.
