I love the SkyWheel at Myrtle Beach. So fun, you could see everything. Definite must do in Myrtle! We did the 30 minute ride. The little carriage is climate controlled so...air-conditioned when its hot. The best part is the glass bottom of the carriage so you can see everything.

Covid-free, very clean. Fun to go up so high and see everything.We paid to park in the lot, its private.Its not free, we saw people getting tickets.Gondola was ventilated and nobody has to share!. $14.

The sky wheel is located on the board walk. It was a really cute location. It was a nice ride but the kids running it were so busy talking to each other, that it felt like they could care less about the people boarding. Did not say if there were safety rules or not. Besides that the view was beautiful. We had a nice day to go force ride.

Loved this place. We didnt feel rushed. The ride was smooth and peaceful. Would be really nice if we could select music inside the cart but we turn on some music on our phones. Loved the changing colors of the wheel, the view was nice. We also went at night, the music was great and the staff took group photos. Interestingly enough we noticed a gender reveal party was on the ways. The Skywheel turned Blue, its was a boy! I found this to be incredibly cute. What a fantastic idea?!

My sister and I went to the SkyWheel during the off season (December) and I just wanted to really shout out the staff. From the moment we bought our ticket the lady at the desk was so friendly. While in line some drunk guys were making us really uncomfortable, especially since they were the only ones in line with us. We told the staff who were all so understanding And spaced us out from the guys. They continued to watch them and had security walk us out after also feeling like something was off. Everybody was so kind from start to finish. And the view was beautiful (Of course).

The sky wheel is awesome!!! Definitely looks imposing from the outside but when you get in its a different story. I was pleased to see the staff disinfecting the cabs after every ride. We got in and it seemed scary initially but the ride was so smooth and tranquil you hardly feel like youre a couple hundred feet in the air.The views up there are worth a million bucks! You can see both the beach and strip from both directions as far as the eyes can see! You also get your moneys worth on the sky wheel because I believe it made about 4 rotations. Thats a lot considering the size of the wheelWhat a fantastic experience. I will definitely add the sky wheel to my list of things to do from now every time I visit my home away from home, Myrtle Beach.

A good value for your money. Each car is air conditioned. The wait is not too long and the view is spectacular! You go around about 4 times so you can see a lot or have a great discussion if you need privacy.

The beach was very nice, of course not crowded at all because of covid-19 and because its November. The air was chilly but the water was not freezing cold. We didnt go way into the water just ankle deep. Our walk along the beach was pleasent and watching the waves come in was soothing.

The ride is nice. We got five revolutions that lasted about eight minutes. The picture package is way overpriced, but it was kind of rewarding to think they have to toss them as no one in our group purchased them.

The staff was very courteous and polite. Sanitized to the best of there ability. I felt safe to ride.

This is a very cool experience. Its about 200 feet tall at the top. The views of the ocean, beach, city, and sunsets are amazing. You get about five turns on the wheel and there is also an emergency button if you have little kids or adults that need to get off early. All in all, this is cool and worth the expense.

Is was nice . But honestly no like the Google picture.. be aware there is males volunteer them self to help to take it your picture. All bad and off. And then ask you for payments not cool at all

They made sure everything was clean and folks were spaced out properly. Joe, the fella in the store was very friendly. Loved chatting with him. We purchased tickets online so it was all no touch. Wonderful views even in a cloudy day.

It was a beautiful ride. 4 rotations. Very nice workers. If you buy your tickets online, you will save time. We literally were able to walk right in. Oh and as we exited the cart, a worker went right in and began to sanitize.

Go at sunset and you will not be disappointed. Actually, great views are had from here most of the time. It is inexpensive and great fun for the whole family. Plan ahead a bit as there can be a long line during the busiest days of summer.

The experience was nice. Up to 6 people can fit in one cabin. I went after dark and what I didnt like was that the window tint and the lights inside and outside of the cabin made it hard to see far. So, If you want to see far when at the top go during the day.

Great way to get an aerial view of Myrtle Beach. The cabins are spacious and air conditioned. The ride lasts about 10-12 minutes and is a nice break from all the hustle and bustle of the beach life.

Awesome experience! The wheel went around three times with some good pauses, which made it feel worth the ticket price! Social distancing wasnt enforced in the line, and many customers didnt wear masks, so keep that in mind going into it. But they did enforce their policy of no strangers being asked to ride together, which was much appreciated! We went at around 9:30 and enjoyed beautiful views of the city and ocean.

This was soo fun. Great location right at the boardwalk and has bathrooms!! We came with our parents in their 70s and it was a great family time. We found the tickets affordable and we even got the souvenir picture!! You get to ride around 4 times and it takes 12-15 minutes. Staff was all friendly and helpful and communicated well with riders. We will definitely come back!!

Very clean, as always. Make sure you see what discounts you can get. Blue-green guests can get $2 off per person when they show key card. 20 bucks for the photo bundle qt the end. The cabbies have nice cool a/c. Also you get beautiful views and its right in the heart of the strip. The lines can take a minute and it is hard to social distance till you get in. My kids and family really enjoyed it.

The cars are climate controlled and comfortable. There is room for four people in the cars. Might be interesting doing at night to see what the city looks like.

Sooooo beautiful but a little scary being high up we ended early.

Good ride. Gives you a good view of the Myrtle Beach boardwalk and promenade.The ride takes you around three times. At busy times there might be a bit of a wait to get on. Though people in line may not wear a mask or wear it properly, the operators are allowing only one party/group on each cab.

I like this skywheel a lot. The locations is nice and the wait is kind of long. The prices are rather large and the skywheel boxes are nice and air conditioned. But hey at least you get to see the ocean.

Loved the sky wheel a must see in Myrtle Beach staff was friendy and informative. Only down side but not worth a star is in the park at night was alot of people down on their luck which makes it a bit uncomfortable if you have young children. Very nice ride to be on and you get nice views of Myrtle Beach, however it is a bit pricey and small in the cabin.

I have been on the skywheel twice and love it every time! The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I went once in October and had no wait time and I went recently in July and had about a 20 minute wait. It was well worth it! Ive gone as the sun is setting both times and enjoyed the Breathtaking view! Definitely spend the money, you wont be sorry!

This was a nice experience. The skywheel has climate controlled enclosed seating, enough for four people. You get four circuits for the one fee. You get to see quite far from the seats. It is hot when the sun beats on you through the glass. It is pretty steady and does not shake or sway too much.

Very fun for the price and great view!

We have been on many observation wheels (London Eye, Pigeon Forge, TN etc) and this one is fabulous.Its a very large wheel and takes around 40 minutes for a full revolution. Once you are up there you are treated to some amazing views. We went in the daytime, but cant wait to go back at night.The price is reasonable for a resort town.There is no specific parking for the wheel, though there is typically plenty of street parking available.

A little pricey but youre on the beach so its expected. My little girl loved it.

It is a great place but the management is not doing enough for the safety of visitors and no distance maintained between people in the queue. I doubt that they are doing enough for the sanitation during this Covid-19 crisis.Was disappointing for my family and friends during this long weekend.

We highly recommend the SkyWheel at the Myrtle Beach. Top view from the SkyWheel is another world. Great view from the top. The Wheel goes 4 cycles. Price is about ~$15 per person at the time we went there. Nearby there is a pier and also a lot of restaurants out there.

Definitely an adrenaline rush.... Had a wonderful view as well.... Loved it!

Parking next door ($4), peaceful with no music in gondolas, great views, nice staff.

It’s one of the major attractions at Myrtle beach. We were here around Christmas time and rode on the skywheel during the daytime. I feel it’s the best time as you can get good pictures and videos on a bright sunny day. The carts move slowly and makes round 4,5 times so that it’s easy to get steady pictures. The tickets were 16$ per adult. Loved the experience. There’s parking lot right besides the place, so that not much walking required to reach there.

Convenient options to purchase tickets online at a discount. Quick check in at the ticket counter when u arrive...since this was winter, there wasnt a long queue. Ride was very comfortable, with controlled temperature in the cabin. view from the top was great, a view of the beach and the strand. Total number of rotations was 4. The kids loved it!

We had so much fun on the Skywheel. It didnt take too long to get on & we went around at least 4 times!

Worth every penny if you get a chance go for the VIP experience.

I went in early October, around noon. About a 15 minute ride. I used Groupon ($9). Loved it.

Scared me to death but the family loved it. They would deffinetly go again. Quite pricey but worth it if youre in the area.

Me and my grandson went on it at night it was amazing the lights all over myrtle beach wereso beautiful to see from the top of the sky wheel it pretty cool in the day to but night time is my choice

Loved the skywheel so much! It was super hot outside, so having the air conditioner in each cart was so nice. And you get your moneys worth. It goes around like 10 times and each time is very slow. The view it amazing. It was very nice and well maintained. They even had a emergency stop button it one would get scared and need to be the next cart let off. If you aren’t afraid of heights I would say this is something you will have to try out. If you are afraid of heights I would say this is something you will not want to do because it is such a long time spent in the air. It’s not like it just goes around twice and it’s done. It goes around like 10 times. Also with the pricing, we got our tickets from a 3rd party and it was like 7 dollars a person instead of 13 which makes a difference when you are on vacation spending lots of money.

We had a great experience during our ride on the Myrtle Beach Skywheel. The crew got us on and off fast, and seemed knowledgeable. You have a fantastic view of the ocean! This wheel is a bit different if you are afraid of heights. I LOVE heights, but even I can say that there is something just a bit more frightening about this wheel compared to Las Vegas, Pigeon Forge, Chicago, St. Louis, etc. The photo you are offered is not really worth the money, when you can just take your own. It is difficult to get to, and a bit confusing. Otherwise, a good experience.

Such an amazing boardwalk. Very family oriented for all age groups. Shops, restaurants and pizzerias. All of your favorites.

It looks more cool outside than the actual ride. You will get about 10-15 minutes ride to bird like look at the Myrtle Beach and snap a few pictures. But actually it is not as much fun as I thought it would be for the price of $14. So if I knew it in advance I would probably skip this attraction.

The skywheel is an decent ride. You get in a 4 seater glass pod then it takes you around like a normal Farris wheel. Each glass pod is air conditioned, but there really isnt anything special that separates it from a normal Farris wheel. It costs $14 per adult and that lets you ride for 10 min. Once up there, there is a good view since it is on beachfront/boardwalk, but I still dont think it is worth the cost.

The whole family got to do this together, and it was fantastic! It also offered a reprieve from the heat, as the carts are air conditioned. The views were beautiful, and I loved sharing this experience with my kids!
