Having a small outdoor wedding in mid-September. Park maintenance is fantastic! Everything is clean and the trees are healthy beautiful green. Lawn is well maintained.

The new playground equipment is great! There are shelters, tennis courts, a basketball court, decent restrooms, lots of green space and plenty of parking. The play ground is a bit of a walk from the parking lot which is where the restrooms are located so that can be a little bit of a draw back with small children. My family loved going here!

It was very nice day and plenty of space in between tables and great time for a picnic.

Really nice park! Probably my favorite in town. We play spikeball there a ton and it stays quiet.

Clean and inviting

There are 2 distinct parts to Underwood park. The north parking lot is accessed from Linden Rd. and has a shelter, picnic tables, and a porta potty. There is no playground.The south side you access from Jersey. That also has picnic tables, a porta potty and it does have a playground.

Beautiful recreational area, had lunch there with my wonderful wife.

Some industry but the Mississippi was very beautiful for the bathrooms were closed.

Historical coolness facter 10+ this is the infamous fork in the old train tracks!! Stick too the left and go due north or veer to the right and 2hr later sweet home Chicago!!!

Been going here since I was a kid. Nice, indoor bathrooms, tons of tables to eat at, a couple shelters, and an updated playground for the kids. Cant go wrong with the trees and pretty area either

Our Scout Troop meets here once a week in the summer. I love the shelters I love the Wide Open Spaces. Great place to play Frisbee soccer basketball or just have a picnic

In my mind this one the nicest parks in Normal. It is big! It has something for everyone and it is beautiful. An afternoon with the kids or a gathering for picnic, it is a wonderful picturesque park that is on the east side of Normal.

Beautiful park. Lots of green space. Clean bathrooms. Nice little shaded playground. A few of the trees could be trimmed around the playground and the bushes by the bathroom wreak of cat pee. But overall a very nice park.

I love the gazebo because it has plug-ins and the park is safe, homey, and has restrooms.
