I adore this restaurant! They serve sensational food, they have a rich menu, The chef in that spot is a professional, I like very much trying all their food. The dishes are consistently tasty, the attitude towards the customers is good. I often eat in this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend this place.

Loved that they were constantly wiping down the games. They also check temperature of all guests entering the building. We got lucky & had the whole place to ourselves.

First time weve been there in a couple years. Went for a birthday party. Its been completely redesigned. Very clean. Games are working, no tokens, playing games goes off a digital tap card, and tickets are tracked on the card too.Food was good! Pizza was delicious, not oily. Have a salad bar, wings, vegitables plates.I was very impressed and we will go back.

I’m actually surprised on how well Chucky cheese has improved. They now offer way better pricing. I love that they offer a time limit for unlimited games or you can do it by point and they have great deals. Also if you have Bank of America there is a savings there plus they offer other coupons by email. So be sure to sign up for those offers if you have it makes for A great deal and the kids have a lot of fun. The staff was very friendly at this location as well we will be returning to have more fun. We did not eat the food since we are on the gluten-free and diabetic diet.

Lovely place for kids n parents too . A full day could be spent. They have tastey food.This a place where playing can be rewarding too . My kids like s day out at this place.

The place was well kept in the play area, employees were kind and attentive, customer service was great for all the young employees, my kids loved the place not too crowded and were able to play on all the games...Food and salad bar was really fresh!The only reason why I didnt give them a 5 star was because the bathrooms were a bit out of shape but what can you expect from a kids place.

Visited mid week so the place wasnt crowded at all. Fun place to take the kids. Food is not that spectacular and service was weak. I guess playing on their phone is more important. Unfortunately they were understaffed so Chuckie did not show up.

Fun place for whole family. Have attended lots of birthdays in there. I love there unlimited 2 hours play time card. I remember with coin system kids use to be done in some time and then it use to be no fun but love there 2 hours unlimited play time. Food is good with selection of pizza, platters and salad.

Pizza and chicken wings were palatable. A lot of game machines were not working properly-taking credits, not dispensing tickets, and video game controls not working. Spent a lot of time asking staff for assistance (lost credits all add up). Womans bathroom was out of soap.

For good and tasty Cheese food, This is the right place.

Not too busy/crowded and decent number of games/arcade for the kids. Pizza has gotten better too...Im sure well be back again.

Fun place! Great for economical and exciting birthday parties. The cute little stage show with the characters is fun for little ones. The character Chuckes presence makes it enjoyable. Nowadays they throw tickets for the kids to grab when Chucke finishes performing. Pizza is good. My favorite is the one with Jalapeño and Pineapple toppings. Im not a big fan of their Parmesan Sticks (pic below). The games are fun especially for kids and adults. Getting a silly toy by surrendering the tickets is something the kids look forward to.

Been there multiple times and celebrated 3 birthdays but this time it was totally new experience. They renovated the whole place and make it so lively, more crazy and lots of fun-filled. Lots of open floor as well as nice dance floor for kids when Chucky come and visit. Same time lots of fun in game floor. Staff is also very nice and handled all our parties so well . They have very awesome pizzas and platters now.. its place for adults fun too.

Fun place for kids and adults. Maybe could use more games as it gets crowded over the weekend when all the families rushing in to stay away from the heat. The AC needs to be serviced because it gets hot in there when playing games. Other than that its a fun place to be at.

It wasnt as big as others Ive been to but I got there five minutes after it opened and it was more than worth it. Got the kids a two hour card and had the place to ourselves for an hour and a half.

I already had Negative experience in the past. My son insisted that we go to Chuck E. Cheese so yeah once again I brought him. he lost his Chuck E. Cheese electronic card. Which he said one one took from his hand. I spoke with one of the white guys who seem to be one of the managers I believe. He was extremely unprofessional upon me requesting if they can review the camera because my son said that someone possibly might have gotten his play card from him. He said sorry we can’t review cameras only corporate came and if you lost the card it’s on you. This is spouse to be a place for kids fun not for parents or other kids to bully or steal cards. The fact that manger wasn’t helpful. This place is dead to me. I would like to mention one of the BFAs was pretty nice she offered me a new play card but it was too late. The damage was done by the white guy yet once again.

Kids love their pizza and of course games. I enjoy the lunch buffet - really reasonable price.

Unacceptable due to irresponsible patrons. this is the first time Ive been to Chuck e cheese and seen parents so negligent. One year olds and two year olds were running around, climbing the ski ball, taking other peoples balls. parents were just sitting there eating their dinner and did not have a care in the world.

Wonderful place for a 4yr birthday party.

The place is very small. I went there to check out the place to arrange a party for my kids birthday but turned back due to the small size and the huge crowd on the weekend. Over the weekdays it should be comfortable though.

Very few games because this is a small location and about 25% of them were out of order. Employees unenthusiastically danced and sang with Chuckee. I think any lower effort wouldve been them just standing there

Great place for kids. Lots of games. You can buy your card for how many ever games you want. Left over balance on the game card can be used during your next visit for playing. No entry fee.Downside: the place gets too stuffy on weekends. Toilets are usually not very clean. Its out and out noisy. Only recommended to people with kids.

What can I say aside from my kids love this plave! Well I came on a weekday and Id say about 30% percent of the machines where out of order, but the place smelled clean and it wasnt at all crowded which is important when you have small children and you dont want them trampled by 12 yr olds. Also, dis I mention my kids love this place?

My daughter wanted to have her 7th birthday party here. She had lots of fun and so did my family. My girl got to dance with Chuck E. Cheese and take a picture with him. The place was clean and well organized. The staff were really friendly and caring. Everything worked out great for my daughters birthday today 7/12/2018

This place is neat and bright after the remodeling. The staff are friendly and the pizza is delicious. Best of all, my three children all have a good time with games.

Its big and food good we got pizza . Havent tried vegi plates yet. Better to get kids reusable drink get thirsty. Only 1.75 free refills.

Great we went to Johns incredible pizza just to play at the arcade and they to force us to eat there in order to play the arcade. Then we went to chucky cheese and we played for two hours unlimited games for $33. It was amazing

Not as many games as other CECs, but clean, ever family friendly and a great place to hang out without the over capacity hustle bustle of other CECs. Will definitely come back!

Weve had 2 big birthday parties at this Chuck E Cheese a year for 8 years and always had a successful time by all attending despite the mediocre pizza. The children always had fun for 2-3 hours playing and enjoying their time together there. Yesterdays Party turned out great for our grandson but there was only one other party going on while his was. There wasnt the normal crowds there weve encountered in past years though the pizza did improve a bit. Whats changed there thats affected the attraction of people going there....

The food was gross. Chuck E. Cheese uses their pizza to recycle. The pieces of the pizza was not even and I ordered half cheese and pepperoni. I tasted a pepperoni pizza and it was hard not soft like a fresh made one. The pizza also looked burnt. I didn’t get my money back either. That pizza cost $21.00 just for the pizza.

New setting is better has a dance floor for the kids new games overall more fun and with better option for token you can buy point or time which i recommend

Chuck E.Cheese has lot of fun. After renovation place looks good . We can spend quality time with kids.

We went there for a birthday party. Kids go nuts here. Lot of games to play. My complain is that we never know when is chuck and cake time. It is impossible to drag kids away from games to do the birthday celebration thing.

Young children always have fun here. Breadsticks were great and the salad bar was very good, very fresh.

The place has been remodeled and it looks great but the employees need to work on their speed and attention to the customers they need a sense of urgency towards taking orders

New upgrade looks and feels cleaner mostly all games are only 1 credit which is great.

The bad:There was a dangerous repair work inside without any proper cover. And they let kids play in such dangerous area. Even couple of adults fell into that hollow spot.The helper came 30 minutes late and guests did not have cards.Too many parties at same time in a contested area made it hard for guests to even stand.The good:The games were fun and kids enjoyed them. Pizza also tasted good. Kids loved taking pics with Chucky.

Awesome place for kids, actually for adults too

I love this location. They really do their best to keep the place and games up and running. Edwin and Doug treat my kids like family and they have really made this place special for us. It is a training location so the staff changes a lot but I find it nice to see new faces. We have been coming for the last 5 years and Ive never had a bad experience. This place is crowded, but i get it as toddlers and kids love to stay here. So as some family would eat together here or celebrate the occasions with the children. I brought my kid there last week and he just love the car games and just getting fun by running around the area. Even its crowded, but your kid would still able to get on and try anything he wants as people keep discipline and get in and out to let go the place for the next.

Boring without animatronics and yawn decrepit skill games and boring arcade selection. Gone are yesteryears Sky crawls, ball pits, studio c, or mr Munchs make-believe band. As well as a fun and ambience of a nicke slot machine cluster in off strip casino. Not once in my you visit did I see a live show.

This is an amazing place! This isnt the average Chuckie Cheese! It has more tickets! The more you play the more fun you have! The prices are a bit high but its worth the fun!

Good place for children to enjoy

We live in Hayward, less than 5 minutes away from a Chuck E Cheeses. The one in Hayward is a disgusting mess and I knew we would never return there again. Decided to make the drive to this Chuck E Cheeses since my daughter wanted to go and there was no way we were going to the one in Hayward. SO HAPPY WE MADE THE DRIVE.Its just a random Tuesday for most people, but our daughters (3rd) birthday for us. We decided to spoil her a little since she wanted to come here for dinner. Considering how terrible the experience was at the Hayward location, this one is EASILY 5*. This location was not busy at all, maybe 4-5 other families on this random Tuesday night. It was nice looking and clean. Maybe 2 games were out of order, at least that I noticed (compared to what felt like half being broken at Hayward.) The staff was crazy friendly. I actually feel bad for not speaking to a manager to express our gratitude for the friendliness of the staff. Easily THE BEST Chuck E Cheeses experience we have ever had. The pizza and cheesy bread came out quickly and was delicious (as delicious as their pizza can get lol). Im trying to find a complaint and maybe its that the cinnamon dessert pizza was slightly overcooked?My husband, mom, daughter (most importantly), and I had a really nice time tonight. If/when we decide to go back, we will make the drive to the good Chuck E Cheeses. Skip Hayward, make the drive and come to this one. I cant speak for the weekends but during the week on a Tuesday night was absolutely fantastic.
