A little pricy but you will definitely get your money worth for this! Great for kids and adults. There are different levels that you go on and learn all types of things. There are mini rides and cool attractions. For me and 6 other people it took about 1.5 hours to get through (Depending on traffic and what season you go). Definitely try it out!
Not bad. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the Titanic exhibit and my toddler liked the 4D movie. I didnt love the endless stairs though and it wasnt clear where the actual exit was, so we got a bit lost on our way out. I also wasnt a huge fan of the pay to play or arcade style games considering the price to get in. Perhaps some arcade tokens could be included with admission?
Amazing little place! Educational as it is fun, Wonderworks is for the entire family. I have children ranging from 6 to 16 and myself and hub in mid 30s and each and every one of us found something really cool and great place... Highly recommended to anyone visiting MB at any given time its simply that fun.. Huge thanks to staff for making us feel so welcome
We had so much fun and had ages 7-40 in our group. There is so much to see and explore. There are hands on activities, laser tag, lifting your self with a pulley system, huge bubble factory, bed of nails and too much to list. Theres also a 6d theater, a virtual motion roller-coaster, space museum, rope maze and 360 bike (the faster you pedal you actually turn upside down in a full circle on a pendulum) my kids are 8 and 15 and I couldnt tell you who had more fun. I myself, loved it! I would go again if we were in Myrtle Beach. The food there was also good, not too expensive and had huge portions. We ordered too much thinking it was going to be your typical over priced, small portions. Gift shop had lots of neat souvenirs, again, at decent prices. They had hand sanitizer located everywhere. Any time you would think about needing it, it was there. It did smell like tequila, but its free.
Ever best place I have visited in my life, I am from pakistan and I went myrtle beach with my husband so that we can see that place, we live in the America, we enjoyed there a lot, we stayed almost 4 days and in the wonder-works we had a lot a lot fun, foods, and everything’s as very enjoyable. We will again go there. Highly recommended, if you are exploring America you should definitely visit myrtle beach are too
Great place to take the kids when visiting myrtle Beach. only the rope course is not open due to covid
Having an excellent time here. Everyone here is polite despite having to deal with kids all day and night. Regina at the ticket booth went above and beyond to make sure my 7yr old had fun.
Family loved the experience. To be honest you see upside down building i think upside down rooms inside, but pleased to see all the games and rides that also teach science. My wife and kids loved the gyroscope. There were several levels with different kinds of games and activities. Of course kids loved the arcades and flight simulators. If youre worried about COVID the employees do a great job coming behind everyone and sanitizing the equipment. If you teach and have an id you can get a great discount . Was a great experience
Myrtle beachIs a tourist city and this is a tourist amusement park. When i was younger we went here. One of the best experiences of my entire life. I completely reccomend it to everyone especially if your homeschooled. Educational and counts as a field trip. I would absolutely come again. And i will hopefully bring my children here often someday.
Great place to visit. All sorts of rides and exhibits. Mask are worn and safe distance observed as much as possible. Family friendly.
This was worth the money!!! So much to do all included (but the video games). It was an amusement park along with Science experiments, interactive games, rides, a rope course that was so fun my husband and I joined our girls (16 and 18). It was fun for all ages. We spent over 3 hours there. We went during the week in November and we were basically the only ones there. Coupons available in the Monster Coupon Book. Love Love Love
Absolutely fun. Pretty sure I burnt 1000 calories in 2 hours because of all the activities I did. I will definitely come back and bring my entire family next time.
Fun for all ages. Theyre very good at keeping the place sanitized. You do have to wear mask throughout it but thats not so bad. I would definitely come back again if I had the chance.
So many activities for all ages! I love that you can leave and come back as many times as you need to within the day.
Great so much fun, for everyone. Will be going back soon. Kentucky mist all adults must go there.
I loved it, there was a lot of hands on sci activities and I is for all ages, but sadly there is a weight limit and hight limit other then that the place was great I HIGHLY recommend it to people who want to learn about sci and if you dont its ok there is laser tag, the vr game beat saber, a roller coaster in a 360 degree spinning box, etc. Oh yeah the only thing bad it was a little pricey for a all day pass it was $94 bit trust me when I say you will not regret spending that much money
Sooooo much fun we laughed and had the best time met some great people played last tag it was fantastic going back today to do outdoor rope course
Had a lot of fun! Loved that you could leave and go back in later on the same day!
The appearance itself is so surprising. Good for kids and family. They have one day pass for kids and adults. If you want to get the most out of this theme based museum you should plan to go early. As the have each event almost 2 3 hours. There are slides and other attractions like carousel, cup slide etc at the back. Parking space is also not a problem here
Had a blast!!! We were here all day and had so much fun. There is so much to do and see. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly.
Great shops and restaurants. Fun day hanging out. Fish feeding was amazing
Love the place. Lots of marry go rounds for kids and adults.18 tickets cost $25. For example 18 tickets cover wonder weel for 3 persons.
Despite the ropes course being closed for covid, we had a great time at Wonder works! I have an 8 and 12 yr old; I their favorite parts were the bubble lab and the light saber game. My husband enjoyed the indoor coaster and 6D theater. There is plenty to do, lots of hands on, educational, and fun!
Great place to take children. Everyone had fun short lines towards October
Love this place. Things to do for every age. There are some weight and height restrictions, which I did not have a problem with. For a family fun day, I would choose this place again.
This place is another one of those Main Event type but lot more and better in terms of number of activities you could do. There are lot of science focused activities here and many more. You could easily spend 5-6 hours and I suggest you do give enough hours at this place. They also have outside zip line ride. The whole area is inside a mall and well build. We will certainly go there again next time we are in MB.
Super fun! Would go again! Perfect activity for a rainy afternoon.
What a great place to take the kids on vacation. They LOVED it! The activities are fun for the kids and the adults. The bikes are crazy as you pedal to control it and they go upside down. They also have laser tag and a rope course. Highly recommend especially if you or your kids are into science!
Everyone had a blast! There is so much to do! We were there for hours! And Wonderworks had a coupon for teachers! Thank you!
Really fun place with loads of games and cool stuff. Prices for admission are high though the roller coaster simulator is the best thing out of the whole place.
The best the rides were great every thing you should go
So much fun. Worth the price or admission. The entire family enjoyed themselves.
We had a wonderful time at WonderWorks in Myrtle Beach! We’ve visited the one in Orlando, FL before and also loved it. Many of the attractions were similar but there was some unique ones like the motorcycle ride that the kids loved! You have to peddle to move it and it can go upside down depending on how fast your peddle. We bought our tickets on Groupon which was cheaper than online or in person. The kids especially loved the ropes course on the top level. Make sure the wear socks and pants in order to be allowed to go!Highly recommend! Would go again for sure!
Great place to take photos.
Fun but I dont understand how we can walk around with all these people and touch everything. But the ropes course isnt safe
Very fun! Lots of virtual games and educational too. Love the mini arcade at the top. Perfect place for my 5 year old
We took our teenage boys as a homeschool field trip here they loved it and so did we .
Fun stop with the kids, likely better pre or post Covid. To get most out of it, take you time and look and read the exhibit details on your way thru. A little expensive for what you get.
This place is very fun for the family laser tagging all pretty cool place to go
Way overpriced for what little there is to see and do inside. $35 for an adult, should be more like $15. Nothing more than a gimmick, a few fun things to see, but not at all worth the money. I doubt they ever get repeat business after people see what a let-down this is after paying $140 for their family.
So much fun with grandchildren. Every attendant on every ride were so nice and I took note of how they all wiped down the hand railings on rides. Very much appreciated during this virus scare.
Worth the money, so much hands on to do. Definitely a family stop. Great times
Don’t go there if you have your wrist band on due to arthritis they told us “he wasn’t allowed on anything due to a injury” we told the lady it was only support nothing was injured!... she called the manager and all. My whole party took it as harassment, being the fact we told her several times it wasn’t a injury! Other then the hassle at the door it was a great time!
Thought this would be a fun thing to do with the kids while it was raining on our vacation. We had never been before and did not realize we were made to pay full price while the two major attractions... the ropes course and laser tag were not open. Also we were made to wait at the XD movie while another family wanted to take another turn after we had been waiting in line for 20 minutes. Had some fun at the bubble station and arcade but really we could have done that anywhere else for a lot less money.
This place has everything. Make sure you allow almost a whole day to fully enjoy this. There are 4 stories inside filled with everything from arcades to rides to a rope course. Tons of educational stuff that is also fun kids and grownups alike. The on-site restaurant is also very good and reasonable priced. They also have outdoor attractions as well. Full experience price for a family of 4 is around $100. Will visit again on our next trip.
Nice place for full day fun, my kids are soo excited to go there.
What a fun place!!! Spent 4 hours there and it didnt even feel like it. One thing after another to captivate any audience! Tides, interactive tables, educational and colorful.
Good opportunity. Good environment. Definitely a large price for the visit. Long lines. Not much on the covid outbreak although they were trying.
Decent stop for the fam, more food joints would be a plus
Loved it more than I expected to definitely have to go back and bring my son.
Fun place for kids and adults.
The kids had an amazing time here!! Fun for adults and kids! So much hands on stuff for everyone and very cool things to try out!The bubble area was my toddlers favorite activity and the sand table on the top floor was great!! Their picture packages were reasonable and they do military discount on tickets and on merch and photos. My daughter and sister did the rope course on the top floor which they really loved!!The only complaint is that the air was very stuff and very hot!! So wear layers! It was our first time there and we will def check out another one or this one again!
Great family friendly place to visit. My son is two years old and still was able to ride some of the rides and play on many attractions. Plus he was free. Only downside was, we were not aware that you had to wear “closed toed” shoes for more advanced rides but good thing dad wore gym shoes while the ladies wore Sandals. We went around 11 AM which was a good time because by the time we were ready to leave, it was starting to get busy.Huge plus is you can have re-entry the day of purchase.
Kids had a blast! Its huge place we probably needed two days but we spent 6 hours in there and Im pretty sure we didnt see everything! Will visit again!
Love this unique place! Its a perfect place for kids and they are friendly to locals, which means a lot to me. I like that most everything beyond the door price is free. Theres a lot of history here and a lot of things to learn about. Its space/NASA oriented, which is cool. Well definitely be bringing the kids back
This was a good way to spend a rainy afternoon with the family.
One of my favorite things to do. Every time I go I find something else I enjoy doing there.
Loved its plenty todo for adults and children fun place tobe in myrtle beach
Fun! Staff did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness during Covid-19 restrictions.
My 11 year old had a blast! He enjoyed all the games, exhibits and laser tag. The lady running the laser tag was enthusiastic and polite. We appreciated her offering us a place to sit.As an adult I felt it was rather stuffy and crowded on the upper floors. It felt good to go outside and breathe fresh air. Maybe better ventilation is needed. Also disappointed in the amount of out of order or under maintenance signs for the price that was payed. Long lines for popular attractions.
This place was kinda cool. They had some fun things to do, but I think its a little overpriced for what they have. My teenage daughter and her friend liked some of it, but they were ready to leave in 15-20 minutes.
I’m here now. Indoor ropes not available, then outdoor might be of weather permitting. At check in they failed to apply my coupon and when asked to refund the amount she refused and said I can redo the transaction but it will be 10 days until your money will show back up in your account. I said you surely don’t batch each transaction, you can delete transaction and recharge correctly...she said she could not!! Just upsetting since I did give her the coupon! I also asked for a card with the coupon amount in it so I could use it to buy something else...nope!
Very interesting things inside, but I feel it isnt worth the price of admission.
My family loved Wonder Works and we all had a great time. My son went all the way to the top floor, back to the first and then back up to the top and loved all of it.
This is a fun place if you have a couple of hours to spare. Its mostly for kids but adults will have fun also. There are multiple floors and plenty to do. You will experience all kinds of hands-on activities from a hurricane chamber to a full high wire obstacle course. There are trivia games, music simulators, bubble experimentation, an arcade, and so much more. They also have spent a lot of time mixing education into the mix. I think its worth a visit, especially if you have kids.
An awesome place to get a gift for anyone of any age
Great hands on experiences for all ages.. plenty to do no matter what your interests. My space loving kiddos were amazed by all the experiences!
Go here every year and it all ways gets to be my most favorite place
Fun for the whole family! We were 11 to 72 and had a ball!
Lots of stuff to do here for the whole family! Perfect for those rainy days in Myrtle Beach and your not sure what to do.. come here!
Great place for family to learn and play
This review really depends on the age of the kids. We took kids age 6, 4, 4, and 2. There really isnt too much that they can do. The top floor, in with all the arcade games that cost money. There is a small area that small kids can play in. However, big kids are allowed in and can run over the smaller kids. So it might be better for older kids but not for smaller ones.
We love wonderworks! We did the rope course this time and had a blast! If you are in the area go here and you will have a day well spent!
Me and my family really enjoyed our time.
This attraction is out of the ordinary but it is great if you would like to try a different experience. I highly recommend you try the 3d motion theater. It was awesome! My family and I got to experience riding in China! Also check Groupon for a great deal!!
I would recommend you go here very fun
Cool amusement place to stroll through and enjoy some time.
What a cool, entertaining place to visit! Went with a school field trip. Front end staff was not prepared. Inside staff was amazing dealing with 150 kids!! Great place to go investigate. Super interactive! Amazing ropes course!!
Sad this is not as popular as it was but very clean and covid friendly. Masks inside any shops needed
Kids had fun, we could have spend all day in there. A lot of fun things to do and learn
What an experience, it is worth the money. The lazer tag and rope climbing were mind blowing experience. Adults and children of all ages will enjoy this place.
Its a bit pricy for what it is. There is a lot to do inside but some of the things are kinda lame. My kids enjoyed it a lot though. A few of the things were still shut down and they probably should lower the price a bit to reflect that. Other than that, its fun spot for the family.
This was an awesome place to go!! You do not have to be a child to enjoy. There are fun rides inside along with many games. Well worth the price.
Lots of Fun.. Very educating and surprising as well. Good for the whole family
Very fun time with my husband a children
We had a blast! This place was different and full of knowledge for all ages! It was things to do on every floor for every age. My toddlers had a blast and didn’t want to leave.
Fun place for kids & Adults. If you like weird & science, this is the place to go when youre in South Carolina.
There was a lot more to do here than I realized and it was a pretty large variety of things as well - rides, interactive exhibits, projected videos, etc. Kids enjoyed it, I enjoyed all the space exhibits, and the kids were very excited they went to an upside-down house!
This was our 3rd year visiting WonderWorks and as always we had a blast!! There is definitely something for all ages. My 3 year-old loved the bubble area and big keyboard on the 2nd floor as well as the simulators on the 3rd floor. My oldest was crazy over the weather, space, and indoor rope course. This was the 1st year she completed it and now cant wait to try the outdoor one next year.
If you want a fresh assault on your senses!?! Then WonderWorks is the place for you. They have an inversion tunnel that will really mess with you, the 360 bike ride is really cool because you control if you can make a complete circle or not. The ropes course is off the chain. In all, AWESOME time at WONDERWORKS @ Broadway at the Beach. Love it cant wait until my next visit.
Ive taken my son here twice and he loved it both times. Will definitely be back next time we come here on vacation
