Quiet place always. Neat and cleaned. Consistent check ups on homes. Overall friendly setting with lots of events for residence. Contains a pool and a pool table.

People that live here are nice we look out for each other, its clean but they raise the rent every year the management that takes care of silver wood are not very nice just my take on it

I currently have lived here with my elderly parents for a little over a year now. It offers a pretty quiet environment, minus ambulances, firetrucks, etc coming in the gated coming to help the more sickly residents.Gated community but sometimes the gate is left open. Sikverwood park also offers a community club house, game riom with pool tabke, a swimming pool and spa with 2 bathrooms and a shower at the pool.
