This is a high class mobile community with quality homes and well maintained property. Bob Peebles is the owner and he takes pride in his property and strictly enforces the rules making it a great place for the family. It is a gated Mobile Community and everyone owns their home. Its a quiet, serene place and the community works together to keep it that way.to call home. 5:30 Thursday Bible Study and 3 pm Sunday worship are at Lot 1

I have lived here for 19 years and I must say it is safe, quiet and very clean. It is a gated community. Bob takes a lot of pride in this park and makes sure tenants adhere to the parks policies. Bob is very personable and willing to lend a hand when needed.

My grandparents recently moved into this gated community and I visit them here often. The owners are very reasonable and accommodating and definitely look out for their tenants. They do an exceptional job of maintaining the property and really make the place feel like home.

Well respected gated mobile home community. Very clean and kept after maintenance. The community of neighbors all look out for one another and respect each other. The owner of the park is very personable and takes pride in making sure Otranto Acres is a safe place to live in this low crime community.

I moved in Otranto Acres the first week of June 2017. The park is very quiet and the residents I have met are friendly and courteous. There all range age of individuals and families. The children I have encountered are well behaved and courteous as well. I feel safe here and the location of the park is great. Close to grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping areas, restaurants and Northwoods Mall. The manager/owner is friendly and always available. Great place to live!

Nice neighborhood. We have lived here for over a year. We are close to medical offices grocery stores and shopping mall. Many churches close by as well. Very large shade trees and nicely landscaped.

Wonderful place to live. Great landscaping and always very clean. It’s a gated community and landlord is extremely nice and attentive.Highly recommend as one of the best MH parks in all of Charleston

Cant get in contact with new owners at all. Prices went through the roof . Homeowners are leaving they homes they had for years. Very sad...

Trashy. Crowded. Owner/ renters need insurance. To many kids runnong around
