Many many morgantown people do not know this beautiful place is even here. Please if you see this review go for a walk here. Come have a ride on your bike. they have bike trails and walking trails. there is a beautiful stream with water falls. it looks amazing and so wonderful to listen to.

Excellent city park. Beautiful wide trails with limestone surfaces meandering through the woods. Nice area with water falls in the area somewhat near the car dealerships. Lots of rec facilities like baseball fields and basketball courts in central area of park.

Nice park with great parking, theres a bunch of parking and trails to explore. The bathrooms could be rentavated and maybe add more. Great park

Lovely walk. Saw a few other people. Saw loads of turtles sunning on a log. Peaceful, pretty, relaxing.

The waterfall is beautiful when it’s flowing. Shorter hike, but perfect for anyone just trying to get out

Lots of great trails really had a blast. Only complaint is there was not working water fountains. Definitely coming back to explore more!!

Originally I was going to give it 5 stars but due to poor trail way markers Im going with 4. To find this location to me 2 hours and guess work using my GPS. The results were great!

Visited this place today. Explored the areas around the park. There are some good trails for walking, running and cycling. It took a while to find the waterfall, it is nice to visit the waterfall. I hope to visit the place again.

We explore a lot, and this park did not meet the expectations we had for it by looking at photos and hearing about it. I believe it is nice for a small walk or jog, the trail is wide, but there are many turn offs, one of which leads down to the watetfall, which was the best part of the park. I think it is nice for a small stroll. Also right next to roads, which you can hear vehicles the entire time.The pros:-Very clean portable potty-Wide trail-Dog friendly-One waterfall-Good for small stroll/jogThe cons:-No information on any trails, poorly marked out-Not a large trail to take a long hike on-There were tons of people at the one waterfall, and they were swimming in the water near it, made it very undelightful and they were loud and drinking-Nearby roadway noiseThis park is not one I will be revisiting, just not the type of park I personally like, but it is still a nice little park which someone can stroll/jog through.

Im from the Clarksburg area and my son and I were looking for beginner to intermediate MTB trails. This was a great place to ride and catch an amazing view of a small waterfall, not to mention the wildlife you get to see. I highly recommend white park.

Ball fields are good, not the greatest but nice. Restrooms definitely need improvement.

Beautiful walking trails and lots of benches for relaxing. Look for the beautiful waterfalls. Its a bit of a hike, but well worth it.

Not the best fishing but tons of trails and relatively clean kept parking area. Friendly folks about.

Very nice park. Has a very nice walking trail with beginner Mountain bike trails throughout the interior of the park. Several softball and baseball fields, a basketball court and an Ice rink. Ample parking and easy to get to from any part of Morgantown. Fyi the restrooms were not open in February so I would assume they are closed for the winter.

I love White Park!! Beautiful area for a walk in the woods and the waterfall is beautiful!

Really nice park. I didnt get to spend much time here, but I hope to come back often. I took a hike around and it looks like there are some nice mountain biking trails which I hope to take advantage of soon!

Good place to take kids, for families.

Hidden gem of Morgantown park system. Extensive flat mountain bike trails that intertwine. But also good to run on. Reservoir has a nice stepped waterfall that is worth hiking too. Quick access to the park trails from a variety of neighborhood streets. Great place to walk dogs, run, and get out of the sun.

I dont know to much about the park itself but the ice rink thats in the park is really great. The atmosphere is very family friendly. We have never had any problems there. I highly recommend if you are in the area.

Found the waterfall yesterday! I had no idea such a nice little spot could be so close to town. Look out for the worms though!

So...I would say 5 stars...except now the city council has voted no one is allowed to be on non grassy areas on the field without a payed reservation...even if no one is using it. It is a public park...and my taxes go towards its existence...oh..and now the same city is considering destroying some of the trails and old trees for water lines...

Nice and woody. Loved to go walk there by the river even if its winter and dear trees are dry. There is still much to explore! Ducks and cool wood bridges around.

What hed the kids play hockey. Glad they continue to provide a place for them to enjoy.

We came here for trails and they didnt disappoint! Easy, low elevation nature walks all along the river. If youre willing to step off the trail, you might even find the waterfall! Theres a bunch of mountain bike trail, so just be vigilant. I really enjoyed our walk here and I look forward to coming back when its warm again.

Nice trails with pretty views, good ballfields, bathrooms, and a little playset at the corner of Hite and East Parkway Dr. Easy to access from Greenbag Road, Downtown, or Don Knotts.

Great environment and a lot to explore as well as multiple fields to play sports. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner though.

Great area for mountain biking; something for both beginners and advanced riders.

Great trails! Finally realized - follow the blue diamonds. The main trail is wide and graveled and fairly easy for just about anyone to navigate. The blue diamond trail is a bit more challenging and does have trip hazards (exposed roots, rocks, sticks) but its a beautiful walk in the woods. Wouldnt have it any other way. Enjoy!

Nice intermediate level mtb trails. One marked 4 mile loop, no fee.

Went mountain biking for a couple hours and well worth it.Very moderate it terms of climbing hills but a novice should be careful. Allot of fun due to natural obstacles such as narrow paths, fast up and downs, banked curves, perpendicularly placed logs, large loose rocks on side of trail, roots and stumps frequently but as I said very FUN.Easy to access from multiple and plentiful parking areas

Fantastic place to enjoy nature, off-trail biking, hiking, picnic or wildlife. Some tips, use mosquito repellent just in case since you will be walking in the forest and I can tell that there are some mosquitoes. You can easily spot deers if you go early in the morning. Not recommended to visit after heavy rain, because it may get muddy or even dangerous to walk around the park. It’s so close to downtown and yet you feel like being far far away from busy city life in this park

Favorite park in Moegantown. Lots of trails for running, biking, walking. Baseball field, lots of basketball hoops, covered benches and on site chargrills. Very well maintained. In the winter, there is also an ice skating rink.

This place is fun. There are so many things to do. Fun for the whole family!

Mostly flat walking trails, good biking trails with a couple moderately steep areas. Forested, a few benches and an overlook with water views. Never crowded.

Great urban greenspace. Lots of ballfields plus a pavilion, ice skating rink, and many hiking paths, including one to a deck overlooking Cobun reservoir.

While I dont have any experience with the baseball fields here, I can attest to the trails that are here. One of my favorite spots in Morgantown is the small waterfall on the trail. It can be super relaxing to walk these trails, and I always bring my camera.

Love the scenery here, quite beautiful in the summer and fall. Would recommend if going on a picnic or just a stroll with kids.
