This is a great place to bring your toddler. we had a blast all the time we visited this place.very enjoyable and affordable. we miss this during this covid times

We stoped by this location because we went to others and liked it. We walked in to a kiosk that you paid on. I never seen this and asked for help the guy kinda had a little attitude. I Looked passed it and went in anyway. My husband and I looked around at the food and after looking we didn’t want to eat there anymore. My husband stoped what looked like a manager (we didn’t get his name wished we did) and told him we didn’t want to eat there. My husband didn’t want any of the food and it was a mess. The manager said there is no refunds!!!! After a few minutes of talking he wasn’t going to give us our money so we tried to eat something. They weren’t all that busy. But they need more workers!!! All the tables were dirty. Buffet was dirty. The same mess was on the salad bar the whole time we were there. Food on the floor for an hour The elevator even had food in it when we came in and when we left The bathroom was also horrible. Not to mention that all the stations were always empty and you had to wait for them to bring out more food

1st time visit. We went with the buffet so it was all you can eat. Food was decent enough with a fairly wide variety of pizza along with meats and vegetables. There was a salad and dessert bar as well. Icream machine was not working which upset a few folks. Games about what you would expect but there was virtual bowling and bumper cars. I was surprised by how many machines were broke down. With amm that said I will return again with the grand kids.

Had a coupon with almost half off entrance fee which was a good deal. Allowed more money to buy play cards.(not included in entrance fee) Buffet and Drinks cant go wrong with all you can eat the food was decent. Plenty of games even on a Saturday which was busy there. Short lines for the rides. I enjoyed the fact adults can join in on the rides with the kids. We had a great first time experience!

My first time here. Great atmosphere, excellent service. Easy parking and entrance. Clean, buffet was above standard. Stocked, attended to by employees, and kept fresh and clean. Kids enjoyed the bear mascot and the rides and games. We will be coming back again...

Great place to take the kids to play and eat in the all u can eat buffet

Fun spot meant for kids, but is also pretty cool for adults. They have a buffet with several unique options for the pizza and a good mix of normal buffet style food. The dining has 4 themes to choose from: sports, cabin, inspirational, and music. Bonus theres a bar for the adults! Theres a decent selection of games, but there were a few broken. I had a blast on the Twister Ride and Bumper cars. They switched to using keyosks to purchase but they arent that user friendly as staff had to help our party, and I saw them helping through out the day. Defeats its purpose if you ask me.

Food here is great. The pizza are fresh, especially the garlic parmesan and Thai pizza were amazing. Plenty of seating in different areas. Didnt get a chance to go to arcade but buffet experience was good.

Nice and clean early in the morning. We got ahead of the crowd and got to experience the place with little to no other guests. The buffet was nice and pretty.

Very disappointed with both the arcade & food in general. Came in around noon on a Saturday. It was fairly busy. Arcade games ranged from 2 to 4 credits which was ok. However, there were 8 games that were not working either because of a ticket jam or just out of order. 2 of the games we played took our credits after swiping but the game wont work & good luck finding someone to get you the credit refund.Food was scarce especially for the time were there. Even the popular fried chicken was scarce. Both ice cream machines were out of order for several hours until we finally left. The kids were not happy. A lot of the pizza choices were empty. Salad bar area only had half of the section supplied. Everyone in line was blocking everybody. I would think that you would staff your kitchen adequately to keep up with the food supply.....especially on a weekend! Yes, it is a buffet and eat all you can...but only on what they have. I feel we didnt get our moneys worth.

Good place to organise kids / childrens outing / event .this place has a single price which suffic for food / games etc.Food available has buffet kinda options with pizza varieties / pasta / rice / chicken fried / sweets options to choose from .multiple juices and frappes are also available .further there are multiple rooms to choose from to accommodate then all in the family can play toys as in the snaps.

It was our first time at this location. Our experience was very pleasant, my boys had a lot of fun here. At first we had issues with the online coupon but after that hipcup we were okay. The employee kind of explain it but its not as difficult to understand unless your trying to safe $$$. We opt for the $30 package since my boys wanted to ride the rides... for 2 adults, 2 kids= $86.38. Understand that the package its for how many tokens you want to waste on the games or rides then they add the food plates and drinks, remember that its a buffet all you can eat. You can eat first then play etc.then come back for dessert. Many people complain about the lack of food and I didnt see any of that. Food was been serve constantly and we saw managers and supervisors walking around and talking to employees. I can see why many people might have issues but people forget its a kids playground and kids and people can be messy too. Its difficult to keep cleaning after people, I saw people getting too much food that its goin to go to waste, all because your eye sight is bigger than the stomach or too lazy to get up and refill on the food so I can understand why food can run out faster than it can be refill. I did had some issues w. 2 games that couldnt play but I found an associate and resolve the issue fast and games were reset to play. I did notice that people are very careless and destroy screen game scanners, those screens seem like they were broken on purpose or hit just to get free plays. The place its pretty big to fit more games but the ones they have are plenty to play and spend a few hours here. I came on a Sunday 2:30pm and didnt leave until 6pm. I like how they have a bear mascot and gather the kids to dance for free tickets, very cute and seem like its very annoying for the employees who have to dance every time that bear pops around. Overall its something different from your other crowded kids game arcades or Chuckecheese who seem to always be crowded and fight over a single game.

If you are a germaphobe this is not the place for you. The buffet is a great idea, if only the adults would accompany the kids to minimize the mess. I understand they may want a youthful working atmosphere but a little more adult presence is needed especially over the food. With all that said, The kids had a great time.

1/11/20 was my first time going here. It was not the greatest experience from start to finish. I came there with my best friend and our kids. We were in line to get our ticket to go inside. It seemed like one of the kiosks were down but the guy managing the kiosk told us nothing. So naturally I asked the families in front of me what was going on. One lady told us one kiosk was down but to use the other one. So my friend and I went to the kiosk to purchase our tickets for the buffet and games. I guess we were in taking too long, the guy managing that area stepped in between us and said you have to pay for everyone and proceeded to interrupt my purchase. We told him thats what we did. He snatch our papers to check. I was ready to leave at this point but I had to remind myself that were here for the kids. So I went in and the guy apologizes for his misunderstanding. By then I was already upset so I just kept walking. So then we get in to sit down and soon realize the tables have not been cleaned. We get our food only to notice that there are no utensils or dishes. A lot of the machines and games werent working either. In my mind I was wondering what we paid for. This could be better experience if they trained thier staff better. I felt like even management had a bad attitude. As an MBA grad and government employee I was amazed at how badly ran this place was. Theyre still probably turning profit but if the customer service and mismanagement keeps happening they wont last.

A great place for families to hang out and have fun. The food was good as well. Their pizza selections were great except they didnt offer gluten free pizza. You have to pay extra for that...that should be available with the price your paying to get in there.

Great place to have fun and kill time. Buffet isnt too bad for the price, but with these amenities comes a high amount of people. Wash hands often and especially before eating. Other than this, its been pretty fun here.

I done with this Newark location, $76.37 for John incredibly DIRTY. I honestly was scared to let my family eat. The seating areas Was disgusting, No tables available because they were never cleaned. The one table I did find Was not properly Sanitized, and chairs Were filthy. I made the decision not to eat, And immediately had the kids go wash their hands.The kids was very upset Because it’s incredibly small amount of pizza options in the first place. The Icy machine was out of service. I decided to go straight to the arcade, Finally I can say kids had a good time. I Definitely recommend if you could skip the food, go straight to arcade eat elsewhere. I personally will rather spend my money at Chuck E. Cheese Concord.I’ve been here several times, and I really like how the staff takes germs Serious.I always see staff Wiping down games and tables throughout the day. I liked the pizzas they provided, especially the ones with jalapenos. The salad bar is not bad either. This place is only good for kids. Its very loud and chaotic, with its flashing lights and loud sound system. However there are spots for a getaway for eating your food, which is pretty good. If I remember, there are four or five large rooms that have dedicated names for them. So you can tell your friends and family where to meet up.

Very friendly service- they do a great job with hiring.This place is great for the entire family.Admission includes the all-you-can-eat buffet but does not include the arcade games and rides.You put credit on a game card called a fun card for the arcade games and rides. Even the tickets you win are electronic and go directly on your card when you play a game.I have to say... I do wish they had actual tickets. There is something exciting about getting paper tickets from arcade games. You can exchange your e-tickets for prizes at the prize counter.The buffet is actually pretty good for a buffet. Salad, pizza, pasta, fried chicken, baked and mashed potatoes, desserts, soft serve ice-cream.You can go to the buffet whenever you want- there are no limits.Also in some of my pictures the food trays of the buffet look empty. But they refill it fast.Often as one is emptying they are getting ready to fill it.And if not, just ask. Every time I asked a server they brought a tray out immediately. I only had to wait about a minute once for fresh spaghetti.It sounds like some reviewers also went at busy times.Im not really sure what people are expecting from the buffet at an arcade. Not too clean like its hardly clean. But the employees were happy and quick about cleaning whatever table you wanna sit on. So giving it a 3 cause its just a huge mess from the floors with food almost everywhere you step and gross bathrooms. I know its a huge place and theres too much to try to tackle but what are you gonna do? Also someone vomited at the entrance of the restrooms and they responded to that almost instantly. So brownie points for that. Other that I had a nice birthday dinner. Thanks!

This was a great place back when it first opened here in Fremont. It was well worth the money for an evening out with the kids. The quality has been dropping over the last year or so. They have two ice cream machines and usually at least one of them is broken.On the plus side, when they dont have a specific pizza that you like they will make it. It is usually ready in ten minutes or so. I do like the automatic cashier machine. It is easy to operate, accepts coupons and can scan coupons from my phone.

Amazing experience perfectly priced excellent food friendly staff and fun for all ages. Perfect for a sunday outing with the family or a great place to host a birthday party! Highly recommend

It ok but things run out fast and things take a long time to be made and the games are usually 4 credits but tickets are easier to get also to enter you need to pay for the food and then your credits its free for 3 and under the rewards are good also there are bumper cars and a ride where you spin around and a boat the cups take a long time to come out overall it is okay 3 stars the alfredo sauce never came :(

Great place for kids! My only complaint is the salad bar and hot bar. It needs more attention. The food is dry and messy. The pizza is great! Game area is awesome!

Very awesome place for kids birthday parties. Waaay better than Chuck E Cheese. Has private birthday Rooms, all you can eat buffet, a area to watch sports and plenty of seating. They also serve beer on draught in a small bar they have in the buffet area. Lots of games to play and they even have a few rides. Highly recommend reserving for birthday parties.

It is a great experience when you are not just the parent standing there. The price is on the expensive side and when you are bringing the whole family, your pocket will suffer. The experience is great. The children will love it. They should just fix a little of the machine there. Great place to be when it is hot outside and it is next to the cinema

Filthy! Just went there tonight, MLK day. How does the eating establishment pass code? Dirty dishes and used napkins everywhere, including where the clean dishes are. Most food was old and crusty, with the exception of pizza. Dirty cups and glasses by the coffee station and soda machines while the employees are chatting.Tables full of dishes. The play areas are good, but thats where the buck stops.

Spaghetti is actually good not bland, sauce has a nice flavor with a little spice.. pizza is really good, they have my favorite little ice in machine, my girls said dessert was very good and icee was yummy.. No complaints, had a wonderful time and highly recommend

The food is sub-par. I guess you really only go here for the games, but there was an issue with the fire alarms so everyone had to leave early, including anyone who just paid (and were in the middle of their meal). Calls to staff proved pointless and management didnt even try reaching out. So I wasted over $120 here and got a very sad birthday girl

Awesome place for kids and parties. Great buffet with a large variety of food. Many rooms with big screen tvs and large arcade.

The dining area is atrocious. No one cleans the area. Forks and cups were scarce. Not very appetizing.

Spoons, plates and forks were dirty- as in crusty left over food still stuck. Cups had all kinds of stains.They have 1 person running the entire floor which means your child will have to wait 30 mins plus to ride a 2 minute ride. Don’t bother asking for manager- I did and he was completely dismissive. Pretty much told me to call “Gabriel”.You will pay for pizza buffet that won’t be available until maybe 30 minutes after you come in- by then more people arrive leaving 1 pizza for 20+ people and again the manager won’t lift a finger.

There were plenty of dirty dishes placed where the clean dishes were,need to do better at making sure dishes are 100% clean.Very short staff some staff were much friendly and helpful than others.Alot of games were not working properly

Johns Pizza has a variety of food from various salads, pastas, pizzas and desserts. The pizza was very good and the kids really liked the soft serve ice cream. The staff cleaned and cleaned tables quickly.The arcade is great for children, tweens and parents! It is clean and there is an assortment of games and rides,. There is even a play area for those with small children.

Great if u have kids for rainy days to get out of thehouse and occasional visit.....restrict to maybe 2 hours

You must try the peanut butter pizza! There is no way to explain it but its amazing! You need to request they make it though due to peanut allergies. The rest of the pizza is great too and for all you can eat this was a great stop.

Old food. Sitting around for hours. Ice cream machine doesnt work again. And old food sitting our getting crusty. Games d9n5 work well at least half of them. The staff sadly to say is so not friendly. Manager gave us a refund. But check how long the food gas been sitting out. Might as well warm week old left overs as that is the food your going to pay for.

Convenient for location. Very Pricey for what you get. I was there for my granddaughters birthday party. I believe it would be better sold for a flat fee for a certain amount of children and a certain amount of adults with full use of all of the games & rides.

Employees are not helpful, some doesnt show interest to answer your questions. The even do not explain what we can use when u r new and do not know what is right for our kids. I was made to pay $114 on my first visit but I couldnt use my credits due to the age and hight of my kid however, it was not explained when I was first paying. I still have to go back to use my remaining credits but I am not sure how much they would charge this time. Also, the price shows online is different with what you pay physically.

Everytime my family and I go its always nice! However, when we went for two birthday parties people were very nasty. Johns staff, did everything they could to keep it as nice as possible but the kids played in the food court with little to no supervision. They ran out of cups one time, because the kids were playing in them in the food court. Its a crying shame I had to tell on a few kids!*Families if you know your child is mischievous please keep in eye on them. Its only so much we can do as adults to redirect your child. I have kids also, but they know their Mama dont have time for that!

Had great 4-6hours of fun with friends here. Great food for first timers..at least many options. I loved various seating areas with built like restaurants..many games ..even for adults... Private party room was nice too...

While its as great spot to bring the kids. The place was a mess. It seems like the workers were over worked and there needs to be more staff on hand to help.

Good place to spend time with your family, play and eat lots of food.Can get a little expensive after recharging your fun-card for the third time and the prizes aren’t great.Game selection is good and fun, with bowling, bumping cars and arcade machines of all kinds, you’ll never get bored.

This place really is huge and I do like the rides in there. Here it can get a bit pricey when coming with the whole family. You have to pay for the entrance since they serve a buffet. For the buffet you will find they have salad bar, pasta bar and a variety of pizzas. You will find drinks too (which has a separate fee) as well as desert. This place can get super crowded on weekends. Aside for paying for the food/entrance be prepared to pay for a fun card starting at $20. It is a cool place to visit but recommend going early on weekends or during the week.

Was good when it first open. The place is dirty and not easy to walk in when every step you take in the buffett has your feet stuck to the concrete due to spilled food and soda. Public health inspection definitely needs to come and correct this place. Overpriced and dirty.

There was hardly any food here. Most of the food out wasn’t even hot, it was either cold or lukewarm. One out of four games here are broken and you have to get an employee to give you a refund for your tokens. Their coffee looked very clear, and tasted almost like a coffee flavored water. Overall, not worth the price at all.

I love to bring my daughter here.. every time she have so much fun running around, and enjoying the food. This is a greasy place for family to have fun and enjoy the day with great food.

We booked a birthday party package at the Newark location. I thought the experience would be the same as the location in Oregon but it isnt. There is no dedicated host to help entertain your guests. I should have read through more carefully. In any case, I had already paid and this wasnt a huge issue so we didnt cancel. We got there and right away saw how slow it was, understandable due to it being a weekday morning. However, despite having more than enough employees for the bare minimum customers, our party room wasnt even ready. We waited with our guests while they decided on which empty room to allot to us. Then we were ushered in there and they set it up after our guests were all in. The Buffet was just OK. The food wasnt even warm. The cheesecake was definitely stale. The kids asked for help with games that took their tokens but didnt work and they were completely ignored. The sad part is, they dont even care. I have already written to them about the experience but have not received any response.I shouldve just taken everyone to the park and ordered pizza and cake instead. Wouldve saved a ton of money and the kids wouldve had much more fun.

Cleaner and more open floor plan than the old Chuckie cheese type pizza/arcade. Food was decent and again, clean. Not without issues - of six check in kiosks, three displayed error codes and were not functioning, and the one we used glitched and we had to wait for attendant to restart it. The kids had a good time though, almost every game/ride was working, and employees were as pleasant and professional as one might reasonably expect of a sixteen year old at their first job dealing with the masses...

This place is horrible. Over priced Buffett that makes hometown buffet look great. More than half of the games are not working, the staff here look lost. The bathrooms look like something out of a horror movie, urine all over the floors. The prizes here suck. I definitely will not be coming back to this place

Kids had lots of fun and good food as well

We where told that their system was down, but they failed to disclose that 99% of their games require there system to be running. We ask for a refund and we were denied. They need to be more honest with customers when 99% of games are not working, otherwise place is just a big expensive pizzeria.

Ill give it 4 stars because the staff were so great and accommodating with my developmentally delayed daughter. The mascot was the only reason we went. she played a lot of games, and that she be enough. But they force you to buy a buffet. The buffet is def over-priced for the quality of food they serve.

This was our first time. It was pretty bad. The staff couldnt keep up with restocking the food. Some food wasnt replenished and just sat in its tray. No ranch, icecream machine out of order dirty tables, chair and floors. Wasnt that many people. At the game area, several machine out of order. Had to waite to find an attendant to operate the ride. Top it off, bathrooms were filthy, toilets clogged. Spoke with the manager Mark 3 times, he seemed over worked and overwhelmed. He didnt take the time to connect, or care he wasnt apologetic at all. Very bad experience.

Great for kids for the games but for adults, the foods are low quality. The food in the buffet line is lacking. They bring out a dessert of 12 chocolate cookies on a Saturday morning. There are so many people, why cant they fill up the tray. I liked the seating in the rooms though, lots of seats and themed rooms.

I didnt LOVE the food, but it was edible! But what I did love was the experience it provided my child. It was a five star family fun outing.

By far the dirtiest & worst run jip Ive been to. In the almost 4 hours I was there I witnessed them run out of plates & cups over 5 times. There was trash all over the floor. The 3 rooms we tried to sit in after our party room was done did not have 1 clean table. There was dirty dishes and trash everywhere with minimal employees working. The ladies restroom was DISGUSTING.Both ice cream machines and both icee machines were broken.Multiple games were broken or took our credit.

Its ok for the price. The foods were ok, not great.The staffs can be a bit friendlier.

Few years ago this place was a good place to celebrate kids birthdays, not anymore. My nephews 1st birthday was celebrated here over the weekend with three rooms full of guests and the place was total disarray. Utensils, plates, cups and food are out. The buffet areas temperature was very warm and most if not all the machines are not dispensing any tickets.Dirty dishes and tables could be seen in every rooms in the buffet area. Spills on the floor are kept unchecked and grown people arguing over the little food that is available. They used to have a party host for the party but now they just had employees rushing you out of the party rooms that we were in. Clearly people are still eating up to the last minute of our reservation due to the lack of plates, utensils, cups and availability of food.

I not only liked i loved it. Food drinks ambiance bar all5 star

Not the greatest location. Been to better locations. Food was never stalked, plates, forks, were always out. Games were out of order, ticket redemption person was missing.

Nice place for a kids party....

Took my little sister here just yo spend some time together and we had a blast! This was my second tone coming here and she said she wants to come for her next birthday! They have a whole lotvof great things to do and play as a family. She had the best description So its like a Chuck E. Cheese!? Yes but its games and rides everyone can play and all you can food!

Brought the grandkids here for the arcade and assumed the all you can eat pizza was going to be less than desirable. Shocked. Pizza was very good.

Recently went to John’s Incredible Pizza for my daughters birthday 2/6/19. Food met expectations for a kids buffet pizzeria. My daughter really wanted a particular stuff animal but the claw wasn’t cooperating with her wishes and exhausted her allotment of play money. LOL. Staff saw this and actually won it for her and presented it to her as a birthday gift at our table. Nice seeing staff go out of their way to ensure a good customer experience.

It was my first time there I was not happy it was icecream on the floor and there was not a lot of worker out there it was suff everywhere

Incredible. Fun for the kids. Food for adults. All u can eat. The ultimate experience for tourists

I love this place.. so fun. I think I have more fun than my kids no really the staff is always good to us and even the management gives great customer service. And it is almost always clean..

Fun place to take kids to or kids at heart. Food is ok, nice selection on salad bar. Games are fun to play and they have small rides too.

This place seems to be going downhill, arcade machines out of service, not keeping up with the food stock in the buffet, and waiting over 45 minutes for a cup to get some water. Disappointing.

Over occupied then its capacity to serve food. Good for playing games but not good for food. They should separate out food and gaming zone.

No plates, no utensils, no chicken, no pasta, no pizza, no cups.Came on a Sunday albeit a holiday weekend but cmon guys.On top of that, they are running a shady business. Had a promo for 1/2 off games and rides but for a game that took off 3 credits 1/2 off means to charge me 1.52 not a math whiz but thats not exactly half.Corporate will know about this...
