Just bought a trailer here and the manager was super nice and made sure to explain everything to me and answer any and all questions. Did a walk through and everything that was an issue was fixed within a week. I have heard horror stories about previous management and maintenance but I think now Countryview Farms has a much better team running the community. Well done!

Went for a tour of the trailers with my fiancée. Dawn was very sweet and the park looked nice!Edit: Went back for another tour and LOVED the ones we were shown. Our guide was also very sweet!

Its affordable and the msnagement is sweet and friendly, but its not a great place when you work overnights and are suppose to sleep during the day with music so loud your walls/windows are vibrating for hours on end every single day.... This obviously wont be a permanent home like i was hoping :/

Its a nice Mobile home community. It used to be trash here and lots of drama and drugs. I didnt see any of that this time. The people I had to visit are a joke but the community is nice.

I was lost finding the place. The lady was really nice and took me the place by phone until I got there. I had a tour, and like what I seen.

Just went for info.I will be moving in next week. Been here a month so far. It is quiet!

Maintenance sucks, cant get nothing done right

I cant but complain of the certain people around us thats been a thorn in our side since they have moved in. Cars in and out all times of day and night. Noisy at night, trash cans sitting in the street. Not following the guide lines of the community. Other neighbors with four cars one with flat tire, half sitting in the street. I thought only two cars per lot was allowed. When people check out this park, they may not want to move in because of the way it looks. I brought this to the attention of the manager when we moved in, but all we were told was they have been wrote down for violations. So thats it? I like my home and this place has a good maintenance man. But the trash needs picked up!

This mobile home park is cheap and affordable! They do their best to keep it looking good and making it feel like home! Its not a bad little place to live and raise a family! With their affordable pricing you can take care of your family and live a comfortable life and you can even have the option of buying your own home and becoming a home owner!

Kids run wild, they do not get out of the street. The maintenance and management are a joke. Almost never anyone to answer the phone. Management changes every couple months. Lot rent constantly increases. Check plumbing before getting on a contract, it may be running straight down under your trailer. When there’s a big water leak from someone’s trailer, everyone’s water bill goes up. Prepare to get write ups and notices. Make sure your car doesn’t sit too low, the speed bumps are abnormally tall. It’s not a nice place to live

Been living here almost 2 years and in that time we gone thru uncountless amount of site managers we can’t keep anyone in the office in overall the service sucks

There is no community at all. tried so many times to creat a since of community but they label me a monster cuz management sent his bf to run me out the park and I ran him up is his truck. they use the polic as their personal bouncers and will raise your reant an fee you till you move so they can sell your trailer again.

I have stayed a day or two here at my daughter and her mans house. I dont have any place to stay..

Nice place, but when you go out you can hear cursing and yelling. Maybe not physical but verbal abuse. Park is clean.

Management sucks here. If you buy a home here the lot rent is reasonable but they take there slow time getting you the lot rent bill so you send it late. If they charge you late fees have to fight to say sorry you send it late you get it late

A beautiful and diverse community!We have lived out here for a little over a year now and we absolutely love it! The staff that run the community are a plus!! Super sweet and helpful!

If you have 1200 to $1,500 to throw away and love hidden fees and rent being raised. Or fines for having one leaf or a rock in yard this place is for you. Oh and dont forget not having water every other week.

To bad there is no stars or minus stars.They dont honor what they say, dont stop the constant noise. If you want to live with riff Raff then live here.

The mobile homes look like they are starting to be updated! They are better than what they used to look like back in the early 90s looks like someone is trying to make a difference in the park!

Id give less stars if possible. Management changes every few months, but the bugs... They never leave. Cockroaches can be seen in droves crossing the street at night. You may make it a few months, or even a year without them invading your trailer, but eventually someone near you will move out, and management will bug-bomb the empty house, sending the roaches running to you in herds. Roaches, bedbugs, headlice, meth-heads, and sex offenders are the long-term residents. Which is sad, because so many good families try to make this their home, only to have everything stolen or infested, before they escape this slum.

Did a drive thru to pick up an acquaintance that needed a ride. Seemed somewhat clean, somewhat quiet. Might not be too bad of a place. But those speed bumps man! I understand the purpose of them I have a child myself, but geez. You need a four wheel drive just to climb those suckers.

If I could rate this zero I would. There is a bad roach infestation in the park. No matter how clean your house is, you will always get roaches due to the infestation. Talked with the manager about spraying the park since this is a widely known issue and she will tell she can send someone to spray your house for a 75.00 one time fee. Which is useless if the whole park is not being sprayed. She also tried to sell my daughter a trailer that had a bad mold infestation and told her it would be her responsibility to clean it up. Please take your money, sanity and family else where.

Truly a 0 Star review......Owner/ Manager was rude to us as potential customers. Our experience was horrendous... I wouldnt recommend living the neighborhood.

Trailer park, rental property and you can buy on contract. Its a great place to live

They really need new management. They are friendly before you move in. Once they get your money they are not very responsive. They were supposed to put new gravel in my drive and Ive never seen it.

Its ok if you need a cheap place to live. It sucks if you think youre getting some semblance of quality. Expect a lot of yelling and unsupervised children and teens.

I have lived here for 4 years and 3 managers later and who knows how many attics they have moved in here I have seen a girl dragged down the road and my kids witnessed this also at this time we have been without management I have had my dog for the whole time I have been here and every time they try to make me get rid of my dog not happening not today
