Under new ownership and they have a lot of work ahead of them, my first impression, they hit the ground running. I hope they keep up the momentum and really turn that place around.

Liberty They have new trailers every since new owner ship we have to pay lot rent a extra 10dollars every year so just warning you. Ive lived here since 2000 .

Alot of the trailers are older,and run down,and more then 20% of the lots are empty.
