Museum tour is amazing. There are lot of things to learn.Boeing tour is also interesting. You CANNOT carry bags, purses, mobile phones, foods, drinks etc. You can use the locker to keep your things safe before your Boeing tour. Once the is over, you can open your locker and get the things back.It is Complimentary. When we visited the museum, Robotic workshop was there. It was fun. There is a cafe shop. Pastries, Sandwiches are there. And there is a place to sit and enjoy snacks, food brought it from home too.Enough number of restrooms One can go and stand on the terrace and watch, take photos.Overall nice experience.
Amazing experience! Its crazy how they are able to make airplanes. The tour guide was very funny and knowledgeable. The Boeing store us fun and full of nice souvenirs for all ages, and even at an affordable price. You are not allowed cellphones and cameras inside but they have free lockers you can use.
The Boeing Future of Flight Museum is so amazing. It tells and shows you all about the history of Boeing and it also has interactive centers that teach you about flight. There is also a tour that you can go on and you get to see the production of some of the planes, but you have to be at least 4 feet tall to go. In all the Boeing Future of Flight Museum is amazing and I would recommend it to all who are interested.
$10 Entry fee. Mask natzis ARE in force. The Museum IS very nice & Well done.IF you like planes... This IS the place.
The Boeing Everett factory tour was the most memorable part of my trip to Seattle. The humongous complex where they make the airplanes and the different lined up planes in production is amazing. The Future of Flight museum is a great place to spend a day. The various models kept there are intriguing and fascinating. Along with that the different types of simulations and videos about the innovations at Boeing make you remember about your childhood dreams of becoming an astronaut and going to the moon.
This was a very well kept facility. Staff were attentive. Great place for avation buffs.
Most amazing experience. Staff were super nice and when we missed our tour they just changed our tickets to the next one. A lot of walking and the building is huge. Good views of the assembly line. As for the museum at the Future of Flight building, the observation deck had great views of the airport. A 747 Dreamlifter pulled in right next to the museum as we got there. Good views of the airplanes, and even spotted the 777-9 test plane. It was mid June and very hot (mid 80s) and the deck has no protection so bring sunscreen if hot or umbrella if raining. Air traffic besides small planes was minimal but if a large wide body took off you’d be super close. The museum itself was fine and the above and beyond exhibit was entertaining. I would recommend overall even if you are not into aviation.
4.5 ... take the Boeing tour.. worth it... but so was the gift shop and slide shows etc. Wished there were more aircraft displays esp the WWII and fighter jets!!! Ample parking .. enjoy
If you’re anywhere in the area do yourself a favor and come on out for a tour of the Boeing factory. This factory is producing the 777 and 787. The single isle factory is further down south. Be sure and make your reservation ahead of time to do the tour of the factory as it does book up pretty far in advance. Give yourself time to go through the museum and of course the fantastic gift shop. The gift shop has many cool and unique items relevant to Boeing. And it is surprisingly very affordable!
The great part about the museum is that it is free! You get to learn about Boeings overall involvement in aerospace and that does include planes and space-faring ships! The museum covers extensively about the 747 history since they recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. They also have many interactive exhibits that you can either walk through or play with. And then theres the Boeing factory tour! The ticket price is $25 which includes tax. Definitely worth it! From 2 separate observation decks, you get to see the production lines in full swing! Youll see all models in production. Great place to see and feel the sheer scale of what it takes to build a commercial plane that we take for granted! Plenty of parking available.
Thoroughly enjoyed this place. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
The tour was absolutely amazing! The guides were really friendly and covered every aspect of the museum! I went here twice jus because I loved it here so much! I would definitely recommend for you to come here as well.
Very cool place to see how Boeings are made. Theyre not kidding when they say this is a massive facility. There are six hangars total (you wont get to see them all) and you can see actual planes being assembled for airlines and other customers. Note that photos and cameras are not allowed on the actual tour.... Youll need to store them in free lockers on the lobby before the tour starts.
Really enjoyed the museum and the factory tour. We got there on a beautiful day and the doors were open. You dont realize the size of a commercial airliner when you board one, but when youre on a fourth story balcony and the tail of the 747 is still 20 feet over you, it starts to make sense.Outside of the 777 assembly line was a GE90-115B engine that was taller and wider than the bus we rode on. Guide pointed out that the engine alone is as wide as a 737 fuselage.Museum had some nice exhibits and a really nice gift shop. As someone who loves to know how things are made, this was an excellent tour, although seeing just how thin the skin on a jet is will make you wonder.
If you love plane and space or you are a Boeing fan, you will definitely love here. The tour will take you to the Boeing assembly factory and you can go through the assembly process of Boeing planes. After that, the souvenir store is a great place to shop. All Boeing merchandise such as plane models, shirts, hats etc.. spend a lot here. It’s a very unique experience.
Factory tour, Boeing Future of Flight Museum, gives a good overview on Boeing company, a display downstairs, a panorama deck to see the airfield and the entire site combined with a 90 min tour to the actual plant. You will see 787, 777 and 747 in the making. Not much technical details but a nice view whats going on in the largest building in the world.
The Boeing tour is a must if you’re in the area! It was amazing to see them building airplanes and the massive size of their factory. Well worth the money and the kids seemed to enjoy it as much as the adults. Great view of the runway too from the main museum building.
Superb day visiting Boeings biggest manufacturing facility for 747, 767, 777 and 787. The evolution of technology and dedication of Boeing employees are wonderful. The 90 mins factory tour was the best, as they explain the process. Kudos to the Guides they present lots of interesting information. There is simulator for Hands on experience. Must they this !!! Overall wonderful experience.
The tour was great! Time flew by and before i New it 90 minutes had gone by. Had a look at the New 777x which was nice! Learned very interesting facts and guides are very competent in answering questions. However... No 5 stars because the tour felt a bit like a rush... Would loved to have spent more time or to see more in detail.
I sat in the lot and watched the planes so had a great relaxing day.
It is located 25-30 miles north of Seattle. There are 2 portion of this museum, one is museum and gallery and other one is Boeing factory plane assembly tour which cost 25 bucks. If you are interested in Boeing factory tour then book tickets it in advance, also you have to walk .5 miles as well.BTW no mobiles are allowed during the tour and they provide complimentary lockers for electronics.
Really pretty museum. Many airplanes from different periods of time. I liked the WW1 and WW2 area. There is sound of flying plane and machine guns. Everything is well documented there. We spend 4 hours in the whole museum.
It’s one of the wonderful museum to visit around Seattle. One can to see the assembly line of different Boeing flights. An experienced guide will accompany group of people and take the group around the factory. While walking through the factory they provide the details of the premises and assembly lines. At the end there is shopping center and also sometimes there is chance to see flight take off and landing at the factory premises.
Truly a great experience for aviation enthusiasts. Great staff. Small cafe at lobby. About 90 min total. View the assembly areas for current Boeing airplanes. Good view of runway before or after the tour on roof of main building. Photographs not allowed inside buildings. Small museum in main building is nice also with about 1/2 to 1 hour of exhibits including a flight simulator. About 30 min drive from Seattle.
We were excited to come to Boeing and see the museum and the factory. It is a well-organized tour and fascinating. Our tour guide, Leslie was excellent and enthusiastic about some rare things we were able to see. It is a great company and it so worthy of a visit. The museum is where you start and finish the tour so when the tour concludes you can go to the roof top and watch planes land. Also, there is a snack place to catch a bite. It is good but no culinary feast. We had the grilled cheese sandwich which suited us just perfectly.
Definitely worth a visit. A really interesting insight into how modern aircraft are built. It’s easy to but a timed ticket online. If you just show up you might have hours to wait or miss out. Parking is plentiful and free. A bit of walking but easy even for the unfit like me!
This is the best place I highly recommended you to go here
Really cool experience, highly recommend if youre in washington looking for things to do. Also got to see the 777. Half billion dollar plane
Well worth the drive up from Seattle for this. Getting that close to the massive 747, 777 (and a peek at the new wing of the 777x) and 787 is awesome. Unfortunately they dont let you bring in any cameras or even cell phones :-( into the factory. Tour guide was very knowledgeable about the factory and about planes/aviation.
This museum offers a gallery that showcases major events in Boeing history as well as interactive components for visitors. Tickets are required for the official tour the museum offers, but the gallery/sky deck/interactive components are (generously) at no charge. The facility has a fascinating history in itself, not to mention its own role and contribution to history! Visit to appreciate the ingenuity of humans from around the world to explore the atmosphere we all share. We really are capable of amazing things!
This is the one biggest and massive factory not to be missed if visiting Seattle. The tour is nice, better done on working day to see all assembly line of planes getting assembled. The tour is well organized and informative. The scale of operations is overwhelming and one can literally see parts of planes getting assembled together, and coming out for hand off. The store is good as well as the small museum to know more about jet engines, and the cockpit view is awesome.
The largest building in the world by volume. Hard to comprehend the size until your standing next to and inside this magnificent building, watching the workers build amazing machines that travel this world. The tour took us to see 747/767 mostly freighter/tanker lines, then 777/787 lines. The tour is slightly over priced but well worth it if you love airplanes. Having never been in a factory before, the sounds of the workers machines putting together the parts of the aircraft were just awesome.
Definitely recommend the tour, which comes with the exhibition hall. Our tour guide, Eric, was extremely knowledgeable on all things Boeing and the factory tour was well worth the 90 minutes and admission fee. Going on a weekday you can see the hustle and bustle of the factory, with workers in every corner. The tour ends in the gift shop, of course, but their items are well priced and plenty of clearance/sale items as well!
I came here for my birthday and it was amazing!! I loved looking around at all the history of Boeing as well as the interactive games of flight that are in the main building. The tour itself was awesome and it was cool to see so many different planes. I even got to see 3 Dream Lifters and there’s apparently only 4 in the world! How cool! The tour guide gave a ton of information and he was very funny. I’d love to come back again!
It was memorable ! I would do it again in a heartbeat So worth it
For AV geeks, this is a must see. Unfortunately they don’t allow cameras on the actual tour, which is understandable given the manufacturing process, but wish I could have a few pictures within the factory. Got to see 747, 787, 777, and 767 production lines, fascinating! Tour guide was great at explaining and showing each of the moving parts. Unfortunately it was a drizzly day, so didn’t get any good pictures on the observation deck.
Great tour of a really big & impressive factory!I went there several times with family & friends. People always enjoy visiting it!
One of the best museum. This place is a must visit if you are in Washington. The per head ti ker price is 25$, and in that you will get great insights about the Air crafts and a detailed explanations of how Boeing crafts are being made. The tour is 90 minutes long, you can also see some new air crafts. I recommend this place.
Very fun experience but felt a bit short for how much content could have been covered if the tour was longer. Guides were great and generally informative. Even the non-tour parts were appealing although a bit boring after a short bit. I enjoyed the lookout perch of the exhibits and the open cafe area. Good use of an afternoon and great for all ages.
Really fun tour! Light on the future aspect of flight, but seeing the scale of the production factory is mindblowing. Really cool to see the various processes and how theyve evolved over the years.
Booked a 90min guided group tour online a day before we planned to visit. Ample free parking is available on site. Clean washrooms available right by the main building(in front of gift shop) close to the parking. Cellphones/handbags/ extra misc stuff are not allowed on the guided tours. You can either leave your stuff in your car or they also have lockers free for use. The first few mins of this tour was a brief documentary movie about the history. Then we took a bus to visit the factory buildings to see where the aircrafts are assembled. A little bit of walking outdoors including up and down steep stairways was required (so dress accordingly). The gift shop has some cool aircraft models for kids and adults at very reasonable prices. The tour was very informative.
Even if you are interested or not, you can do this trip just to look at how the man invented wonder is actually made and the effort which goes into it. It is not very exciting but I would say a one time trip doesn’t harm. Its a two hour trip, but during peak season one has to book their tickets in advance. The trip start with a short video about the Boeing and then you would be asked to get onto a bus which travels for around 10 mins to get to one of their huge buildings. From there its a walk for another 40Mins or so for the entire factory walk. The first building features Boeing 777 and then another building for Boeing 787. Once that is done you will be dropped back at the main building. It has a cafeteria inside for food and coffee. Oh yeah, they have a cool gift shop as well.Note: Cameras or mobile phones are not allowed for the tour. They have lockers where you can store them.
Developed Boeing Future of Flight Museum is located in Boeing Factory. Cool place for kids and adults
I went here 5 years ago and it was a great and interesting tour.
For $25 the tour is worth seeing one of the most impressive factories in the great United States of America. It might get a little boring for kids who cant understand all the technical jargon - though simplified. But its definitely fun to go to
The tour is a must do for aviation and engineering lovers. They take you across their hangers and show you how the aircrafts are made. The guides are well read and ensure youre safety. Assistance is provided wherever needed. Do not miss out on the space capsule!
A must do for any aviation enthusiast. A really good insight to how the planes are built. You get to see some really cool stuff. The tour starts with a short film then a bus ride from the visitor centre to the actual factory. Along the way you get to see some really interesting planes if you are lucky. I was able to see 2 DreamLifters (bear in mind only 4 exist) and some already assembled 777X planes as well.In the factory you get to see the assembly line for the 747, 777, 767 and the 787 Dreamliner.I loved the experience and would recommend it to anyone
This is a really great tour. If you want to be in awe of what modern manufacturers can accomplish swing in here and take the tour. Really great staff full of knowledge and super friendly. Its hard to even fathom the scale of what is going on and its a triumph of American ingenuity and accomplishment. The only thing I can compare it to is a NASA tour in its professionalism and content. Take the kids take the family and take this tour. You never know whats going to show up...like this Dreamlifter dropping off a set of 787 wings made in Japan. You may even get a sneak peak at a unique plane like the 777x that has folding wingtips to fit at the gate.(Green plane in my pics trying to hide from view by being really far away ;) ) Thanks Boeing for giving me a glimpse into the possible.
We had Eric as our tour guide. He did a great job leading us around and pumping us full of as much information as he could in the 90 minutes the tour lasts. As far as he is concerned, he definitely earned his 5 stars. The tour itself, for me an aviation nut, is fantastic. The plant itself is just awe-inspiring in its size, complexity, and the things they create. I took off a star because I felt the tour could have easily been another 30-60 minutes longer. There is just so much to see and gawk at, but I felt like we were constantly being shepherded on to the next area. I also felt we werent given any opportunity to ask questions...always feeling like we were interrupting the guide to ask something.
One of the best place to visit in Seattle! We loved visiting Boeing assembly plant. Very nice place to visit. They have biggest building in the world by volume. I believe whole assembly plant is 472 million cubic feet. You can see how 747, 767, 777, 787 Dreamliner, and KC 46 get assembled in same plant. Unfortunately you can’t take any cameras or recording equipments. But they give you an opportunity to take pictures in gallery section in green background and you can chose your own background. In the gallery section they have GE and Rolls Royce engines. Plane cockpit also available to check.
Curtis was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and knew the answer to pretty much any question the group had. The tour is a decent time, you’re not walking so long that your feet hurt. I will say if possible take the tour during a week day so you can see things in motion. Saturday morning was a ghost town on the plant. The gift shop was cheaper than I expected compared to some I’ve seen around the city. Overall I’m glad I got the experience.
Great place to see how the Boeing aircraft is built. I recommend if you are going to visit the Boeing Factory reserve a time at the website. You may have to wait to get on the tour.
Take the 90minute guided tour across The Boeing Factory. Booking in advance for your time slot is recommend, as the slots are usually full. You get to experience one of the largest building on the planet by volume. Inside, they have their own fire department, security team, daycare center, fitness center, medical clinic, water plant, and a cafe. This is the factory where the Boeing 747, 767, 777, and 787 are assembled. P.s. its a handsfree tour and you get free access to lockers to keep your stuff just outside the starting point of the tour.
Amazing gallery with decent information. It is free to get in to the general view area either in the downstairs or on the roof. However, the tours are for: $25 (adults), $23 (seniors +56 years) $15 for (youth =< 15 years). While the tiny kids below 5 years (like mine) are not permitted to the tour but still are welcomed to stay in the downstairs gallery where there are some toys for them.
One of a kind factory. Scale of operations is massive. Take the factory tour its worth it! Our guide Eric (with a C) was fabulous!!
Incredibly interesting. Who knew Boeing did so much and was so huge! We had a very informative tour guide, Eric. Everyone in the family enjoyed our visit.
Future of Flight was on my bucket list for a long time. Enjoyed my trip watching my fav. 777 Boeing assembled. Camera not allowed inside, took pictures from the boarding point of the tour.
It’s like a dream that comes true. I like traveling and love flying in Boeing planes. The 90-min tour of the factory was both informative and fun. Saw the DreamLifter parked in the field. Will try flying to PAE airport in the future :)
Excellent tour guide. ISS module on the exhibition. Broken spacecraft parts and high speed test artifacts I could not imagine before. Interesting future materials. Feel the weight difference of carbon composite and classic aluminium wing parts.
Really cool experience, and fun to see behind the Boeing brand, where the planes are made. I think tours vary by guide. Ours was funny and kept us at an interesting pace. Nice variety of features in the museum area for kids of all ages. Only down side was not being prepared for the cost of the simulator with a group of kids.
Enjoyed my first trip to this museum. Truly remarkable. Will definitely revisit when more friends or family visit Seattle. Highly recommend taking the factory tour. Should take about half a day in total.
It was just okay. When they indicated there was a height requirement for children I thought for sure we were going to walk on a cat walk or something like that. At least see the inner workings especially since you have to turn in your phone. Well either way seeing the planes inprocess was pretty cool. Learning the history of the different aircraft and seeing the lifts that are used to move the pieces of aircraft put into perspective how much work goes into building an aircraft. The facility is also pretty impressive. Just wish we could have seen more.
Great place to stop by and read about Boeings continual legacy. Tons of things to learn and to see the beautiful dreamlifter.
Nice tour and history. Factory is quiet on weekends.
Place is awesome. If you love everything aviation then come here especially since Boeing is an all American legend amongst the aviation world. Plenty of gifts to take home. Food and drinks, clean bathroom. everyone there is so informative and professional.
The most impressive industrial thing Ive ever seen. The scale of the factory is impressive, the tour last for about 90mins and will give you an elevated view of the factory floor. A bit of travel is involved as it is so big. If you like aeroplanes and complex manufacturing, then youll love this. (They dont allow phones inside)
The tour was very interesting. The guide was very familiar w Boeing history and changes to process that allowed the company to increase productivity. The main building is beyond big. It was pretty amazing seeing various parts of planes coming together at various stages of completeness. The crane system for moving parts around the facility really was ingenious.
As an aviation nut I was really looking forward to going and seeing the factories etc, however to find out we couldnt take photos and not even take electronics at all was a shock. Majority of the tour was sitting on a bus and walking through tunnels, however the views once on the gangways was amazing. To see the construction fazes etc. The tour guide however seemed skeptical of peoples questions as though they were trying to get information out of her for Airbus or something! very odd.
What an experience. We took the tour which was about an hour and half. First we watched a video and were instructed that no phones were allowed on the tour. As we were on the bus going to the first factory our awesome tour guide would point out to different parts of the factory and explain everything to us. We went in a tunnel (there are many tunnels and theyre really long. Theyre so long that workers run and work out in them) from the tunnel we took an elevator up and watched the process from above. We witnessed the magnificent of the airplanes and how huge the factory is. Being there just makes you question so many things and thankfully our guide was really helpful and knowledgeable and she answered almost all the questions we had. Except few which were classified. We were also lucky enough to see one of the only 4 dream lifters land and take off. (Thats the big plane that brings parts of the dreamliner planes) overall it is really worth it if you find airplanes impressive and love planes and aerospace.
Amazing to spend time here... definitely do the tour and see how the 737, 747, 767 and 787 are all built. Tour staff super knowledgeable and friendly. There is so much pride in the work being done here and it comes through... loved the experience
Awesome place to know history of boing! Kids really enjoys it!Careful if you are with kids under 48 inches, they won’t be able to join the tour.....
Did the tour here around the Boeing factory which was amazing. The building is massive and super impressive, and its so interesting seeing all the bits and pieces being put into the planes. The tours run super smoothly and are well put together, and the museum was interesting as well. Good gift shop if you have plane enthusiasts to buy for.
Awesome place. Lots of info about all types of air and space travel. Great tour of how they build the planes. Wonderful museum showing all about space exploration. Gift shop filled with all kinds of clothes toys and interesting trinkets. Bought a small stapler shaped like an airplane then ordered more as my kids loved it. T shirts of all kinds are nice quality and reasonably priced. A must stop while in the seattle area. Interesting for all ages. Lots of free parking. Get there early as tours do sell out.
I took a tour with Show Me Seattle, hosted by Lucky (a thoroughly entertaining host), to the Boeing Future of Flight Museum and accompanying Boeing factory tour. Overall, I found the museum itself quite ordinary. A good deal of history on some of the planes, but felt like a rather haphazard collection of items scattered across the museum. The highlights of the museum were that it was the staging point for the factory tour and seeing a couple of Boeing Dreamlifter planes land on on the ground being opened up.
An awesome experience to get a peek into the way planes are made. I would recommend both the Factory and the gallery. The strato deck has some good views of the airfield.Important note: Youre not allowed to take practically anything along with you on the factory tour. You could use the complimentary lockers at the facilities entrance. The cafe has limited choices but still serves good food.
Five stars experience of this museum. Amazing learning. I dont mind visiting again some another time to know more on it. Highly recommended
A great experience that’s a must if you are in Seattle something one a life you going to see a factory of aircraft
The factory tour is cool as it shows how impressively complicated and huge the Boeing factory is. Their operation is quite impressive, however on the tour youre not allowed to bring anything, no phones, cameras, wallets, books, etc., Though this is understandable, given Boeing manufactures things for the military in the factory, there are free to use lockers in the lobby for your belongings. If you take the tour, buy tickets online ahead of time, as the tour sells out a lot. The tour requires about 5km of walking, and has some steep stairs. The tour, while interesting and impressive, keeps you pretty far from the factory floor, or anything being worked on, also, be prepared to be underwhelmed at the amount of things happening in the factory, as most people dont realize how long it takes to make a plane, the process is very slow, you might not even see anyone working on an actual plane. Ive talked a lot about the tour, but its not the only thing to do at the Future of Flight Aviation center, there is also a museum and a viewing deck where you can see planes land and takeoff every few minutes. The museum his has a few engines that have been taken apart or modified to show their inner workings. There is also a photo booth, an interactive display about lift as well as another about carbon nanotubes, a real piece of plane to show a cross section of the cargo hold and how it stores and organizes luggage, an area where kids can learn to fly drones, workshops on 3D printing, and more. Overall, its a very cool and informative experience.
The tour exceeded my expectations. Ive worked at Rolls Royce in Derby where they build the Trent engines that power these aircraft. It was nice to be able to see the planes they go on. The guides were very knowledgeable and experienced at keeping everyone together and moving.
A peak into the Boeing factory where the famous Dreamliner series or 747 are manufactured. Don’t forget to take the Boeing factory tour and be awed how these giant planes are manufactured and painted. There are some fun simulations in the visitor centre don’t forget to try those. The orientation session before the tour is really an informative one. If you are visiting Seattle this place is a must visit.
Nice tour but do not expect much aeronautical information, more general stuff on how big everything is and how good the Company does. Not a single reference (but it was expectable) to most recent problems like 737. Said that, worth a visit if you are into big planes!
Amazing inspirational experience at a very reasonable cost. Definitely recommended, especially for the little ones who are ready to thrive and decide what they want to do with their lives.
I took the tour tho the manufacturing plant and it’s amazing! You get to see how they build the airplanes and all the history is incredible, but unfortunately you can’t take your phone inside the plant
I was there in December, truly this place is in my the top 10 places that Ive been. But I have only one comment about this place, they shouldve hired young staff for their reception team. In my experience been there, the reception staff werent patient enough with visitors and somehow they gave attitudes to people who have accents or have English boundaries. But overall most of the staff are so nice. Thanks again Boeing team
Very nice guided tour! Booking was done in advance online. They also take care of disabled visitors. However, cell phones, cameras and other electronic devices were not allowed.
I was very excited to be here but I was disappointed. First aircraft I saw was Antonov! Welcome video was played in 3D but we didnt get 3D glasses. And presenting MAX version of Boeing as the best aircraft nowadays is little bit scary.
One of the best museum tours I’ve had. Really fascinating to see how airplanes are made and the operational challenges they faced over years. Pictures are not allowed inside
Ive lived in Everett for years and never been to this museum. Holy cow! This is one of the most interesting museums Ive ever been to. You get to actually SEE where they build the planes (they make you lock your phone in a locker beforehand). Its really jaw-dropping seeing all the engineering that goes into a plane.
Very great place to visit if you like airplanes! The 90 minutes tour in the Boeing factory where they build several planes such as the 787 dreamliner and the 777 was just wonderful. A must-visit place in the Seattle surroundings. And of course, do not hesitate to pass through the Boeing Store! If you can, it is recommended to book your tickets online several days before your trip over there.
I have been to the Future of Flight twice previously over the past ten years and each time was better than the last. Our tour guide on this visit was the very best! Enthusiastic, informative, and a former flight attendant. She made it special. She also shared some interesting prognosticators for the near future (10 - 20 years). Exciting to say the least.
A great tour. The airplanes are awesome. Longer but worthwhile. Organized staff. Tour guide was professional yet fun. Worth the day.
Great tour and exaperiance to see. Really was an eye opener of the size of buildings and aircraft. Was also able to see a dream liner cargo plane land. Gift shop had a great selection and models of all aircraft. Cafe also was good food along with a wide selection.
Love the tour. Very interesting but I feel too short. The tour seems rushed. It is 90 minutes long but not enough. Love watching the planes from the observation deck.
Its a fun ride, although, I believe a bit thin on the value side. I mean, you get to enter an airplane factory - that, on itself, is a very different experience. But, entering is just that - you are very far away from the planes and parts, just looking on then from above, trying to make sense of all the machines. On a brighter side, the tour guide - Byron - was wonderful and gave us plenty of info while making some funny jokes.I recommend it as a unique experience, but dont expect much.
The museum has more stuff now but its not the same without the factory tour
The experience at the Boeing future of flight was fantastic our guide explained in detail about how the cargo and the passenger aeroplanes are assembled he explained about 777,747and 778. The guide will take us from entrance in a bus this tour takes about 90 minutes to complete . Admission fees is 20$.camera, cellphones are not allowed inside the factory.you have to keep them in a safe locker free of cost.Rest rooms are not there inside the factory Restaurant and rest room is in the enternce For senior citizen separate car is available inside the factory parking is free .
This was such an amazing experience!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------The tour of the factory was short and sweet at about 90 minutes. Your tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. The scale of the factory and planes is crazy once you see them like this!
Good Place to Learn about Beoing flights and Space travel.
I would go again in a heartbeat. Wish I could take pictures!
Great tour of how commerical aircraft are built. Unfortunately no pictures are allowed in the factory and you must lock up most items in your car or free lockers at the museum. Though if you want to see first hand how your next flight will be built you will not be disappointed. Tours do last about 1.5 hours with steep stairs and light/moderate walking. There are options to skip stairs for those who see unable, ensure to inquire at the front desk.If youre in the market for a Tesla use my referral code to get 1,000 miles of free supercharging and a chance to win a Tesla Model Y: jovelle14884If youre in the market for a Formlabs Form3 printer feel free to use my referral code for $500 dollars off (must call to place order): FORM3-8XCHYT
