I spent my summers here at my big sisters house. Now I am a resident and its been great! We love our property manager Kim because she makes sure things gets done and keeps the neighborhood clean and safe.

Entering the neighborhood there are 2 big pot holes that can dam near take your muffler off and that has been like that for past few months.

First off the gate that they lock everyday is a danger soon it makes it one way in one way out for the residence. The office manager is unprofessional. These rules she always claim home office comes up with there is never no proof. Its a difference between being the office manager and trying to put fear in your tenets. I call that being a bully just because you collect money orders and checks for lot rent. .Now she is having her tenants dam car towed if they park a certain way if home office came down and take a look at lots that they approved homes that were to huge for the small lots they would know that a 3 car house hold would have to park a certain way. But again I believe its another LIE from the office manager

I have family there. It makes for a great, calm, and quiet place to relax with a little corner store!

I live there for 3 years & 2 months our lot rent went up almost 3 to 4 times within the last year with no improvements to the area at all. The streets have huge pot holes in them. When is the property manager going to have some help with getting things done to the park?

This was really a nice trailer park. However under new management, it has gone downhill. Pot holes everywhere and the homemade speed bumps are terrible.
