Holiday Park

Wonderful community! Has beautiful tree’s and is well cared for.

Very nice and safe place to live for families. Very well kept.

Its a nice mobile home community. And they have great race on their lot rent with a lot of new modern homes and not a lot of old trailers there either!

Some of the lots are looking ran down.

Holiday Park is one of the best laid back trailer parks in Delaware County quiet people stay the self and not nosey very friendly clean atmosphere overalls the best trailer park in Delaware County

This place is a nice looking community, but they are honestly way too strict. The list of rules for the park and for your lot is 3x as thick as the actual lease for the lot. They also raise your lot rent every year no matter what

They are rude
