The tour is certainly worth it! The house is nicely decorated (according to the season most likely) and has timeless pieces from the family and others of the century. Its very well preserved and mighty interesting. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable when we went yesterday. She was kind and helpful, full of enthusiasm for the location and for us being there. There are also self-guide books people can use, however I did opt take one nor follow it. It most likely is nice also! The gift shop is cute and fair priced. Overall, it was a lovely experience. Certainly worth it if you are a Norman native or a visitor from elsewhere, like me.

This place is awesome! Rich Norman history. The tour guide was awesome! There is even a cute little gift shop where I purchased a really neat old panoramic photograph of downtown Norman. If you like history, visit this place! Beautiful architecture.

This house is a beautiful piece of well preserved Norman history. Be sure to ask about all aspects of Norman’s past as the staff here are very knowledgeable and nice. And it’s FREE. But I’d recommend donating so this place stays available for years to come.

Wonderful place to take scouts. Amy, the manager, took over and taught our Girl Scouts etiquette, games and fun facts about the Victorian era. What a beautiful place to have a tea party. 5 stars!!

Really cool thank you for making it free. This momma was able to show my kiddos a good time even on a day I was flat broke. And Im always grateful for those great gestures

This is a beautifully restored home, now a museum. It is truly a beautiful part of the history of Norman, Oklahoma. It is tastefully decorated with antique furnishings in much the same style one might have expected 100 years ago. Walking in the front door of this property is almost like stepping back in time. Admission is free, and for this price, no one visiting the city of Norman should miss it!
