Nice small city park that is connected to a residential lake. This park has a playground and plenty of shade trees. Pick nick tables and pit for outdoor cooking are available. Along the sidewalk are benches for relaxing. I think this is mainly for the residents because it has no parking lot. You can park at the dead end street where the park starts but parking is limited. While taking a walk I noticed the grass was not cut and many cut branches that were needed to be picked up.
Small walking path/nature trail around a pond that is available for catch and release fishing. There are benches placed along the path to easily sit and rest, enjoy the pond, view, or simply just take in the nature around you. Also has a small playground for children. There are picnic tables and grills to use. It is secluded behind a neighborhood so its never been busy when Ive gone.
Great opportunity to show my kid what poison ivy looks like but youd think theyd clear it better to make it easier to avoid.
This park is beautiful! The playground is small, but nice. The paved walking paths beyond the playground is along the water and trees, a refreshing break from city life.
Playground is very minimalistic, but the walking trails and very large pond make it a great place to go for a walk.
Nice little pond
Serine place to veg, enjoy the smells of nature and sounds of heaven
Its a hidden gem in Norman. Its quiet, you can catch some glimpses of wildlife, and it has a nice, if a little uneven, walking path to enjoy. There is also a small area with playground equipment for young children.
Nice quiet place for a walk or family time. Nice bridge, just very peaceful.
Quiet little park. Doesnt look great for fishing, too much moss and it looks shallow. Nice paved path for walking.
A bit lack luster. I was expecting more.
Peace and serenity
