Pretty quiet this time of year. Parking has clearly marked spaces. Pool and grounds are very well taken care of. Nice place to live, or visit. Easy access to river and downtown. Thanks Hank

Just arriving and already in love with the place... Money WELL spent...!

We stayed in condo F302 and it was fully furnished, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Spacious and very clean. Stocked with all the comforts of home to make your vacation easy! The place sleeps 6 and even has a washer and dryer in the unit. The property is very well maintained and has multiple pools and hot tubs. There is private river access so you can get your tube and float to your hearts desire! Located close to schlitterbahn and right off the highway

The place was clean when we arrived, we ask for a tube float and someone brought it to us, the cable guy came asap and fixed it. So we will recommend to all my church friends.. blrss up....

Husband and I brought our family here in 2019. Loved everything about it. Came again this summer and it was nothing other than a college party. We have a 3 year old and 8 month old now. This is no longer a family quiet place to relax. Extremely disappointed. All the numbers given to is dont work either. Our WiFi didnt work either.

Too many people for two pools. Heard lots of people dont listen and do things at night around the pool area. Not a place for kids at night. Someone put soap in one of the hot tubs. Hills are steep to the river. People for some reason dont know how to throw trash away and it sits by the river on the banks. Really gross. Throw your trash away! We wont stay again.

Great location, comfortable accommodation, clean and inviting.

Besides being expensive, stay here if you get a chance. Mostly quiet, minus morning weekdays when crews are keeping the area nice and busy weekends with guests. But close to anything you may want to do and deer are nice to watch.

Great condos, beautiful pools and river access!

I am an owner of a condo at Waterwheel. Our condo is frequently booked up for the entire summer weekend season. Winter Texans love Waterwheel because of the heated pool and 4 hot tubs. It’s right on the Guadalupe River and only 1/2 mile from Schlitterbahn and the Comal River last free exit!

I have never used Air B&B. It was a great place to stay. We seen plenty of deer the 2 nights we were here. It is right off the river which is nice. We sat by the river at night and just listened to nature. It was nice and relaxing. The kids went to the pool and hot tube and loved it. The beds were awesome. They are extremely comfortable. It was great being able to save money by having a full-sized kitchen. The place was just beautiful.

Room was great. View was great. Parking policies NEED WORK. All of the leasing agents and the HOA need to understand that guests get 2 or 3 people telling 2 or 3 different rules on parking. I would have brought my family back to this place, but never again. Be sure and bring an extra $300 or more to pay for your car being towed even though you have a parking permit displayed properly. Security company will not give out any type of supervisor information. Leasing agent has no authority(this incident was not their issue) condo will not provide assistance in helping with this. HOA info wont be given out. No one will take blame only point fingers. Will not return.

Its okay. Its in a good location, but we were unhappy with our room. They advertise that it sleeps 10, but it was very crowded with our 10. 4 of us had to sleep on a fold out couch and an air mattress. Unacceptable for the price we paid. There are only 6 seats in the living room. The 2 tiny bathrooms were our biggest headache.

Beautiful, clean, spacious condo, we had 3 couples and all had plenty of room. Huge covered patio, little over a mile to the river. Loved it!

Great place to stay.

The condo was grear. But parking is not clearly marked in some spaces. I had the yellow parking tag on my dash as instructed to indicate guest. Security company had my vehicle towed. I think the securoty staff is getting a kick back from tow company. My room number was on the yellow tag but no notification. RAQUET!!!!

It was nice and comfortable, but the carpet and the rest of the floor was dirty.

I have never stayed at a place so un organized in my life. If you like getting your car towed, by all means stay here. One person told us to park in a spot without room numbers if we were staying. The second person told us that we have to have a piece of paper in our window that says the room number in which multiple people are staying, which we were never initially told in the first place. We had one vehicle out of our group towed and there are TONS of cara parked everywhere with nothing in windows except the people who have yellow tags. Obviously they have some kind of deal with the tow truck drivers because now here we are trying to enjoy our vacation and now were about to be $300 out and no one seems to know anything that is going on around here.So my point being is, obviously you need to go to the front desk and get them to clearly tell you what the rules are or your vehicle will be towed and not a person that works here will care.

What a gem! We stayed in unit H103, and it was perfect. A great view of tall cypress trees along the shore of the Guadalupe River. You can fish, kayak, tube, swim, and watch the deer just steps from your back patio. Its also a short walk over to Schlitterbahn Water Park. H103 is HUGE! Tons of space for the kids, and its decorated really well. Its very clean too. Clean carpet, clean sheets, clean bathrooms...everything is clean. Thats really refreshing...all of it was top notch. All the stuff you need to cook at home is there too. We have several meals in the condo which saved us a ton of $$$. Were definitely coming back.

Well furnished condos that sleep 6+ are positioned along the pickup route for the Comal (We used Rockin R, others available). They have a huge green space with its own gated pool area (with two hot tubs) backing up to the river access point. 24 hour security and assigned + additional parking (they do actively monitor the lot, so make sure you have a tag on the dash). Its a mixed use community (leading or ownership), so you get a good cross section of people, and the locals are friendly and helpful. This was our first time to use this community, but well definitely be back.

We had an awesome time. My grandkids really enjoyed this place. Room for everyone

Stayed here several time thru VRBO in different units. Its a great spot, has a couple of pools, grass for the kids to run on, deer coming and going, and river access.

Like apartments. Pools are tiny and hot. Location is ok. Overall pretty good.

Stayed here with AIRBNB. Owner was friendly and communicated w us via text message. Extremely clean. Stocked clean towels and sheets. We had a two bed two bath, really nice size room for all 4 adults and 3 kids. Really nice color changing pool area for adults, separate one for children. Only a mile from many river tubing places and Schilterbahn waterpark, multiple CVSs (ect), and eateries within 15 minutes. Well maintained complex with convenient location.

Worst 2 days of my life felt like I was a prisoner in my own paid for rental and owner had the nerve to threaten to kick my and my entire family out all just because of their immature underpaid want to be police/ security officers that have nothing better to do but harass guest and sneak around your front door at all hours of the night to catch someone doing something would not recommend this place to anyone did not enjoy my stay at all
