The lady who helped us was super nice and the wine was amazing!!! Definitely worth the stop

So much fun! Great and friendly service and amazing wines!

We walked in to try some wines and wanted to possibly purchase a few bottles as gifts. We were happy to see their outdoor sign offer a free tasting or to purchase a selection of wine tastings. When we asked to try one, the older lady working was so obviously annoyed by us. She tapped her fingers on the counter, gave no greeting or really a care at all towards us. We asked to try one and she said they only give a free sampling if you intend to buy a bottle. (I guess she assumed we wouldn’t buy anything since we are younger clientele.) Anyways, we asked to try one implying we did intend to purchase a bottle or so. She responded with telling us that we only get one free sample....again. That’s totally fine and we understand, but we never got one in the first place. It was evident that she didn’t want to help us. We left since we were obviously a pain to her. I will never recommend this place after the way we were treated. It was awkward and regrettable from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. I hope she was just having one off bad day, but from the looks of other reviews - it doesn’t look like it.

Stopped in here and did a wine tasting. They have a nice variety of several different styles of wines. Several different fruit wines. Some of the ones we tried were very good, everyone has their style they like better. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional.

My husband and I walked in around 5:30 or 6 pm on a Saturday evening, while a older lady who appeared to be in her 60 greeted us with a blank stare. No hello welcome or anything. We were the only customers at the time. When asked for a quick informative session about their wines she responded with one word answers and seemed very annoyed. I decided quickly that this wasn’t the place for us and we’ll spend our cash elsewhere.

Walked in and the lady working never once spoke to us instead she turned around and walked away.

My sister and I went in for a wine tasting tonight at the Broadway location. We appreciate the fact that we were allowed to share one tasting between us, most places weve been dont allow that. We both really enjoyed the wines (especially the blueberry) and Laura was kind and knowledgeable.The service and wines were good enough to rate 5 stars, but I was looking forward to maybe buying some of the pottery shown on the website but in the actual store theres only some of the glasses, and very few of the ocean themed ones shown.

Stopped at the tail end of a trip, visiting from Michigan with hubby. The wine was yummy (I tried the fruit wines) the service was well above average. Some wineries are staffed with people who cannot answer questions or make you feel ridiculous for having questions. Juanita was SO incredibly kind and knowledgeable! Could have chatted with her all afternoon. Thank you for the hospitality!

On Sunday September 1st me and my girlfriend walked in to do a wine tasting. There was two other couples in the middle of a wine tasting so we waited patiently. No hellos or Ill be right with you just a cold shoulder. Shortly after a few more people walked in. The middle aged women behind the counter chose to check the other couples out which is understandable but then proceeded to help the other people whom arrived after. We decided to walk out due to the inconsiderate behavior and lack of service. Although she was by herself I believe it was due to our younger age that we were ignored. I would recommend a retraining in customer service by management.

Wasnt a bad wine in the selection. Enjoyed tasting very much. Would return.

Excellent wine selection and friendly staff! I sample quite a few of their wines today and have to say they were all tasty. The Elderberry wine is awesome, I havent had a fruit wine this good in a while.Good discount on case pricing (I took advantage of it!) Looking forward to opening a few bottles of this over the holidays!

Really good staff and the man that was working on 7/7/18 in the evening was awesome! Good service sense of humor and made sure before I left that he fixed the drink just the way I liked it .

Only went in for the wine slushys. Husband and I wanted to walk and drink, which the wine slushys are allowed. Get the pink one. Margarita is not flavorful enough.

Really enjoyed my first wine tasting. Very relaxed environment. I even found a new wine I fell in love with.

So we walk in to this establishment for a date and we aren’t greeted at all. We stand there for 10 minutes as no one else is in the store at the time waiting to be served but no serviced us. We decide to walk out and have drinks at Margaritaville.

I called this place at 11:30 in the morning was told no reservation needed so its 9 of us and we arrive at 3:45 grant you there is a party a head of us and i am talking to one of them and she tells me that they have one more tasting to go. We are waiting and finally i think her name was Laura comes to me and ask what can she help us with. I tell her we are here for a tasting. She tell us that it would be best to come back at 4:30 because there will be another person coming in and she has two other parties coming. We were very disappointed we should have went to Dublin.
