Amazing place to visit. Many things to do for people if all ages. The lights at night are beautiful.

My 7 y/o daughter had the best time on the ropes course. She was nervous the first time and didnt take the trickier portions but wanted to go back the next day and was able to do each section. Get $2 off coupons from welcome centers around town.

The staff members were great. There was an issue with my daughter’s pictures from the zip line, so they let her go again so we could get the pictures they even let my son go even though his pictures came out. They were very helpful and I definitely will go again.

Had a blast riding all the tides and feeding the fish.It was worth every penny spent there.Fed the fish and bought toys for the girls and hats and t shirts and tons of gifts.Great times.

You pay way to much to only do it one time which was NOT explained when paying for it at Wonderworks. The lady said we could do everthing more then once, come and go as we please and do everything till 9pm when they close. Never once did she say you could only do this 1x!! Was very mislead and the kids very upset about it.... But the experience itself was good. My kids loved the zip line. The Ropes course is in direct sunlight so it was really hot in the middle of the day so they didnt stay up there long at all....

Dont go in the afternoon when its 95°. If you want to save money, buy the Groupon at least 25 hours in advance. Youll get to do both for $19.Course was nice. I felt very secured on my hardest. There were 4 of us at any given time, so I guess there is a plus side to going in 95° heat.You must empty your pockets. They have lockers available for $2 an hour.Will definitely go again next time I visit Broadway on the Beach.

Kids had a blast and the prices were great! They stayed open till 11pm so we had plenty of time for Wonder Works exhibit too! Honestly just a great time for my family

Zip line was fun for all the family. It was quick enough considering how many people were there. They did a good job at making you feel that they had full control of the experience and that you were in good hands. Not sure if well try it again but Im glad we got to do it as a family. Kids seemed to enjoy it a good bit. Wife and I liked it as well.

My kid loved it! You soar across the lake at Broadway at Beach, and you go twice - once in each direction. We bought the VIP ticket at Wonderworks that included the zipline. Not sure if it is the same price to purchase there. There is also a ropes course.

We did enjoy the zip line even though it was short BUT we did not have a good experience on the rope course. Our 11 year old tried to make it around but got deathly afraid part of the way through. We asked the workers for help and they appeared very put out. They made it clear that the only reason they were allowing our son to turn around and go back the way we came (the shortest route) was because they weren’t very busy. We were asked to wait off to the side for him. We did this but then we were yelled at to move another 20ft further to sit and wait on these benches since our course was completed. Uh, NO! Our son was petrified and we wanted him to know we were close by and everything was going to be ok. We were yelled at again to move. You’d better believe we yelled back that we weren’t moving til our son was safe on the ground. Please don’t go on this unless you are positive that you will be able to complete the entire course. The workers don’t have any empathy let alone customer service skills. It was not worth the money.

Very nice staff. Very courteous. Its not the most exciting Zipline youll try but its good for first time trying Zipline. Good for kids, very secure and clean. You can also buy a combo package that includes the Wonder Works upside down fun house. Totally worth it.

Great experience! Zipline was really cool. Kids loved it! Obstacle course was really hard. Thought I was gonna need an ambulance.. No joke! Fourth level was way way hard... Just a warning!

This was a fun activity. Did the rope climbing course and zip line. It takes a few steps on the course to get your nerve up. You then climb from level to level. There are 4 levels with varying degrees of climbing difficulty on each level. The zip line is easy -- just sit and ride.

The teenager climbed and explored safely in a well-maintained and -supervised structure for over an hour. The prices were quite reasonable for the ropes course, somewhat higher for the zip line, and they do have a nice combination rate. Military discount available.

This was a great first experience to have on the first day of vacation! Staff super friendly (and safety oriented) even the girl who was at her first day on the job, couldn’t tell! She was well trained! The jungle gym looking thing with all the kids on it was actually way more frightening than the zip lining! Definitely great for a thrill if you’re up for a bigger challenge! Only gripe is the pay-per-hour lockers (not sure if company affiliated but too conveniently located) were a bit more complicated than need be. They will snap photos of you on the returning zip-trip, even if the pics turn out a bit goofy GET THEM! They’re worth the memories but not the regret (of NOT getting them! )

Everyone is super friendly and helpful to get you harnessed up for a safe trip across the water and back. They also make sure your hike over the ropes course is safe as well.

Too windy for young kids to go on today. Had to take a rain check for her. Breeze feels good though!

It was costly but fun,the equipment was new and safe,not to much of a waiting time,the ride was quick though.

Dont waste your money unless you are ok with the course being terrible, but dont mind paying the price for the zipline. Otherwise for half the cost, the indoor ropes course is way better!

Went for soar and explore. The ropes course was fine but then came the zip line. Very poorly ran . The workers obviously hate their job. We waited and waited. Around 5 people went in 45 minutes. Weather was not an issue. I talked to the manager and he said they have had a line all day. I explained to him that the only reason they had a line is because no one is zipping. Any other place we could have went at least 5 times thru. Very, very poorly ran. No one works together and on top of that, youve got to question the safety aspect. If they treat safety the same way they work and treat their paying patrons, I would never go again.

The staff here were obsessed with safety, which is a good thing. The staff were also very friendly and the kind of people you would want to talk too. I do think the Zipline was a little overpriced. Instead of $19.99 I think $9.99 would be a better price to offer. At $20 it is hard to do over again but at $10 it would be hard to say no.

Only did the zipline portion. The cashier station where you check-in was a little slow. Also they tell you that you that you have to empty your pockets and can put them in a locker but failed to mention that you have to rent the locker. Staff was a bit rude

They have 2 zip lines but only use one. I asked the staff why they dont use both and they explained that they dont want the lines to be overworked and there wasnt enough staff to catch two people. But that was no fun being as though I went as a couple. Staff isnt really attentive and they are slow. The ropes course was a lot of fun and challenging.
