I used to nanny a family here looking to purchase a mobile home here. Anyone know the space rent

The only amenity is the pool which comes with many restrictions. Rent is raised without fail. Management arbitrarily demands repairs in a discriminatory manor. My neighbors are awesome. Thats the only redeeming factor

Well its a year later and it has just gotten worse the owner needs to look into replacing her. Place needs new life.Well maintained park family and pet friendly owner is great BUT Manager is a gossip and puts out incorrect information to the other gossips and picks on tenants she doesnt like even though there just normal folks. I do not live here but have visited for years with friends and witnessed this first hand.
