Very clean and quiet, great place to get away just to clear your head. Historic downtown Greune is a 5 minute walk from the property. We saw deer every day, bring apples they love them.

When we walked inside our place it was like, wow! The town with the river and shops was just so cool. I loved it

Great location, very clean rooms, great price, social distance respected by staff and other guest. Overall we had a well rested weekend get away from the city. Family enjoyed seeing all the wildlife around resort.

This is my husband and I Favorite place to stay so far. Large rooms, 2 large living quarters. We drove 4.5 hrs. We were tried and thirsty. Upon our arrival WE WERE OFFERED A COLD BOTTLE OF WATER. That was like being given a Million dollars.

Its very quiet and the townhome was very large. Had the 3 bedrooms. Made it nice because my bedroom was separated from my adult son. I was downstairs he was upstairs. He could sleep in and I could get up early without disturbing him. Master bathroom was very large made it easy to get dressed in the morning.

Loved this resort. The townhouse we stayed in was amazing!

WE LOVED IT HERE!! Everything was super clean (didn’t even have dust on baseboards) and right next to the Guadeloupe river. The beds were comfortable as well as the covers and pillows. I could go on and on abt this place! We will be back!!

Was a comfortable setting. Staff at front desk was very nice. Talked to us about changes coming with RCI, new locations, no sales pitch just informing us of changes. We fell for it. It is still a sales pitch. We told them from the beginning we werent interested in purchasing any points. They said it is just to make sure we are using our points to the best of our ability. Believe me thats not true. It was a sales pitch. Will not be fooled again. A waste of 2 hours that was supposed to be one hour.

Great resort and fantastic value (though I have 2 gripes). PROS - This unit will easily sleep 6 adults, with its 2BRs (+ queen sleeper) and 2.5 baths. It was beautiful and comfortable, with a great kitchen and washer/dryer. And its an easy walk to the river and downtown Gruene. They quickly and cheerfully accepted NO regarding the Wyndham sales pitch (which takes significant $ off your bill).CONS - 1. At check-in we were misinformed that beer is legal on the Guadalupe River, just not the Comal. This is incorrect, and led to embarrassment and loss of a full day of planned recreation. (Its only legal if you go on an upriver tour early in the day. And dont get me started on whatever you think 3 hours worth of non-disposable beer containers is. Gruene River Co took us upriver the next day.)2. On the first day we called the front desk to ask them to get rid of a very active wasp next near the front door. Wasps are jerks, and this kept us from using the porch and made opening the door unnerving. We were told no problem and that a work order would go in straight away. We left on day 3 carefully watching the even-more-active wasp nest.

I loved this place! It was so relaxing and had everything we needed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back and relax! The kids absolutely loved it too especially the playroom and the pool.

Love the decor, location relative to entertainment, size and layout of 2bedroom unit. Enjoyed exercise equipment and billiards table.

Comfortable, (but top floor was Alot hotter/heatwise, than bottom level, not sure if heat problem or a regular issue...)remodeled or new & very clean, great service to make sure it was supplied with necessities, very roomy, close to shopping, music, restaurants, etc, decorated, just not unique in any special way.

Weve stayed here on family vacation for the last 5+ years and its perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, open floor plan, clean and stocked. Plus its a short drive away from Schlitterbahn and an even shorter trip to the Guadalupe tubing companies.

This is one of my favorite worldmark locations

Spacious, comfortable rooms with plenty of room for multiple guests. The units really feel like a home away from home, with dishwashers, washer/dryer, multiple bathrooms, and plenty of beds. Gruene is within walking distance (or very short drive if youre tired), San Antonio is not too far away, and the location provides a good home base for seeing Hill Country. The only minor complaint I have is that the living room furniture (couch and chair) were not very comfortable to sit in and relax.

This was a wonderful experience, the condominium was absolutely beautiful. All the conveniences of home included.

Great location and staff. If you stay here be sure to take the river road drive upstream about 10 miles. Very lush for Texas. Order the off menu ribs at The Grist Mill, a must!

Close to restaurants and tours, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The two-bedroom condo is very spacious and modern, the pool and hot tub are never crowded.

Great place to stay and really great location. The rooms are so comfortable and the decor is beautifully done. Availability is limited so book early.

Enjoyed our stay very much. However some concerns, not enough pots and pans or crock pots to cook with. Spider webs on the ceiling fans. Google maps does not take you to the right location and we had blood on our sheets the first night and had no idea where that came from. They didnt even apologize about the dirty sheets or rush to change them out. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much. Rooms were nice and cool. Spacious bog closets, even had washer and dryers.

Townhouses were very nice with a lot of natural woodwork. Grills available and well cleaned. Rene at check-in was informative of local sightseeing and availability of free music, wine tasting, ect...

This is a great location to Gruene and Rockin R. The unit was recently updated and was super clean and very spacious.

This is an amazing place. We had a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. Its very close to Gruene (which is the best part really being historical and cultural heritage). The staff are friendly. Sales tactics not too bad.

This is a lovely resort in one of the prettiest locations we have come across

The rooms are large and clean, however the wiring for the lights throughout is very strange. Lots of switches and you never know what turns on what light. Also, if you are in a room further from the office there is a hill to get up to your room, which is a reasonable trek if you have small children or elderly walking back from selecting a movie or going for a swim. The location of the resort is nice and quiet with the occasional train. The nearby town of Gruene makes for a nice afternoon trip with plenty of parking and small shops to wander through.

I wish I would have know when I booked this stay that Internet was additional. I would have done it then. I did not get it but would have liked to have had it during my stay. I think the others would have too.

Very cozy membership-only rental property under the WorldMark properties umbrella. The unit I stayed in was a large open two level space with a 2nd story balcony. With a master bedroom, two guest bedrooms and a full kitchen downstairs, it was extremely spacious.

Loved our unit, reception, location, everything. Everything! Staffs were very friendly. Lots of things to do in walking distance.

Great place to stay nearby everything new Braunfels. Nice to have a full kitchen and large rooms to relax in.

I was just informed that the week that I booked in February, starting Sunday,was canceled due to overbooking. I have booked rental cars, and other hotels. I had family coming in. This is very bad customer service. Very dissatisfied.

Had an amazing time. Room was spacious and clean! We drive electric vehicles our only complaint was no where to charge on the property. Please consider adding charging stations to all your locations!

Everything was under construction, so we didnt get to experience the whole resort. The location was nice, and the staff was friendly. The construction crew was loud into the night, and we had to complain about it to get them to stop. Just a short drive to Gruene, which is a friendly little town with local stores and bar/restaurants. About 45 minutes to the touristy part of San Antonio.

WorldMark New Braunfels is close enough to San Antonio and other great TX cities to be convenient. Its far enough away to be able to enjoy the countryside. Great rooms; great staff! Loved the peace and quiet!

Great Resort, front desk was courteous and punctual... All amenities were as expected and of good working condition. Would stay here again.

It was great, wish showers had someplace for your shampoo and the water pressure was harder, other than those minor things it was great!

We were looking for a place to meet with our daughter, son in law and grandchildren. This place was just great for that.. 3 bedrooms, nice living room area, 2 1/2 baths. Kitchen didnt have many amenities, pots pans but we only stayed a few days so it was just fine for us. The staff was great upon arrival. Did not use any facilities because the weather was not too nice but Im sure they were fine.

Rooms were great. Best Worldmark place so far for us. Everyone friendly, including neighboring guests.

The location is great, close to lots of fun places! We got the 3 bedroom presidential suite and it is beautiful! Plenty of room for our whole family. It is very comfortable and homey.

My wife abd I only stayed one night, but this place was very nice. The unit was clean and super cute. Plenty of space, and all of the amenities you would need for an extended stay. Staff was warm and courteous. They answered all of our questions and even had a small gift bag for us upon check in. This is the type if treatment Ive recieved at every Worldmark ive been to so far. Wonderful people.

Nice property. The condo had everything we needed. The beds were VERY comfortable and there was lots of space for everyone. The pull out bed in the living room was very comfortable, which was surprising because the couch itself was so hard. Overall it was a nice stay and we are pleased with the property.

Everything we need was there.Our twin granddaughters loved the upstairs.

Best money you will ever spend for a time share. units feel extremely homey and are modeled like wood cabins very comfortable beds. stocked kitchens with dishes pot and pan.

The only complaint I have is....when we checked in and got to the unit, it had just been cleaned. The cleaning components were still thick in the air and quite pungent. It dissipated by the next morning.

Ideal for a large group stay. We each had our own room in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. 2 story. Lots of space. Large kitchen, plenty of storage. Washer and dryer. Large closets. Did not have free WiFi. Quiet when we were there in the off season. Comfy beds. A short drive or walk to downtown Gruene and the river.

Check in at 4:00, finally called at 6:15 to say the room was ready. I understand late check outs & running behind, but when you drop $689 a NIGHT, there should be enough staff on call to make 4:00 check in happen. We planned our whole party around the check in... therefore we had to go to dinner in our bathing suits after floating the Comal all afternoon & we didnt end up going out after that because of the 50 minute wait for dinner, then it was 2 hours long. Completely messed up all of our plans & when I addressed the issue, they said its been one of those days with no resolution. I gave it 2 stars because the condo was very nice, and the timeshare host Magalie was very kind. Wyndam, however, needs to get it together.

This is one of my favorite locations, the atmosphere was so serene with deer grazing on the property. The size of the unit was like being at it was so ample. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
