Former employee and resident. As a former employee, working under management was challenging as there was a new manager every 6 months. The current manager, Sayde, struggles to provide the basic services needed to maintain the park. As an employee at the time before my retirement, I was privy to certain insider conversations. She encouraged shady practices and violations of the law, having me hand out notices of rule violations to vulnerable individuals based off of their gender and their race. Would take cash deals under the table. Used threatening and unprofessional language to the elderly who have no family or caregivers to protect them. Increased rent without first sending out lawful notices. Sending out notices without proper dates, setting people up for an eviction and resulting in them losing their home to the park to be resold at premium prices. A very cheerful demeanor but will actually spill confidential information about you to other residents when youre on her bad side. The park under her care has also slowly started to die. The grass has gone from a lush green to something akin to a hellscape. Trash litters the walkways and the place is infested with child molesters and druggie degenerates. Constant harassment by management by day and out right hostility by the drug fueled neighbors by night, I can only recommend this place as that seedy motel you go to when you cant afford something decent or dont want to spend very much. When time came for a return on my deposit, it was withheld beyond whats legally permitted without any invoices or itemized list explaining why the deposit was withheld. After finally threatening legal action, Sayde sent the full deposit back no questions asked. Beyond incompetent. My recommendation is to pay the extra $100 a month at a reputable location with a well established company, with management that has both integrity and professionalism. Basically, people go to country western to die, with Sayde as your hellish jailer with the pitchfork. But dont take my word for it, a simple drive through the park, witnessing the disrepair of park and the drug houses peppered throughout will be more than enough to convince you of the veracity of my claims. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for and there is definitely a reason why their prices are the lowest in the area.
We moved in December of 2019 and it was a great place to live everyone is friendly. But on the first they got a new manager, that dont allow service dog, and dont want your dog out side at all even in a fence in yard without the owner with them .
It was a very quite place to liveThe grounds were always kept up. The people kept their places neat & clean. Help was available when needed . no charge . once a year a picnic and live music, good food thanks Wanda. Rent was reasonable. No taking what wasnt yours, no traffic, no barking, no fighting . a senior mobile home park old 20 years ago when I moved in . was the youngest . now, WELL? I could go on, however got a phone call. We are striving to make this a great quiet and friendly place to live and enjoy your life. We are committed to helping people live to the fullest!!!
There is a wireless power line that is new not far from here, this will bring wifi in the near future. This park features sprinklers, and mobile homes, where residents live, and are hospitable. Need a cup of sugar? Ask a friendly neighbor.
Very nice quiet country setting only visited though havent lived there
All Ill say is, it soooooooo aint what it use to be! Quiet, peaceful, Serene... Not these days. Too many folks yelling and fighting and commotion at all and odd hours. Last few months have been allowing tweakers in. Just a few days ago had a man stab a male and female. No manager on site. Up until the old manager left, everyone loved being here. No one feels safe. Tweakers are coming and stealing tenants possesions.
