The management here is fantastic!!! They keep our living environment safe, friendly, and fun! Its very clean here and everybody who Ive met that lives here are nice Im proud to say Im raising my children here!!! Quite and beautiful.

This is not nice place to live no freedom always changing rules certain people have more rights than others friends get better treatment than others rent is always going up

As a senior, I have to go over 7 speed bumps to get to the house...this is not always good

The parking here is terrible. I’m so sorry I bought a home here. They rent out all of the public parking spaces and leave little for friends and relatives.The streets have plenty of room for them to allow parking in front of the homes. The fire laws require 21 feet for emergency vehicles. I’m already looking to sell and get out of here.The water issue is true. My sister stayed here for a while and had constant stomach issues. When I stay at my sons I’m ok but every time I come back home I’m continually sick.

Have a friend that lives there. He said he loves it there now and the new owners have updated the place, got rid of the low life ppl that used to cause problems. The site manager, Agatha runs the park with a firm hand but is friendly and helpful. His only complaint is limited parking. from what I have seen, it is a mixed community with several Hispanic families who are very friendly and a mix of older and middle aged Caucasian families. My opinion based on my visits and my friends statements, Nice quiet place to live.

Ive lived here for 2 years now and its incredibly peaceful. Now that we have a place for the kids to play and for dogs to go, its awesome

This is a nice quiet place to live.

If youre thinking about buying in Riverview, DO YOUR RESEARCH! The water is contaminated! Salesman will tell you anything to sell, dont believe it, DO YOUR RESEARCH! The water has cancer causing agents in it. There is a toxic dump across the road that has been leaking toxins into the groundwater for decades. There have been at least three lawsuits pertaining to the water that were settled out of court. There have been no less than four boil the water notices in the last 8 months. If you leave water standing in the sink overnight it will turn the chrome drains black. None of this is disclosed to buyers. And you will receive a monthly water bill for water that is not potable!Repairs to your home that are promised at the time of purchase are never done. Black mold is painted over and not treated and removed as it should be. Buyers are discouraged from getting an inspection prior to purchase. These homes are mostly dumps when they are brought to the park. They are given a cosmetic facelift and then advertised as renovated. But underneath the shiney new paint its still the same old dump.If you enjoy listening to Mexican music all weekend and barking dogs 24-7 then this is the place for you. Rules state that if your pet is a nusence they will be removed from the park. Management will only enforce certain rules and only for certain tenants. Oh, and you wont get the rules and regulations until after making your purchase!So, if this sounds like a great place for you to live, I will sell you my mobile home, black mold, contaminated water, and Mariachi music included at no extra cost! Buyer beware!

Great place to live

Park allows certain people to break rules and children run the street at night annoying drives by blocking driveways and access by stopping and yelling at drivers. Dogs run the street and defecate on your yards when policies state differently.

Expensive and only a few spots can actually see the river...its far away...3 stars because its clean and they have a park
