I love going to this park and having a bonfire with friends. I love how the parking lot is right by the bonfire pit which makes loading and unloading a breeze. The views of the mountains and the ferry’s are amazing. Great fighting/crabbing spot too.

Nice seaside park. Panoramic views of Widby Island and the sea. Plenty of parking and easy access. Pet and people friendly. Accessible by public transportation. Clean. Safe. Businesses nearby offer fine dining, pub and fast food. Enjoy your meal by the sea while seating on a drift log!

Great place to walk around and visit while socially distancing. Visited on a Sunday, all the buildings were closed but plenty of room to walk with a toddler. Watch the car ferries come and go. Walk down to the water and generally let the kids explore. Near to Ivars if your willing to wait on the ferry terminal crowds to get a Togo order

Such a beautiful lighthouse. I love that if you stick around and scan the water you can usually see a seal or two.

An amazing spot to bring family, have picnics, go for walks, bring your pets and take great scenic photos of the lighthouse and Puget Sound.Theres is plenty of parking. The park is also handicapped friendly with wheelchair ramps.What a beautiful area.

It is a beautiful park with plenty of parking. I am sure it would be worthy of 5 stars during non-COVID times. I specially loved the fire pits on the beach. Bring wood and try some of the ales from the nearby brewery.

Beautiful place to take some pictures at. The beach was okay... the sand wasnt as clear and clean as I thought... it had a lot of rocks and sticks in it.

The light house is beautiful and just beside the dock, many people hang out there, so maybe you could spend 2 hours sitting by the beach and enjoy the view and peace.

This is a really nice park near the beach! Lots of parking (paid) and a lot of space for kiddos to run around.The area is really clean. The playground equipment is in great shape and it’s nice being so close to the beach! This is just a really great place to bring your kids and dogs, or alone for some peace and views.

One of the top picturesque parks in Western Washington. Watch the ferries come and go, eat Ivars seafood or ice cream . Always a relaxed family friendly vibe here.

A neat little old lighthouse, with some historic buildings around. They had pamphlets for a self guided tour, which interesting information. The boxes they stored them in werent very well sealed however, so all the pamphlets were soaked - we took one out and air dried it as we walked, and that worked well enough. Their information signs arent very well cared for either... But regardless, its a cute little light house with a nice view, and the beach walk is a nice, short little walk. Saw a lot of dogs, as it seems a good place to bring them, and as we were leaving a few families were starting up fires.

If you like spending nights at the lake then you would definitely like this.

Cute little spot to soak in some east-coast-feeling vibes on the west “coast”. Salt water in the Puget Sound, ferry boat sightings, a little lighthouse, and the best part: twin boat docks to walk out in to see the silvery schools of fish swimming around.

Clean and well kept, but it was closed so we didnt get to go inside.The plaques outside offer some history and cultural discussion.Right next to where the ferry loads and unloads, so its easy to get to.

The jewel of Mukilteo with a beach and a beautiful light house. My wife takes a walk there almost every day. In summer time, we launch boat and go fishing every week.Speaking of boating, us boaters should keep in mind that we are sharing the space with other people who are enjoying the beach and the lighthouse. Please be considerate. Please do NOT yell out loud, do NOT curse around just so that you can finish YOUR business quicker. We have family with kids in the park. We have people having their wedding ceremonies in the light house. Be considerate, be respectful.For some reason, certain people believe boat trailers should line up alone the southwestern curve of the parking lot for staging. You do NOT do that. If you do, you will easily block wheel chairs going between the beach and the light house, you will occupy the walking trail, and you will be on the left lane against the traffic arrow. Instead, use the 2 trailer parking lanes as the staging area. The 2 trailer parking lanes should minimize the interference with the non-trailer traffic.On crabbing and salmon fishing days, the boat ramp can be extremely crowded. (Meanwhile it is also prime time for other people to enjoy this beautiful park.) Please be aware that this boat ramp will NOT save you time just because it is physically closer to possession bar. You will be much quicker if you go further north to the Everett boat ramp. You will find 11 protected boat ramps, well marked driving/launching lanes, and plenty of trailer parking.

I like to come here, walk around, look around grab some fish and chowder from Ivars, sit on a log on the beach, walk through the park, sit on the bench and watch the ferries come and go. In my opinion its better to come here during the colder months.

Cute park up against the sound, has a historical lighthouse and gift shop. Other side is beach access, fire pits and driftwood for miles. Parking lot can be crazy and chaotic so arrive early, beat the crowds early. There is about 5-6 fire pits and no burning of driftwood. Theres bathroom and a playground for the littles nearby. Enjoy and please watch your children here, its a boat dock area and its constantly flowing with people.Nearby you have several restaurants, ice cream shop directly across the street and the ferry boat launches on the opposite street. Ivars seafood restaurant is located at the other corner as well.

Such a fun time! Dogs, kids, kites, and parks! So much fun for a family day or even a nice walk. You have to pay to park but overall was a great trip!!!

This park is just a few minutes walk from the Mukilteo-Clinton ferry. At night, it gets super dark and it makes for a spectacular star gazing site. Plenty of parking with tables and benches throughout, there are also a handful of firepits. And, if youre into Pokémon GO... it is teeming with Pokestops and Gyms. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby if you get hungry during your Pokéhunt! Enjoy!

Great place to watch the sunset. Lots of people around this area so if you are looking for a quiet place, this is not it. They have some fire pits nearby on the beach. A ice cream shop right down the road and a brewery across the street.

Plenty of parking for a fee, public restrooms, picnic tables, benches, handicap accessible, fire pits on the beach. Light house to tour. Icecream and resteraunts within walking distance. Rocky beach great for beach combing. One of our families favorite spots.

Real neat little lighthouse! It was closed (but still awesome) when we went by. Definitely planning to go back by to visit the little museum in the lighthouse. Beautiful views of Mt. Baker, Whidbey, and the Puget Sound. Theres a full park near by as well as an Ivars, boat launch, and the ferry access.

I have came here since I was 4... Im 27 now... Years later, still a beautiful place with a great sense of community.

This is a lively park, lots going on here! Theres fire pits and grass to a sandy beach and tall lighthouse. Ive been coming here for years to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. Its usually quite windy and Mukilteo speedway can get jammed with ferry traffic but those are the only downsides. Heated bathrooms are wonderful in winter I usually see lots of people bringing their dogs and kids here, there is a small playground area for kids too! Oh and a boat launch! The Sounder train passes by occasionally, making a ton of noise but only briefly. This place -- as you might expect -- is busier on the weekends and always in the summer. They usually have the farmers market in the parking lot too, however theyve cancelled the Mukilteo farmers market this year.

First visit to Mukilteo Lighthouse park was to catch a glimpse of the Northern lights. Despite the light pollution, we were able to see a decent light show. Great option for Aurora viewing without a long drive. Calm, clean and well-maintained.

Beautiful park with an old lighthouse. However, civilians cannot access to the lighthouse building. Beside that, theres nothing bad here. I recommend yall to come here during summer time because Mukilteo beach is really beautiful in the summer with yellow sand and deep-blue water

This place is tons of fun and located perfectly next to a few restaurants and coffee shops! Kids loved the beach and finding the little crabs under the rocks!

Its beautiful and convenient. Watching the ferries come with a nice bowl of soup from the shop on the corner is a relaxing experience.

Best part is $1 for 30 min parking and good neighborhood to walk around

Its sort of crowded but that is because it is such a great Beach and if you see the kid thats cleaning with the red face mask on be really cool to him because hes really a kind guy just a temporary worker a part-time worker there or a new worker Im not sure hes not one of the regulars anyways thats all I have to say and the ranger theres pretty cool too the dark-haired one that drives a little car

This place has basically everything youd want in a Seattle coastal park: the Puget Sound, a ferry, little shops, little restaurants, sand, rocks, piers, docks, grass, driftwood, art, plenty of parking, a passing train, and even electric car charging and a lighthouse.

I love this park! The beach is also apart of it. You can swim, fish or make a fire in the fire pits. Ivars (resturant) is just down the street for a quick bite to eat.

Very nicely maintained lighthouse and adjacent historic homes. Worth taking a look at for a few minutes. The beach is nice too.

On some days lighthouse open and you can get inside to enjoy the view from lighthouse and shop at small store inside.

Very nice beach and facilities, with restaurants and the Whidbey Island ferry nearby. Lighthouse is open for tours on the weekends during the warmer months.

Stopped by this little tourist spot in Mulketio, 15 minutes from Everett. The lighthouse was closed but the gates to walk the grounds were open. Nice views, I saw a sea lion and you can watch the ferries pull in and out of port.

Gods, what an absolute beautiful place. There was so much history here and getting to explore on such a beautiful day was magical.Some stuff to know: Parking isnt free and this place is almost always packed, so be prepared! There were usually a lot of bonfires, people fishing, and a lot of activity. It is right next to the ferry dock in Mukilteo, so traffic can also be hard. There are public bathrooms at the lighthouse area itself, but they arent clearly marked. There is a gift shop in one building that was worth stopping in at. You can go tour there lighthouse itself, but there was a wait when I was there. Only groups of 5 at a time.There are opportunities to volunteer here if youre interested!

Its a beautiful spot. We had dinner Mukilteo and decided to take a walk. Someone leaving the restaurant recommended this instead of the neighborhood. Many families there kite flying, barbequeing, hanging out, playing volley ball, etc.
