LOVE THIS STORE!!! I have been multiple times and have always been super satisfied. Awesome modern, and a surplus of retro equipment priced WAY better than eBay or Amazon. Definitely worth a look.

Worst experience ever! Took my money and my merchandise and moved without notifying me. Insane woman yelled at us about HER issues with Spectrum. They had the nerve to charge me more money after stealing my merchandise. Horrible horrible people with no idea how to do business or deal with the real world. Avoid at all costs because it will cost you.

Literally made my Xbox controller worse. Brought it in to get the drift fixed on the left stick, now the dpad down is permanently engaged. Cant use my $150 controller now. Not even a call to let me know what was going on. Not one call. Thanks a bunch, asshats. 0/10 would not recommend.
