Delaware Acres Mobile Community

Landords are extremely rude and invasive. They were over all the time doing something to the place. The man always put his two cents in about everything and even admitted people found him rude but not to take him that way. When we were late mowing a few times they drove by and took pictures of our lot and sent them to us in a letter that would be taped to our door only after we left for work. The landlords also did not take care of the community at all! There is debri from old trailers all over the place. The website advertises a clubhouse but it isnt open. It also advertised a play area which the landlords tore down. From what I understood talking to neigbors (who are wonderful, wonderful people) the place didnt used to be too bad. Now everyone is moving due to the landlords. Moving here in the first place was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. It has been such a relief to be gone from here. Highly dont recommend living here.

We were purchasing a mobile home from this place and recently had to emergency move due to our mobile home being covered in black mold and making us really sick. Had to throw away alot of of things. Had a mold specialist come out and said it had been covered up before we moved in, because there is no way all that mold came about in the 4 months weve been there! Beware and DO NOT go there!!

Very rude people in the office. will be taking my money and living elsewhere. if I could give 0 stars I definitely would
