The website stated they close at 11 PM however we were told AFTER we bought all the tokens for the next few hours they were closed. The man up front said he warned us they were closed but none of the 8 people in our party heard it.We then spent about 15 minutes waiting on a response from the manager about a refund (its policy not to refund tokens, they instead suggested us to come back tomorrow)During that time we played two games, one froze up entirely and the other glitched and reset back. See attached picture.After which we were told theyd stay open for us which is nice of them not to refund up but instead let them keep our money for extremely cheap prizes which are valued less than gas money to buy in bulk. I mean even the bear we received as a prize is sideways. (see attached picture)All in all not much to do, mostly broken machines and bad prizes when compared to other arcades nearby.Friendly customer service however after talk with management. Probably dont plan a big event for here, its sub-par, though the Dunkin Donuts was good.

Great cheap apparel, Dunkin Donuts and a huge arcade all in one. What more could you ask for? Great place will definitely be returning

So I called the wings arcade yesterday and they said they were open but when I got to wings today they werent open!

Nice arcade with Dukin donuts and ice cream shop inside. Next door they have a gift shop.

I did some shopping while the other played in the arcade, win win for everyone

This is always been one of my favorite places to go but the equipment is very run down now and most of its broken its not being kept up at all its very sad to see

Some of the machines does not work but owner is kind to return the token when asked.My kids were lucky to get 1700 tickets won by a couple. We are thankful to them may God bless them.

Not a big selection of games. Kinda a RIP off. Tickets always get jammed and machines constantly take tokens without working.

This place sucks. Half of the games were broken. Of the ones that worked they were dirty & half worked at that. The guy on duty was more into playing himself than working. My husband had to go pull him off one of the few working games to even help us. This place needs a complete overhaul.

5 out of 6 games we played did not give out tickets and over 1/2 the games are completely broke. You cant get a refund on tokens. Was gonna buy beach stuff from store but I would not put any more of my money into this dump.

Worst arcade ever! Half or more machines take your money. After buying tokens we were told they close when Dunkin donuts close which wasnt what the website said. They wouldnt refund the coins purchased as they closed. Had to call the supervisor and she had to call her boss and they did turn the machines back on so that we could use our purchased coins. #FAIL

Thats a great place to spend some time in bad weather with your children while youre Myrtle Beach Dunkin Donuts is attached right there and Beachwear store to one nice big area

Half of the games cheated us out of tokens.some games didnt work and if u did win the game was out of tickets. And the mens restroom was disgusting!!!! Urine on the floor stalls out of order I wont go there again.

Horrible none of machines work, games steal money and they tell you to take it up with wings. Staff smoking in doorway and chase you out oh and closed 2 hours earlier then posted

Was ok...needed a lite tlc between the DD where there were dirty tables and sticky stuff on the floor...
