80-90% of the trailers are completely abandoned. Definitely gives off a heeby jeeby vibes..just plain old creepy!

A very bad place to live a lot of criminal activity very bad maintenance the woman that works out there dont do their job as for the maintenance man they like to be threatening theyre womanizers all the homes are falling apart slumlord alley

I visit my Aunt, when here. 5 Stars, reflects that experience. As for the Park itself, the rating would be much lower. Sparsely populated. No curbs, for the streets. No modern improvements. The staff, as for what she tells me, is very helpful and takes care of the residents well. Quiet and peaceful. The only real drawback, would be the age of the trailers.

It was a very nice place back in the day now its empty with a bunch of abandoned trailers. The reason most of them are abandoned bc the owners hired a douch how got alot of ppl evicted bc of made up bs

Lol its a mini ghetto itself. Dont expect many good things to happen if you move.
