This was a spot on our trip to Nashville that we had planned. As we went during the COVID-19 pandemic, some attractions were closed, most notably The Country Music Hall of Fame across the street. This is still a nice little walk where you can see some familiar names. Some of the dates that they were added surprised me, but there is a good variety of names here. A nice grassy area accompanies the park and apparently is good for yoga.
Well deserving artists in the hall of fame. Come see their plaques! Beautiful park if you dont mind the homeless population in the area. Go with a friend if youd like to feel more comfortable.
The sidewalk with the stars is alright. Nothing fancy. Downtown Nashville (A block away) was Fabulous!!! All the live music and cool little places very very neat.
I liked the fact that they didnt have everybody that has ever played a song. They had a select few of the very best musicians. My opinion.
This is a quick stop while in Nashville. It only takes 5 minutes to see it all but I’m glad we did. Cool to see it’s not all country music. There were markers for Christian musicians and other significant people in Nashville. There were some homeless people in the park next to it but nobody bothered us at all and we felt safe.
Nice place, specially for me cause Im a music lover! Perfect place for family and friends bonding.
Come see their plaques! Beautiful park if you dont mind the homeless population in the area.
Fun experience. Great spot to take pictures
This was cool, we got here early in the morning and there were many homeless people around the walk.
Beautiful place to visit and enjoy your day with family and friends alike.
The park had more homeless people than stars. The star walk of fame is only less than ten feet long. It was highly disappointing.
Its worth going to say you were there and saw it, but if you didnt go looking for it you would never know its there. Its a nice, clean, well shaded walkway.
Great to snap a few pics but other than the walk of stars not much to see.
Theres like 10,000 pardks in Nashville. Every single one of them are crazy beautiful.
Cute place to see. Needs more things for kids to do tho. Could add some more unique plaques
Great spot for a picture of your favorite artists star
Nice area to roam around. This is free.
Very cool to see. Its a quick walk. All in all very interesting.
One of my favorite places to visit when going to Nashville
Smaller than I anticipated but a nice spot
This lame attraction rates a solid meh from me. Its free, so I cant really complain that much, but its sort of a flimsy attempt to honor famous country music stars.Located in the park outside Bridgestone Arena and close to the Country Music Hall of Fame, this area has little black stars on the sidewalk with famous singers, etc. names carved in.Like I said, its free (and open from sunrise until 11 pm), but dont make a special trip to visit. If you happen to be walking by, might as well read some of the stars.
I always heard about this place. First time going to Nashville. It was relatively small.
Good photo op with some of the current and past country music star stars, nice little parkCountry Music Hall of Fame and Museum across the street
Perfect place to walk off brunch!
Was disappointed, I thought therr would be a lot more starts. Nashville needs to help the homeless situation, I felt like we were in NYC.
Amazing place immortalizing the country music legends.
Such a great little place in the heart of Music City! Saw many of my heros stars.
Homeless people laying on every bench and walkway. Not as interesting as I thought.
Good to visit for a short time.
Cool venue. Lots of differnt events held in and around the building, from Taylor Swift to SEC.
Puts me in mind of rodero drive but why not have one for the country singers after all it is the music capital #nashville I have way too many videos I had taken of the walk of fame and not sure how to upload it or I would. That too was a good time
These are really fun to see! Thought we were going to an actual park but much more a square on the edge of downtown hoopla, fun, music, amazing food, bars, souvenir shops, museums, symphony hall & the old Ryman theater. All very appropriate for family during the day. BE ADVISED at nightfall, streets become grownup atmosphere & Walk of Fame is where many homeless congregate. None of which bothers me but not the best climate for kids as I herded my 12 year old back to our car. Answered her Why? with Because its like Sturgis with less leather & more clothing
Beautiful place to honor musicians. The location across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame makes this a must see. It is a great place to check out and take in all that is around you
This city is full of music!!! It was great and we had really fun there!!
While in Nashville...Well, its a free exhibit and we decided to check it out. It was kind of fun to see the starts for Johnny Cash, Elvis and Dolly Parton. Its not quite like the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Hollywood, but its Country Musics way of honoring their top legends. We enjoyed taking the 5 minutes to look at the names and snap a few pics, but its just ok.
Small downtown park right across the street rom the Predators Bridgestone arena.close to everything downtown and just enough space to walk a dog or sit back and relax for a second. There are a few tables and a drinking fountain, not much else. The city hosts many events here year round.
Well worth visiting while in the downtown Nashville area. Many of the big names in Country Music have a black plaque you can visit. Can be hard to take pictures, we went on a rainy day which made the plaques very shiny to take pictures.
Some homeless people in that park but good to walk through.
A LOT cleaner than the Hollywood walk of fame in LA ;)
We enjoyed it even though we arent a big country family. My kids love Elvis and Johnny Cash though!
Spacious and handicapped accessibly
Its a good idea but it needs more. Went there with more expectations maybe. Just the plaques on the floor
Definetely a cool place to check out if youre looking for something free and easy to find. There were a lot of people sleeping on the benches and grass in the area, but everyone kept to themselves.
We visited on the first day of spring so there really wasnt much going on yet. The grounds were well-kept and the stars were fun to see.
Give him what it is this park is sadly understated. Yes, all the stars are there. But there are also quite a few homeless sleeping in the park, people riding through the park on scooters - kids, yet, ignoring the rules. It really could use some sprucing up, maybe some nice shrubs and plants and flowers. It is sadly kind of drab.
Downtown Nashville at its finest.
It was really nice..I enjoyed it.
Great view and very nice place to visit
Nice park. It looks like it is new so the plantings need some help. It will be a very pretty park once they grow some. The plaques for the famous musicians were fun to visit.
Just a cool place to visit on the way
Fun little park for a walk.
Was great seeing my favorite artist
Too many homeless sleeping on benches or under a tree. It was sad to see.
Downtown Nashville is amazing!
Cool walk way honoring musicians with plaques. Right across from the Country Music Hall of Fame. Some of the plaques could use a cleaning / scrub.
Nice place for sightseeing and walk around
Nice place to take the kids.
Very cool and unique
Not really what I was expecting. Guess I thought would have more information on the artists. Many homeless people and skateboarders made it a quick walk through instead of a longer visit. Not as easy to find as I thought it would be either.
Very clean and awesome
Just fun to see
CHECK OUT ALL THE TALENT WHILE YOURE HERE!
Some of the letters were very hard to read . It looks like its not been well taken care of. ️
Really enjoyed the Music City walk of fame. Its a fun lil walk.
Pretty dumb, actually. the stars are mostly new (in the last 15 years) and looks like a random assortment of famous names. How is Jimi Hendrix country?
Great place to see history
Good outing
Dirty. Doesnt feel safe. This park seems to have a homeless camp. Vomit and feces all over the grounds. If you choose to visit this location, go during the day.
Fun place, music and people everywhere. Lots of shopping. We just walked and enjoyed the day
Will go back again!
I really love seeing this park.
Dont miss this. After all its why most people come to Nashville. This is music history and you can learn about all the great ones. Great place to go on a nice day.
Largest city park unisex PUBLIC restroom thats open 24/7..... Nashville does not have porta potties or public restrooms that can be used 24/7..... its really bad to have all the bars and drinking and no restrooms to use on your long walk back to your car in the overpriced pay 2 Park area that you was fortunate to find havimg. been stuck in a long traffic jam on your visit to downtown Nashville
I love the idea. Its not well kept. Great idea though. Lots of weeds in with the flowers!
If you love music this place is for all music lovers you can review history and see your famous stars before and after they became a hit see all their gold records and as well as Elvis Presleys Cadillac amongst all others who have made it into the music world recommend this place for everyone great family place
Great view of the river. I nice walking trails with great landscaping and even a pet park. Even the views os Ascend Ampatheater are majestic.
Worth a stop! Hope this idea continues to grow and fill the park.
What a very well kept park! Preds Fest!
So much fun!!!
Love the walk.
A must see so much history awesome place to visit
Loved it great place to check out if ur in the area.
Fun space to walk around in!
Beautiful walk
Always a good tyme in Nashville, TN.
Good place to atleast experience one time if ur a country music fan.
I took pictures of almost all the stars on the Walk of Fame, and put them all on a CD, in order to have a great memory of going to Nashville. Now, when I miss Nashville altogether, I just watch the images on the CD. It is so AWESOME to look at! I sure miss Nashville, so I will definitely have to return!!
Nice park to walk through when wandering around downtown Nashville. Especially convenient when taking the walking bridge to Nissan stadium if you park on that side of the river.
Lana de rey was really good
Not as impressive as I would have expected. Nice history of country music but would have enjoyed more information on the artists - bio, hits, interesting tidbit.
