Ive lived here for years. With this new management the park is looking better and feels safer too. There are a lot of kids now that play outside, nice to see that. They just re did the roads and the streets look a lot better. some people still dont clean up their houses, but maybe management can get them to clean up so our mobile home values go up and not have messy outside of the homes. I think that most of the people that have given poor ratings is because they dont like rules and like keeping homes messy. I love living here.

This place is in a great location close to everything. Manager Ana is real nice. Maintenance guys Ivan and Lino are very nice too.

Needs a lot work and sometimes management hard find and you her your easier to get in friends have more services than you also my daughter was harnessed by group of men that drink in this area so I reconsider for people to look into a place before moving in

If I could put a big fat Zero for the rating I would, but unfortunately it only gives the option for one star. If you want to feel like your living in a Concentration Camp, Come on down!!! They have zero to none consideration towards the tenants and your treated like cattle. I have many of examples, but just take my word for it. P.S. youve been 4 Warned!!! Did a story on a couple here once. They were being commended, praised and nominated for a award for their generosity, kindness and humanitarian efforts in which the results have had a positive impact on society and all walks of life.Brian and Angie live here. They make it 5 Stars. They are two of the most generous, kind, respectful, courteous, polite, humanitarians and positive influences this millennium has to offer. They spend most of their time helping people that are less fortunate, homeless, etc. Some things they have been known to help or provide are, food, clothes, transportation, home repair and maintenance, auto repair, legal advice and research, life coaching and advice and in home care and assistance. These along with many other selfless acts of kindness are accomplished at their own expenses with no outside help. This is pretty amazing being that paying their own bills month to month can be a struggle. Brian once said, People are just trying to live. Everybody deserves a chance to live. Some forgot or dont know how to live. A nudge in the right direction, a small act of kindness or talking and listening to a person can be all a person needs. Just saying hello to a person can keep a person living for another day.These people are amazing, truly amazing.

I fell like i live in a dog kennel all around me either barking or howling and no help from management .besides no help from manager she says one thing then does what she pleases .thy gave us 10 minutes notice thy were tearing down our fence the day befor 4 th of july an left a mess .manger has ran other people out now also . Thy moved fence 2 feet over from where it was i wonder what the building dept. Would say . I had to call thy property mangers to get any thing done . Dont buy or rent here. We moved out an was billed an extra $100 for electricity we werent there . Thy do what thy want .we asked for the billing. Thy said no .u figure it out

Nice quiet park, good people here, mostly families with children. Stores are directly across the street. All age park with pets welcome. Only bad thing is theres not a lot of extra parking.

Property management are so rude and unwilling to help. Special so called manager/supervisor . I wish somebody will treat her bad like she treats others.

Was a wonderful place to stay. We are traveling pta and so we needed a 3mo stay. Had our own orange, lemon and grapefruit trees. Ana was wonderful and so was maintenance. Wed stay here again

Bad service. And felt like racism. 4 person behind me got first service and better treatment

A very decent Park, quiet well-kept small enough to be personable.

My wife and I have stayed here twice six months each time in an RV. Quiet, well maintained and an awsome manager.

Nice office staff......some spots r nice others are trashed....i am trying to find a decent park with the same in pricing.....this park isnt for me....it just doesnt feel safe....next door to walmart alot of traffic....check it out for yourself

But still much better than any managers in the past.
